Notre maison de vacances est idéalement située pour des vacances fantastiques en famille, à seulement 6,5 km des parcs Disney et à proximité des terrains de golf, des magasins et des restaurants. Dans un coin ensoleillé du complexe primé Emerald Island Resort, qui pour la tranquillité d'esprit est fermé et gardé 24h / 24 et 7j / 7, la villa n'est qu'à quelques pas du club house, de la salle de sport, de la piscine et des courts de tennis / basket-ball / volley-ball, et à proximité du sentier nature de la communauté pour une promenade en famille relaxante.

Le club-house du complexe propose des installations complÚtes, notamment une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, la vente de billets et des informations sur le parc, des services de bureau et du thé et du café gratuits toute la journée. Il y a aussi un charmant bar tiki servant des boissons et des collations prÚs de la piscine chauffée commune et du grand bain à remous. Des animations réguliÚres sont proposées gratuitement aux clients.

La villa dispose de quatre chambres et de trois salles de bains (deux en-suite), avec une piscine et un spa ensoleillés et privés, avec une clÎture de sécurité. Il pourra accueillir jusqu'à 8 adultes, plus un bébé - un lit et une chaise haute sont disponibles gratuitement.

Notre table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes, et il y a aussi un coin petit-déjeuner, qui a un autre ensemble de salle à manger pouvant accueillir quatre personnes. Pour votre divertissement, la salle de jeux est équipée d'une table de hockey sur air et d'un jeu de fléchettes, et il y a une station d'accueil pour iPod, une télévision par cùble (HBO, ESPN, etc.), un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans toute la villa, ainsi que des jeux de société.

La maison est entiĂšrement accessible aux personnes en fauteuil roulant, avec une salle de bain accessible.

We thought it was very nice. Close to the parks and lots of places to eat. Very clean. We have adult children and did not feel crowded at all. The resort is gated and quiet in a really beautiful setting

Beautiful Vacation Home

The house is a short drive to the parks. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean & we loved the private pool. The property owner was very helpful & answered any questions I had quickly. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice family vacation.

Definitely would stay again

Property perfect for our family. Enough room for our lengthy stay and loved that we didn't have to pack extra such as pans or look for a laundromat since the house had it all. Lady at check in was friendly. Loved that there was a community pool since after 6 days of parks, adults didn't want to go anywhere (driving wise) but the pool and put-put was a short walk away.

Loved the location really close to Disney and Walmart. Like the little touches hand soap dishwasher tabs and washing tabs for the 1st few days and bin bags. Clean villa great communication throughout. We will use this villa again.

Well equipped, ideal for a family

The villa is ideally suited to a family stay, nothing fancy but well equipped with everything you would need. The pool was a great hit with the boys and the adults enjoyed self catered meals poolside. The location was very good for the theme parks and the resort clubhouse gave us the option of a bigger pool and mini golf. The only downside were the 2 twin bedded rooms which could really do with an update although everyone slept well and the 3 bathrooms worked well for our early starts to the theme parks.

Great house; great location

We had an awesome stay here. The house is a good size and the pool/hot tub are warm and relaxing. The house is in a lovely gated community close to everything - especially all things Disney. Louise is a lovely, responsive host and the property manager was wonderful - he even stopped by a few times just to see if we needed anything. The house could use a bit of updating, but that's true of most vacation homes. We did appreciate the updated WiFi - especially since we had to work a bit while we were. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall good. House needs some updating but was clean. Pool also needs some maintenance. drain covers off causing issues and stopped running after power outage for 3 days.

Convenient location

Agree with previous review that the solar system didn't heat the pool so we didn't use it and instead went to pool at club house. The bed in second double room was small and not as advertised. I would like there to have been mattress protectors on the beds for hygiene purposes. Place was comfy enough but I wouldn't book again. I did like Emerald Island Resort as it was well kept and quiet.

Pool not heated when we arrived. Garbage disposal did not work. Lite bulb in dining chandelair missing, bulb in one of the bathrooms was not working. Pool was dirty, hot tub was worse.

Host was great! Not so much the property

The house was ok, needs updating. The carpet was very dirty. We needed to call maintenance a few times, Javier was amazing. Louise the host was very quick to respond to my questions. I had to ask if I could lower the air due to my health conditions. They want the air to stay on 74. During the day the house got up to 80. Nice location but would not stay again.

