Condo en bord de mer B-303 - Récemment rénové

Détendez-vous et profitez de vues panoramiques et de la perfection en bord de mer. La maison de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est située dans le premier bâtiment B et se trouve à quelques pas d'une plage de sable extraordinaire offrant la célèbre `` vue sur cinq îles '' ainsi que les couchers de soleil toute l'année. Une piscine rafraîchissante et un bain à remous sont situés juste devant la porte d'entrée de cette unité et des courts de tennis et un beau jardin d'herbes aromatiques ne sont qu'à quelques pas de la piscine.

Chaque chambre a une salle de bain carrelée dédiée. Notre cuisine est bien équipée avec tous les nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine et un nouveau gril à gaz est situé sur la véranda où vous pouvez cuisiner à l'extérieur et vous détendre avec une boisson tropicale fraîche tout en regardant les magnifiques couchers de soleil.

Situé au bord de l'eau sur la côte sud-ouest, Makena Surf est l'un des complexes de copropriété en bord de mer les plus luxueux de Maui. Son cadre idyllique avec un accès sécurisé, un jardin tropical de 15 acres situé à quelques pas de la plage, 2 piscines et 4 courts de tennis. Regardez les baleines jouer dans le Pacifique depuis votre grande véranda, faites de la plongée avec les tortues ou détendez-vous simplement avec vos amis et votre famille.

Amazing stay for our family!

Our stay was amazing! Location was fantastic with the beach/ocean view to relax. Our kids loved the pool right outside the condo and the short walk to the beach. The hosts were responsive and very helpful preparing for our stay and answering questions. Would love to come back!

First Class Location, First Class Host

Makena is a world class destination and the Makena Surf is a first class location. Located directly on one of the most beautiful beaches, this unit is in the best building and is impeccably maintained. This is not a rental unit but like the home of a close friend. Everything you would expect at home is there. We highly recommend it!

Great beachfront stay!

We can't praise this beautiful property, or Mark and Cory's hospitality, enough! We are seasoned VRBO travelers, and this condo exceeded all of our expectations. It's hard to imagine a better location -- beachfront on one of Maui's most gorgeous beaches. The views, sounds of the waves, and proximity to great snorkeling would alone have made this property fantastic. The condo and its amenities are the cherry on top. We enjoyed the pools and beautiful grounds, and appreciated the comfortable and well-appointed condo (with comfy beds, all the kitchen tools, and every piece of beach equipment you might need). Mark was also a great host, communicating with us ahead of time and during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We can't wait to return!

Just a beautiful spot only 5 minutes from all your shopping and restaurants. Being truly beach front you have the ocean at your feet as soon as you get there. Clean, well maintained place with all the toys, chairs, and amenities you’ll want! We’ll be back for sure!

Well-kept property with really cool flameless candles. The Snorkeling experience just a few steps away is one of the best on Maui. Have stayed here 3 times and will come back.

This property was exactly as advertised! The view was incredible and the condo grounds were immaculate. Everything you need to enjoy your stay on Maui was provided, including a cooler and beach towels. Close proximity to various Maui activities was wonderful. A slice of heaven!

This was by far the best VRBO we stayed at in all of our years traveling to Hawaii. It is steps from a very soft sandy beach. The location is very quiet away from the crowds. The kitchen is very well furnished with all the kitchen utensils you need. The view out to the ocean from the lanai is outstanding. We had several dinners out on the lanai. Highly highly recommended!

Amazing Stay!

This condo is everything it says it is and more! It was spotless, had a fully stocked kitchen and the view was amazing! We enjoyed it so much, it was hard to leave. Not only was the view fabulous, the snorkeling right from the beach in front of the condo was our favorite snorkeling spot. So many fish and tons of turtles! An easy beach entry. We are experienced snorkelers and have snorkeled on many islands/places. This was the best! The condo complex was beautiful and very quiet (we were there in September). We enjoyed the pool for relaxing late afternoon swims. The location was perfect for us on the island. Many restaurants and things to do in the area. Our meeting place for our snorkel trip to Molokini Crater was right down the road. There were also many other snorkel spots nearby. We love south Maui. Bonus was our hosts Mark and his wife. They are top notch! Mark was very helpful with many things and communication was easy and replies were in a timely manner. He even went above and beyond when we left a few things at the condo! We go to a lot of VRBO's and this was one of our best experiences (condo and host). I would not hesitate in the least to rent this condo again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Holiday trip to Maui

I read all the 10/10 reviews of this property prior to booking and all are accurate. Just finished nearly two weeks at the property and it is absolutely spectacular. Location right on the beach, close proximity to restaurants and golf. My kids snorkeled right at the beach and two beautiful pools are located on the property. The condo was beautiful and recently renovated. Full kitchen and outdoor grill worked well. Sunset views from the balcony are not to be missed. Communication was great with owners Mark and Cory. Nothing I would change about this property and highly recommend. Definitely plan to return.

