Villa spacieuse pour 6 pers. à Blue Bay, 200 m de la plus belle plage de Curaçao

Plongez dans une ambiance tropicale lors de votre séjour dans cette luxueuse villa de plage caribéenne. La Villa 14 est une maison entièrement indépendante et de plain-pied, sans voisins directs à côté, au-dessus ou en dessous. Le grand jardin offre également beaucoup d'intimité.

Notre villa pour 6 personnes est équipée de tout le confort nécessaire. La villa dispose de 3 chambres climatisées, 2 salles de bains et des toilettes pour invités. Il y a une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec, entre autres, un lave-vaisselle et un micro-ondes. Une télévision avec accès à Internet, un coffre-fort et une connexion Wi-Fi rapide et gratuite sont également disponibles.

Grâce aux deux grandes portes coulissantes, la spacieuse véranda est intégrée à l'espace de vie. L'intérieur se prolonge à l'extérieur !

La température dans les chambres peut être régulée grâce aux volets en bois, aux climatiseurs récents et aux ventilateurs de plafond. Les portes battantes et le ventilateur dans le salon maintiennent le reste de la villa agréablement frais. Si nécessaire, une petite climatisation permet de rafraîchir le salon de quelques degrés.

Un jardin tropical entoure la villa de plage.

La consommation d'électricité et d'eau n'est pas incluse dans le prix et sera déduite de la caution de 350 USD ou 600 XCG, payable en espèces à l'arrivée.

*La piscine privée partagée est équipée de chaises longues et de parasols, utilisables gratuitement, bien sûr.
*Blauwbaai, la plage privée du complexe, est l'une des plus belles plages de tout Curaçao. L'utilisation des chaises longues et des parasols est gratuite pour nos *clients.
*Sur la plage, vous trouverez une école de plongée (PADI), un snack-bar, un restaurant, un bar et un club pour enfants avec aire de jeux.
*Le complexe bénéficie d'un accès surveillé 24h/24 et 7j/7.

Wonderful location

Loved the gated community and how close it was to a wonder beach area - the island is easy to get around by car - lots of nice restaurants on property and wonderful staff. Loved the live music on the beach with a bonfire!

Fantastic vacation

Our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 kids age 16, 14, and 11) loved our stay! The villa was a great size, clean and lovely. Blue Bay resort was amazing and we are so glad we landed there. The best private beach and amazing snorkeling right off the bay. We had a fantastic trip! Highly recommend it!

Perfect Stay in Curacao

This villa is well-equipped with everything you would need to enjoy this picturesque location. If you choose to cook your own food, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment and utensils with a huge fridge for food and beverages. The wrap-around porch is large, covered, and offers a refreshing breeze while also offering privacy behind the stunning landscaping. Blue Bay beach is just a couple of minutes walk away, and access to the beach comes with the rental. Of all the beaches we visted, Blue Bay was the best. All together a perfect stay

Great house on a wonderful island

We come back to Curaçao each year and love to stay on Blue Bay, particularly in the Village section. Villa 14 is one of these great houses there. We particularly love the huge porch. Friendly owners and a responsive manager made our stay in Villa 14 this year extra pleasant. We immediately booked it again for next year.

Great location to the beach

We were 2 couples staying in the villa. The size was perfect for us. We used the third bedroom to store our suitcases. It was a very small room. The beds were very comfortable. The villa was close to the beach. The only thing which would have made our stay perfect would have been an air fryer or outside grill. The villa only had a microwave, stovetop and a small griddle.

Resort experience for great price

The house was comfortable for all six of us adult sized individuals. Beach passes provided for the resort beach. 3-5 min walk to the beach. Great snorkeling in blue bay. Close to Centrum grocery store. Manager gave cell number for any issues. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful villa in great location in Curacao

Great villa in a superb location on the island. The villa is in excellent shape and has a wonderful large deck, on which we spent many hours with our young children. The villa is close to a pool, and the walk to the fabulous beach was minutes, too. The overall development where the villa is located is great: close to groceries, easy access to all parts of the island. Rob and Selma were responsive, gracious hosts, and the local property manager was great, as well. Highly recommended. Thanks for making the stay in Curacao such a nice one!

Good Option at Blue Bay

Villa 14 was clean with an amazing location. Owners and property manager were very responsive throughout. The house was very warm during the day, but the owners shared a fan with us from their own unit and during our stay a split unit was installed in the main room - this cooled the space nicely. The TV never worked, but presumably this problem will be solved shortly and not a big problem when you’re in paradise.This was the second time we have stayed in a villa in Blue Bay and, once again, we were very happy.

Great location and area to stay

Villa is in a great location, a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The area itself is ideal for a family vacation. This development is safe and quiet. The unit is well equipped for cooking, laundry and making coffee. The AC in the bedrooms works great. There is no AC in the main living area and during the summer the unit gets hot, too hot to enjoy the living area or cook during the day. Patio is a nice size. Note that it gets buggy at certain times of the day. The reason for the 4 stars - the unit itself needs some updates - lighting in bathrooms, bedding in rooms, TV and furniture in living room. Overall this is a great location and we hope to be back.