Great stay

I had several conversations with the owner, Louise, before we came down and she is amazing. She answered any question normally within minutes. It is a great location if you are going to any of the parks. Sea World was our favorite. Magic Kingdom is so packed it really limits what you can do. They claim they are operating at 30% compacity but that is bull when all the good rides have a 90 minute wait. Anyway the property pool and spa where great and the house suited all our needs. For the price you could not beat it. If you want to spend another $600 or so you can get something nicer with the spa tubs in the bathroom ect but if you would rather save that $$ for the parks this is the way to go.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Close to amenities, and parks.

Very easy to rent, clean, and great subdivision. Property manager, Javier, was friendly, and made himself readily available. The house is priced right, bedrooms worked perfectly, kids loved the air hockey, pool, subdivision amenities were great additions, we will definitely rent again. I always want to be helpful. So... My suggestion would be: 1. Have more wash cloths for a family of 7. We had to purchase some for our stay. 2. Have the pool floor filter cover repaired. A few scrapes and sore feet (ouch) from stepping on the exposed filter.

Property is not what is in pictures, very old pictures. We don't care if furnishings are old, who ever is cleaning is NOT doing a great job! Toliets are very dirty, carpet is absolutely gross and looks as if no one has even dusted in years, black mold on the wall in hall bathroom, it's been there awhile! Didn't happen overnight, got ahold of owner, but really should have given us a discount, we own rental property, would not rent out until it's clean, yuck!

Great location for the parks, nice villa but area can be noisy at the weekends

We have just recently completed 2 weeks in this villa and found it to be as described, clean and tidy. Louise was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The villa was very close to the Disney parks and other attractions and the actual resort was very nice but we did have noise on both weekends we were there, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Perhaps we were just unlucky with weekend tenants but we experienced noisy music, cars racing up and down the street and general shouting and yelling at all hours even though there is meant to be a quiet time between 11pm-7am. I understand this type of noise is hard to control or police but it was the first time we have had noise in all the years we have been renting villas. Apart from that we had a lovely stay and would probably use again.

Not as advertised

When booking on VRBO the overview of the bedrooms were wrong. They advertise as two queen beds in the suites. Only one, the other full bed. No mattress pads on the beds. Bed covers were just thrown on the bed like someone just got off. When booking we were told the pool was warmed by solar heat from the roof of the house, which ended up being broken. Told a bird flow into the solar panal. Also advertised was a salt water pool which it is not. Pool tiles by the water fall from the spa is chipped and very sharp. We decided on the second day to pay for pool heat which didn't start working after very many phone calls until two days later. The pool heat worked great for two days, then the last two days it wasn't working. We talked to the house manager a few times and he acted like he didn't know what our problem was and told us we must be calling the wrong number. When I related this to the owner of the house, she said she talked to the house manager, and he said after talking to the four women in the pool area they specified that everything was perfect. The only problem was that there was never four women, only two couples in there 60's staying in the home. We told the owner we think the home manager was confused with another property. The owner did give back two days heat for the pool, but we paid for six. The home needs some TLC. The owner needs in person to check on the property more. This is why we gave it one star.

Excellent vacation home

Our family loved our stay here. This house was perfect for us (2 adults, 3 kids). I highly recommend this home. The location is excellent. It’s about 15 minutes to Disney and 40 min to Universal. There’s restaurants and shopping very close by (the Target and Ross were quite handy). The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The home is lovely. It was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were fantastic. We paid for the heating and it was well worth it. The spa is attached to the pool, yet it gets as hot as a stand alone jacuzzi. The pool is a bigger than most vacation home pools, too. I really appreciated that the house is well stocked for traveling families. There are books, games, strollers, pack n play (crib), kitchen goods, beach towels, movies, an Atari, an air hockey table, balls for the pool, and more. Javier, the property manager, was very helpful. He was friendly and he was quick to reply. Our entire experience with this rental house was fantastic. Very highly recommend!

We routinely rent a different property in this resort yearly. However, that property was unavailable the week we visited. This property was definitely a great choice. We were not disappointed. If the other property was to unavailable for ournext trip we would not hesitate to return here. Great owner and on site management.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with Emerald Island Resort the first time we stayed there. It offers everything for a great family holiday, with beautifully maintained facilities set in relaxing tropical gardens. It's location is fantastic, being such a short drive to all the theme parks - those extra ten minutes saved in driving make all the difference with a car full of tired children desperate for bed!

When we got the opportunity to purchase a villa at the resort, we jumped at the chance and are so happy with our house, and we hope our guests will be too. There is sun on the pool all day and the whole place is bright and well-planned. We find it hard to leave at the end of our visits!