Spectacular development and condo

Would not stay anywhere else in Maui, but Makena Surt. And this has to be one of the top units - on the top floor directly facing the ocean off the deck with a pretty private pool out the front door. Absolutely perfect for two couples. Both bedrooms were large and very accommodating. Entire place felt brand new. We love snorkeling right off the beach, and this location certainly has that. The condos are pretty private, gated, and the beach pretty secluded. Yet just a few minutes to all the Wailea restaurants and shopping, etc. The host could not have been more responsive to our requests. You will not be disappointed.

This unit is as direct ocean front as it gets. The western view is incredible with a very large comfortable balcony to enjoy. The unit itself is excellent. Layout, furnishings, everything. We had four adults and worked well. Fantastic beach right in front - easy access. Great swimming and snorkeling right there. Beautiful property, great location with many Wialea restaurants and golf close by. Makena fabulous. Owner communicated and helped with everything. Can’t say enough great things about this property. To us this condo was way better than even the high end resorts in the area. Just closeness to the ocean, view, access to beach and expierience.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Our boys loved playing on the beach and riding the waves all day with the provided boogie boards. The view is unmatched and the large doors opening up to the lanai was perfect for listening to the waves. The beach was never crowded and the waves were great for letting our kids play. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be back! We watched the beautiful Maui sunset every night from the quiet and peaceful lanai. Nothing short of spectacular!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Maui condo! Everything was perfect and exactly as advertised! The sunsets were out of this world and the patio was a perfect place to enjoy them! So much so, that we rarely left for dinner! Our kids really enjoyed the beach - the snorkeling was amazing and the surf was perfect for boogie boarding. So rare to find both on the same beach! The condo had everything we expected, and more! Our stay was incredibly relaxing and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Mahalo to Maria and the fabulous owners of B-303!

Hosts with the Most!!

The most impressive experience with VRBO ever! The view from B303 could not be beat!! The condo was impeccable. The host was beyond amazing. He interacted with me long before our stay, during our stay and after our stay. We were celebrating my 80th birthday. A beautiful large floral arrangement from the Joseph's was on the kitchen counter. We also received a bottle of wine and a generous gift basket. I received a number of birthday cards from the staff and the host. I was treated like I really was important to them. I rented 3 different condos and none of the other hosts even came close to the Joseph's. In fact, the hosts of the other two condos were not very communicative. I had to contact (Coldwell Banker) for check-in instructions. The air conditioner in F201 was not sufficient to cool the condo in the afternoon because of the sun. I would only rent from the Joseph's in the future. Thank you for all you did to make my trip so awesome!!

New Favourite spot on Maui!

My family and I had an excellent time at Makena Surf! The location is unbeatable: with the best view!! (think: perfect morning coffees on the lanai, beautiful sunsets every night, hearing the ocean waves from our beds); easy access to the great beach (which was not crowded, has perfect waves for kids to play/boogie board and great snorkeling); and close to stores/shopping if desired. The unit is exactly as presented, and it the best stocked kitchen we have ever had, which was a real treat! We actually cancelled our one dinner reservation because you couldn't beat watching the sunset on our own lanai! The complex also has two great big pools that my kids really enjoyed swimming in. The owner and property manager were both fantastic. This is our new favourite spot on Maui, and I hope to be back soon. Highly recommend!

Lifetime Family Vacation ... Thank You!!

It was our first trip to Hawaii and naturally we wanted all to be perfect. Thanks to this amazing condo and location it was! Our family of four was overwhelmed by the view. The ocean and mountains were spectacular. The beach was private and quiet ... with perfect sand for our morning and evening strolls along the Pacific. The snorkeling and turtle viewing was the real deal as we saw turtles each and every time we snorkeled. The condo is supplied with all the amenities a family would desire ... beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. Also no need to sweat the small stuff as the owners Mark & Cory along with Maria the property manager have all your needs covered (laundry detergent, bathroom necessities, cleaning supplies, paper towel, napkins, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). We were also surprised by the welcoming gift basket we found when we checked in! This unit deserves the Five star rating it perpetually receives!! Perfect VRBO to enjoy a glorious beach in Maui

For those looking to enjoy a quiet Maui beach with sunset views, look no further. Makena Surf is a serene complex on a lovely sandy beach. If you like snorkeling, Turtle Town is about a 100 yard swim from this beach; tons of turtles and fish, pretty coral. The beach is fairly uncrowded, especially Monday through Thursday. A few hundred yards down the beach is a state park where you see folks getting married on the beach literally every night (presumably because a photographer told them this beach was quiet and perfect at sunset). Any condo in this complex would be good, but B303 seems really perfect. It’s been recently redecorated in a modern, tasteful vibe. Listening to the surf crashing on the waves for morning coffee never gets old. There are thoughtful touches in this condo ... plenty of spices, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a box filled with anything you might possibly need on the beach. Lastly, the owners and house manager Maria are super responsive and helpful. Maria had great recommendations on take out food options. In short, all the 5 star reviews are well-earned. We are already contemplating when we return.

