Welcome to our newly renovated, tastefully decorated, Denver apartment! Located blocks from Regis University and minutes from trendy Tennyson (Think restaurants, bars, and shopping), our 2/1 is brand new with modern and quality furnishings. We are a quick drive to all of Denver's hot spots and sporting attractions! Explore the Rino District, Lodo, Downtown, Empower Field, Coors Field and more!
The space
Our modern 2/1 Denver apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated with a spacious bedroom and private office. Comfort is our top priority with a premium King DREAM mattress, Casper pillows, black out shade, and a noise machine in the bedroom! Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and a washer and dryer is conveniently located within the unit. We provide all the essential house hold items to keep your travel accessories to a minimum. The bedroom and the living room is equipped with TV's with complimentary Hulu w/ Live TV, ESPN+ & Disney +!
Our unit is located in a 7-unit building in a quiet residential neighborhood. This unit is the main level unit. There is no one on above you. There is a small garden level apartment located below this apartment. Because of this, Please be respectful of your noise levels and be a kind neighbor.
We are a 10 minute walk to a few eateries and just a minute drive from trendy Tennyson! We are centrally located to all of Denver's hottest attractions with easy access to I-70 for your adventures to Boulder, Red Rocks, or the mountains!

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. This is not a unit good for those who are loud, rowdy or partying. It is a quiet building in a residential neighborhood.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Pets are allowed and we charge a $65 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
PARKING:
Strictly one car is allowed.
AC/HEAT
There is a portable AC & Baseboard Heating. We set AC from May to October. Please reach out if you have questions about this. We provide fans, space heaters and noise machines for added comfort.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. We do have baby gates and outlet protectors. Guests may remove these before you arrive. We leave additional outlet covers in kitchen drawers.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