Would book here again in a heartbeat

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it was exactly as expected. Short walk to the beach (5 min) and close to the pool. Will was the property manager was extremely attentive and helped anytime we had questions. We ran AC in one of the bedrooms nearly the entirety of our stay, cooked, used the fans when we were in the living room, and used the washing machine a few times and electric / water bill was $120 USD for 8 nights which we thought was reasonable. Do not leave any food on the counters overnight (or at all) because ants will be all over it, but non-existant if kept clean. Couldnt be happier with our accomodations, there was plenty of space for the price and location can't be beat. Blue Bay was our favorite area on Curacao. Thank you, looking forward to coming back!

Villa 14 - Relaxation and Dreaming

Villa 14 is in a perfect and quiet location of Blue Bay Village, yet very close to the beach. Great location to explore the rest of the island - especially the beautiful beaches to the west yet close enough for trips in to Willemstad. The Villa is comfortably equipped and furnished - especially with the addition of the new mattress in the main bedroom. Perhaps some of the pillows could use renewal. As it is a stand alone Villa there is little noise or distraction from neighbouring villas. Property management was available to answer questions and requests. A great place to relax and dream as you watch the parrots, hummingbirds and troupials fly above. Definitely would return.

Awesome time at Villa # 14

Hi Rob, We had a wonderful time at beautiful villa # 14. The villa is very well equipped and the wrap-around veranda was a great spot to sit and view the gorgeous flowers and lovely singing colourful birds. The flamingos in the pond on the golf course were a highlight. We enjoyed travelling in our rental car to explore and snorkel at number of other beaches on the island. The snorkeling at Blue Bay Resort was excellent and the best place we found. Our expectations were exceeded by the local grocery store that had everything we needed for the week. Free WiFi was an additional bonus that we really appreciated. Curacao was wonderful vacation destination that we would highly recommend to others. Family dive trip

The property was overall as described. The one negative that hit us was the fact that water and electric were not included. It was set up that a reading was taken at the beginning and end. Then a cash payment was expected upon departure. When I asked the property manager about approximate costs we were told an average of $70 to $80 dollars for the week. When the final reading was done it was $130. We only ran the air conditioning during the night in the bedrooms. Not a major expense but with rental in Curacao 12 or more times I have never encountered this processs. Upon looking at the listing in VRBO we could not find any mention of the additional fee. It was after making the down payment that it was mentioned in the receipt. I was told it was the way the rental properties were handled in Blue Bay. If I had caught it before it was beyond the cancellation periiod I probably would not have done the rental. Beyond that, the property was fine. The layout of the living area was a little strange to us with limited seating inside.

Hello Donald, we are very sorry to see that you base your review on clearly not having read any of the information we send you or as was stated as you made the booking with VRBO. You could have chosen to cancel for free if you rather not pay separate for your electricity and water.

Miserable property manager

Pros: owners are responsive, spacious villa, close to a nice beach Cons: the property manager Will is the textbook example of someone who hates his job. WiFi and AC didn't work, and the kitchen tap was leaking badly. Will fixed these issues, but then when the next day we discovered there were no trash bags, he protested telling us that "he put them in the drawer himself". The drawer where he "put the trash bags" was empty. After 11 days of our stay we were entitled to a clean set of bed sheets. After hunting him down to give us bedding (with a comment that he "already came here twice"), he refused to give us the new set of clean beach towels even though he just had to take them from the locked cabinet in the bedroom. Given that there is no dryer, it is not possible for the washed towels to air dry overnight and we needed towels daily. This would mean that we either need to use the same dirty beach towels for 2 weeks, or use washed beach towels that are soaking wet. Eventually, I had to contact the owners to have our towels replaced. The last day Will refused to give us 1 hour late check out, which with 3 kids would mean a lot to us. The villa was empty that day, but Will just took pleasure in not being helpful. Also, at the time of booking, nowhere in the listing was it clarified that we will be charged in cash for the use of electricity and water at the end of your stay. So, unfortunately instead of relaxing, we constantly felt like Will was doing us a huge favor.

Hello Jelena, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry to hear you were expecting a different service, unfortunately we are a private couple renting out our home and cannot provide such service, as is clearly stated in all information we send you beforehand and some online. We provide some items to get you started, but further trashbags, toiletpaper etc. are easlily available at the supermarket. We also helped you out with an extra set of beachtowels and fixed the issues you complained about quickly, so we feel it is unfair to rate us 2 stars.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Parce que la villa est si grand, nous pouvons aussi rester avec des amis ou en famille ... La situation au Blue Bay Resort est idéal , à proximité de toutes les commodités, la plage et la piscine , mais merveilleusement calme .
La villa est entièrement gratuit, donc il n'y a pas de voisins supérieurs ou inférieurs et sans voisins sur les côtés .