Fabulous condo with most amazing view

This condo has one of the most amazing direct, completely unobstructed ocean/beach/sunset views you could ever have. Floor to ceiling windows in the front living room/dining room/kitchen allow you to enjoy the view from all positions. The Lanai is wonderful. You can see the beach and three distant islands. We watched the sunset directly in front of us every night. The condo is beautifully and tastefully furnished. But most importantly the owner, Mark, has supplied everything you might need- beach chairs,umbrellas, snorkel gear, towels, cooler, an extra propane tank, remote controlled electric candles, just to mention some items. We were a family of 4 adults, so we went to Costco to buy food (they have great meat, fruit, vegs, and wine). Fresh fish daily from local markets. We cooked/grilled many of our meals in the condo just so we could dine on the lanai and watch the sunset- WHAT COULD BE BETTER! Makena surf is a great place to be. Literally about 100 steps to One of the best beaches on Maui with great swimming and snorkeling. We saw many turtles, including some that would come right over to the beach. 4 tennis courts and two pools. Beautiful grounds with herb gardens. Very private, gated community. We believe the "B" building is the best because of the direct views, 1-2 minute walk to the beach, pool outside your door, tennis courts 1-2 minutes walk. Although b-303 is on the top floor there are only two flights of stairs to walk up and there is no unit on top so you don't hear noises from above. The lanai is a bit more open than the lower floors. Because all of the buildings in Makena surf are shaped like a pyramid, the lower units are slightly larger than the upper ones-1st floor -1500 sq ft 2nd-1300 sq ft 3rd- 1100 sq ft. approximately. Despite this, we were very comfortable as 4 adults in b-303. It felt very spaceous, never cramped. B-303 was perfectly clean when we arrived. Mark, the owner was reachable and very easy to deal with. Maria, his on site manager, was wonderful and very helpful. She met us when we arrived at 6pm to explain all of the features of the condo and community. She was available throughout our stay if we had any questions or concerns. We have stayed at many locations, hotels, and condos on Maui, b-303 at Makena surf is now our favorite. We will be returning soon. Thank you Mark and Maria!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST VACATION WE'VE EVER HAD!!!

First, we want to apologize to Mark Joseph for 'mom' forgetting the main information list that included the number to enter B-303!!! But, Mark was so gracious to me (Angie) for simply and so patiently guiding us through the combination entry to B-303!!!! We had the biggest laugh (my husband, son & myself) before we even started our vacation!! Mark, thank you for being so understanding and sweet. Now, to talk about our fabulous time. There aren't enough describable words to describe B-303. We all 3 agreed that the view from this condo was over the top and by far the best of anyone else's condo!! The furnishing's, the artwork, the color palette through the entire condo was top notch. Waking up everyday to floor to ceiling window views of one of the most gorgeous beaches in Maui was absolutely stunning, everyday!! The grounds are beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. The security was the best. The people that you see daily, cleaning and making sure everything is okay at Makena Surf, were the nicest people to talk to. They were so attentive and helpful. We met some of the nicest people at the pool and the parking lot too!!! We snorkeled right outside, in front of B-303 and saw some of the most beautiful ocean life we've ever seen!! Turtles, fish, Corral, Lava Rock, Starfish!!!! We walked from Makena Surf to all the beautiful resorts which included: The Fairmont, The Four Seasons, The Grand Wailea and topped it off with the Shops at Wailea. Simply mouth dropping resort's that everyone should visit and have lunch or dinner, or an appetizer & cocktail. We Parasailed, Snorkeled, Hiked, rode Moped's, drove 10,000 feet to see the sun rise and bike rode back down the mountain!!!! We had the time of our lives!!! Also, I wanted to say a few words about Maria (the gal that oversee's and greets all B-303 guests). Maria is the most efficient, communicative, precise property manager and greeter we've ever encountered. Mark & Cory: You have chosen a great person to oversee your property. I told my husband and son she'd be the one I'd want looking after my property if I personally couldn't be there!!! Once again, Mark & Cory, thank you for letting us rent your property for our Mom, Dad & Son vacation. Our memory of this trip will be cherished in our hearts forever!! We'll definitely talk again soon, for this now is a tradition of mine. From this day forward, I will spend my Mother's Day week in Maui!! Thank you Mark, Cory & Maria. The Raven's from CA.
