Bienvenue à Denver! Ce loft est idéalement situé avec un accès facile au centre de congrès, au champ Coors, au centre Pepsi et à un kilomètre de haut. Un emplacement parfait qui offre des restaurants, des magasins et la meilleure vie nocturne de Denver à distance de marche.

Les montagnes sont également à une courte distance en voiture si vous voyagez dans la région de Denver pour le paysage de montagne et l'aventure.

Le balcon donne sur la 15e rue où vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au parc de la confluence, où la rivière Platte et le ruisseau des cerises fusionnent, ou vous pouvez choisir de sauter à vélo ou de faire une randonnée tranquille le long de plusieurs sentiers et sentiers.

Wonderful Property in an Amazing Location

Mike and Nancy were very gracious hosts. We stayed in their LoHi loft as I started at a new position in Denver. The loft was more than we expected-very spacious, off street parking, nice kitchen, great view. And so many wonderful restaurants within walking distance plus the REI mothership and great walking and running trails by the river nearby to decompress.

Amazing Spot!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and in an unbeatable location. Was very surprised at the extensive outdoor patio/deck, seemed to be one of the few units in the building with one. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating as well, I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking in the area!

Fantastic stay in a great location

Nancy + Mike were excellent, responsive hosts with a thoughtfully arranged and well-appointed unit. The location is very walkable and enjoyable to spend time in for an extended stay;we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend their apartment!

Great LoHi property!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Downtown Denver in a walkable neighborhood. The hosts are great, had no issues at all. Definitely recommend!

A Great Option!

This made for a really nice extended stay. This place was well equipped while unfussy. I found it to be exactly as photographed. It’s located in a quiet building in a relatively quiet neighborhood near just about everything. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. I appreciate their effort toward a careful and professional presentation.

Home for 1'5 months

Great and safe location, very comfortable apartment where we were happy to go back to at the end of the day. Balcony and underground parking were amazing treats, the balcony is actually much larger than in the pictures. The hosts helped us immediately with some internet issues, and the apt came generously stocked. Would recommend

6 months of ease!

I stayed with Mike and Nancy for 6 months in 2022 - originally I was set for four, but I extended because it was that easy and comfortable to be there. Their place was perfect - clean, great light, comfortable! Located right in LoHi I was close enough to everything I’d need and far enough away to feel peaceful coming home. Mike and Nancy were great hosts as well. They checked in constantly, were super easy going and willing to travel to visit and fix any issues that arose. All around - it was a great great stay and I’d recommend their apartment to anyone :)

Amazing!

Book your stay now! The location is perfect. Great proximity to the mountains, walking distance to the best restaurants in town, and garage parking. The actual apartment is great too. Super clean and has a wonderful layout. So great to have a patio too. Mike and Nancy were great hosts and answered any questions super promptly.

Great condo in the heart of Denver

I had an extended stay in Denver and this was the perfect place for it. Loved the location it’s walking or biking distance to everything and close the highway as well for weekend ski trips. The unit was really big for a 1bd and it’s maintained very well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and it was a really easy and good experience. I’d definitely stay again the next time I’m in Denver. Highly recommend it.

Great apartment and location!

I stayed at this space for 2 months, and I miss it already! The space is great with everything you need available in the apartment, with laundry and garage parking! The location is absolutely perfect. Nancy was a great host and available when needed. Thank you Nancy for a great stay, I will definitely be back!

Long term stay

I stayed at this property for 3 months and loved it ! It’s in such a great central location which makes walking everywhere very easy, so many good spots to explore in the neighborhood. The pullout couch was great for guests & having all the kitchen appliances & cookware was a plus. I would recommend for a short or long term stay in the Denver area.

We had a great stay in Denver at this nicely appointed apartment. We really liked the location!

The apartment had everything we needed for a month over the holidays in Denver. Wonderful restaurants all around within walking distance. The owners were communicative and checked periodically to make sure we were ok. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Overall, a great place!

Incredible spot! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

I can't say enough about my time at this LoHi Loft.--It's a fabulous location-- within walking distance of anything and everything you would want to experience in Denver proper! The bed is incredibly comfortable. The porch is a great spot to relax and have a glass of wine and the natural light is amazing as well. The great restaurants and hot spots are at your fingertips. I highly recommend this spot!

Great location, clean, Friendly owners

I stayed here for 2 months. It was a very good experience. It was clean, & the owners were friendly. I would recommend this rental to anyone that wants to enjoy what Denver has to offer. It is centrally located in Denver. I rate this rental at the top of the rating scale. Burt

Clean, new, modern, secure. It has everything needed!

The condo was amazing! We had a fantastic time & were so impressed with your place and everything you provide for your guests. My step dad thought that the couch was the comfiest thing ever & slept there every night. No complaints with neighbors either - it was quiet the entire time. I can't thank you enough!

Better choices elsewhere

This is a nice looking space. It's a very open design so I don't suggest it if you have enough people that privacy would be an issue. Other problems: 1) Internet didn't work; 2) Getting into the place was like solving a series of "Escape the Room" puzzles; 3) The owner(s) get back to you when they feel like it. So when it's 10pm, cold, dark and you can't figure out how to get in...good luck. Or if the Bronco's are playing, good luck. 4) The kitchen/living areas have really no lights. (One lamp and some mood lighting.) So don't plan to do anything there in the evening hours except watch TV. It's in a quiet and seemingly safe neighborhood with numerous high-end restaurants nearby if that's important to you.

Very nice unit, great location.

Wife and I had a terrific time in Denver while staying at this property. We are in our mid-60's so please take that into account as you read our comments. The unit is very convenient (a brief and easy walk) to downtown Denver and has many choices for restaurants/bars in the immediate (within 3-4 blocks) area. We felt very safe in the neighborhood at all times. The building is very quiet at all times and we only saw other occupants (both of whom were very friendly and offered good advice on surrounding restaurants) on only two occasions while staying there for 4 days. The parking arrangement was terrific (secured parking in essentially a private parking garage with ample space for parking and maneuvering the full size SUV we were driving) and is extremely convenient to the elevator and the VRBO unit. After having been "on the road" for several days before arriving here, the in-unit laundry facilities (including supplies) were very much appreciated! The owner (Nancy) was very responsive when we had a little difficulty (i.e.: finding the lock box, operating garage entrance) while checking in; all of which were "user errors" on our part. Nancy was very patient in guiding us through the process. We do have three minor suggestions that could have made the experience even better: (1) provide more lighting in the living room area, one lamp is not sufficient; 2) provide a listing of channels that are included in the cable TV package to avoid having to scroll through dozens of "not available" channels while looking for something to watch; and (3) upgrade the curtains to provide better protection from the solar heat gain that occurs in the afternoon when the beautiful Colorado sun is streaming into the unit (the air conditioning was having trouble keeping the unit cool in the afternoon). Again, relatively minor things. In summary, we will stay here again on future trips and we will recommend this location to friends visiting Denver!
