The house was immaculate, everything we needed. Lovely area, close to Newquay town centre and beaches. Private back garden. Great value for money, would definitely return.

House is located very close to some of our favourite beaches in Cornwall. We are a large family and have stayed here 4 times over the last 6 years. House is always clean and well maintained.

Fab holiday for our family of 4

We had a wonderful stay here, the house had everything we needed for us and our two children, and was clean tidy and lovely. We’ve booked again for next year as the location was fantastic, near to wonderful beaches and plenty of towns, while still being in a nice quiet village.

Amazing place to stay.

Really lovely house, within a 10 minute drive of a beach, what more do you want! Also has a garage for keeping bikes etc and is really well furnished and a nice size. Thanks for the great stay!

Thanks Sarah. Apologies again for mix up with the linen. Clerical error by cleaners, they forgot to leave enough bed linen for all beds but thankfully resolved matter very promptly. I hope the refund I made on your booking and the bottle of wine from cleaners made up for the inconvenience.

Our third stay here and once again it didn't disappoint. Its a lovely area and the communication with owners spot on. Warm welcome from the neighbors and the addition of wifi since our last stay made planning days out a breeze !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic house in a superb area! It has all the amenities you need for a wonderful family holiday. Kitchen was well equipped and lots of games to play. Very clean and tidy and all bedrooms lovely and comfy. Would recommend and will be back!

Lovely spacious family property.

All the facilities needed, felt very comfortable with a home from home feeling. Friendly neighbours. Perfect for a family of 5. Booked again for next year before the holiday was over. We enjoyed it that much :)

Fantastic Home away from Home.

We spend a couple of days in Cornwall every year. For a couple of years running we rented a place in Porthtowan near my sisters, but that was sold this year… Before that we stayed in Holywell opposite the pub. This year, we found this place in Cubert. So far I think this is our favorite Cornwall rental. We will definitely rent again!

All is as is Described

We stayed at the property to visit our son and daughter in the new baby granddaughter. The property is delightfully situated in the garden is mature and gives a wonderful vibe to the whole day.

Lovely Stay

A great 2 week stay in this lovely home, everything we needed and spacious for 7! Perfect location for our family as we love Perranporth beach. Neighbours were very helpful and friendly. Parking was good but we have 2 very large cars so it was tricky in front of the garage and outside the house but doable. Communication with David was 5*. Overall a fantastic stay.

Home from home

Another great stay in our favourite place in Cornwall. House very well situated for walks along the coast, beaches and other outdoor activities. Lovely garden with lots of possibilities to relax. Owner always very helpful. Thank you. Will be back next year!

Lovely home perfectly located.

We all loved staying at this house we are already talking about booking it for next year. The house is lovely clean and welcoming with a fabulous back garden. Location was great - near to Some beautiful beaches and 12 mins from Newquay. David was a great host, he was very responsive to messages. The property is a little gem. The children loved staying here too- aged (11-16)- the WiFi signal was very good at the house!!!

Lovely house, great location

Great house, very clean with modern decor. Parking literally outside the door and has a good garden to sit in if the weather allows. The lovely neighbours oversee the house and are there to help with any queries during your stay. The house is within a sensible day trip distance of anywhere in Cornwall . Great communication throughout, and any questions were answered almost immediately. The only improvement we can think of would be the addition of wifi, without which it was a little inconvenient at times. Hopefully we will look to book again next year.

Very nice house and location.

Lovely property, nice garden, short drive to local beaches. Quiet area. Enjoyed our stay although house was missing some essential amenities when we arrived such as toilet roll and bin bags, also one oven didn't seem to work. Also think the living room would be a bit more cosy with some cushions or blankets perhaps, and I would suggest leaving the folder with the checkout information etc in an obvious place as we only accidentally stumbled on it on the last day. But other than that a very nice house to stay in, and very smooth transactions and prompt communication.

Thank you for your review Bernadette. I reported the lack of toilet roll and bin bags to our cleaners, this was obviously an oversight. Regarding the oven, both do work, but occasionally the cleaners turn off mains power, so the oven clock just needs resetting and it would then work. The advice folder is usually on the side board in the dining area, but it sounds like it may have been put away somewhere. We will consider cushions for the lounge. Regards, David

Very clean and comfortable house

We had a nice stay in your house in Cubert and really enjoyed the surrounding area. The house is just like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. I realize most people probably go there for a beach holiday, but we experienced a winter-like cold snap during our stay. The neighboring manager was sweet to show us how to turn up the heat when we got cold. It would have been nice to have some sort of throw blanket too. I assumed there would be a hairdryer and wifi included, my error. Just a few small creature comforts one expects in a house as nice as yours. The owner and manager were very organized and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Wonderful holiday accommodation in Cubert, Newquay

11 Jubilee Close was a real home-from-home, a fantastic 3 bedroom property in a lovely location in Cubert, on the outskirts of Newquay. Beautifully decorated throughout, the property had all that you could need, including crockery and cutlery for children. It took us a while to find the tumbledryer and freezer as the garage key was not with the house keys and we did not find this information in the written booklet, but this is a minor point. Rooms were spacious; there was a toaster, cafetiere, hob, double oven and microwave oven and lots of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. The dining table was spacious (it easily seated 6 people) and the bathroom large and roomy, with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin as well as cupboard space. Wardrobe space was good; beds were comfortable with crisp, white linen, and we appreciated having the downstairs toilet too. Laminated floors were useful (it was a beach holiday!) and the outside garden space/ furniture was lovely. A really beautiful house which we highly recommend.

Das Haus in Cubert ist eine exzellente Basis für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in Cornwall. Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Ferienhaus und kommen gerne wieder.
