Very comfortable for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). Condo was clean and well stocked. Ski in/out was incredibly easy. Management company was very responsive and check in/out process was easy. Highly recommend.
This townhome was truly ski-in/out. Right to the back deck! Vail Realty was super easy to deal with, and handled everything to make our stay great! Would definitely stay here and with them again.
The location and townhome are wonderful! Everything was to our liking, and we would definitely stay here again. Kids and parents loved it, with easy access to Beaver creek village, the pool, and hikes on the mountain.

We have been going to BC for many years and this is the best spot we have found for our family. Clean and well appointed, and close to everything. Best Ski in/out so far for us. We hope to stay again soon!
Property is just as it shows. Very nice lay out and is literally a ski in ski out property. You put on your skis out the back door and skis down to Centennial lift, and when your finished, you ski down Hay Meadow and right to the house. The heated Pool and 4 hot tubes are within 50 ft, The rooms are nicely laid out. Two large rooms with king beds, and a 3rd room with two full size beds, one being a trundle bed. This room is a tad tight, but worked well.
My only complaints would be the parking is a huge issue. You have to park in a parking garage that you are limited to one spot. The places are extremely small and tight. If you have a 2nd vehicle, you are required to park at the bottom of Beaver Creek, pay $25 a day in parking and take the shuttle(which is free)to your unit. There is no parking directly at the unit.
The stove in the house, while clean and looks good, it takes FOREVER to heat and come to temperature. We ended up ordering out a lot because of this. The dishwasher is also hard to get started.
The location for skiing and peace and quiet is great. It's a heck of a walk to the village, or you can take the free shuttle if you wish to go that route.
Lastly, you never heat or talk to the owner. I get it. It's a investment property and he uses Vail Realty to manage it. So you pay a fee to the owner directly and then pay the lions share to Vail Realty who sends your a separate email, fill out a form and fax it back to them with payment authorization. Vail Realty main office is pleasant and helpful. But their office in Beavercreek which is where you pick up the keys is very rude, and act like their time is more important than yours. There is zero parking at this office, and zero drop box, and yes you have to drop your keys off at the office when you are finished and they don't open till 9am. How does that work for people who have early flights.
Overall, it's a great place. It's very nice inside. Few things can be aggravating, via parking and dealing with management company, but I would definitely consider staying here again. The ski in ski out made up for the headaches.
Everything was great! The house was clean, firewood was perfectly cut and the location was excellent. The ski in ski out was so much fun. Would highly recommend! Going to make this a yearly thing!
Lovely condo. Well equipped and great location. Kids had a great time with the ski in/out. 2min shuttle ride to Park Hyatt. Definitely recommend staying here.
