Notre appartement est situé à 5 mn de Bastille et 10 mn du Marais à pied. Logement classe.
L' appartement est parfaitement équipé et très confortable, vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il y a un salon, trois chambres, une salle de bain, une salle de douche, 2 WC.
La chambre 1 comprend un lit double (king size), la chambre 2 comprend un lit double (queen size), la chambre 3 comprend un lit simple. La cuisine séparée est très bien équipée.
L'immeuble est situé dans une rue calme, avec ascenseur.
Nous sommes situés près de quartiers très vivants où vous trouverez des tas de restaurants et boutiques : le marais, oberkampf, etc... nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous indiquer de bonnes adresses de parisiens.

Perfect apartment for 5 adults. Immaculate and the host was quite accommodating. Showed us around the neighborhood. Enough room to relax after a day of exploring. We didn't cook but everything was there to. Richard and Ginette were lovely hosts.

Very nice apartment

Neighborhood was very convenient to several metro lines and stations The host left us great provisions. Some of the instructions could have been better especially about recharging the hot water tank but richard was readily available to answer questions. Great towels. Beds were very comfortable.

An ideal rental

We had an excellent experience staying at this apartment. It was roomy, bright, and had all of the amenities that we desired. It was on a lovely, quiet street that was convenient to many shops, cafes, and two metro stops. Richard and Jeanette were the consummate hosts, greeting us at the beginning of our stay, orienting us to the apartment and neighborhood, and stocking the fridge. We highly recommend this place!

Charming Apartment

We were a group of 4 and this was a perfect apartment for us! We found it so tidy and clean with everything we needed. Plenty of towels! It was a charming neighborhood with bakeries and supermarket nearby. Great outdoor marketplace on Thursday and Sunday mornings. We found the metro convenient and used it everyday to see everything. Richard was a great host, very accesible!

Comfortable, well-located, well-equipped 3-bedroom apartment in Paris

My group of four loved this property. It was conveniently located to Bus and Metro access and we walked to street markets and restaurants. The host was immediately responsive and even welcomed our group on arrival. Information about the apartment and the area was provided. I would love to stay here again.

A week in Paris

This apartment is beautiful with high quality amenities. Richard met us at the property, and he and his wife made sure we knew how to use all the appliances and where everything was located in the house. The house was well stocked and there were even a few groceries. It was extremely clean. Richard gave us a tour of the neighborhood that was so much fun. Would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

Christmas in Paris

The apartment and owners are wonderful. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was close to attractions yet far enough away to make for quiet evenings. Public transportation via bus and subway is close. There are several grocery stores along with a great wine shop around the corner. Great place to stay with a family.

A home for all ages

We enjoyed all the comforts of this clean, well stocked and lovely home and the hospitality of Richard and his wife. An older couple, a young couple, and a two-year-old all found this to be the perfect place to relax after a wonderful day in Paris. The surrounding neighborhood had lots to offer and the nearby bus and metro stops made sightseeing a breeze. This comes with our highest recommendation and thanks.

Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens. Living room for folks to gather. Very convenient to groceries, boulangeries, restaurants and three subways. Richard brought us two fans to help cool the apartment in the unusually hot June weather. He will take good care of you.

Quiet and clean

For our first stay in Paris, this apartment was perfect. Plenty of room for the four of us, very clean and well organized. The street was very quiet and away from the bustling of the city. A comfortable place to stay

From the moment we booked this 3bedroom apartment Richard, our host, was there for us. He met our taxi on arrival and gave a very comprehensive tour, not only of the apartment, but also of the neighbourhood. The fridge had been stocked with the basics and we wanted for nothing. The Apartment itself was very clean and tidy? I cannot recommend it highly enough! Paris is a fabulous city!

Fun Paris Stay

Three of us friends stayed here for a week visit in Paris. The property was in a convenient location, close to two metro stops for easy access to anywhere in the city. There were plenty of local bakeries and restaurants within walking distance as well. The apartment was very nice and clean with plenty of amenities including basic kitchen staples such as coffee, butter, and water. Our friendly host gave us a thorough tour to familiarize us with the place and was very responsive to any other questions throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would highly recommend this place.

Great Stay in Paris

Richard was a wonderful host and was at the apartment when we arrived. He gave us tour of the neighborhood and pointed out several restaurants and shops. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs, cheese, yogurt and wine. He was very responsive to our questions and quick to respond to my texts. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with several shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a metro station within in walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked and there is also a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend a stay at this home for a family or group traveling together.

A five star apartment

This apartment in the saint Ambroise area of Paris met all expectations. Spotless, comfortable beds, and quality furnishings and appliances. We were met on arrival and our hostess explained the amenities of the apartment and pointed out key features of the surrounding neighborhood. Minutes from the metro and grocery made our stay most agreeable. The location in a “real” Paris neighborhood gave us a true sense of Parisian life. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this apartment.

Paris 2023

Richard was a terrific host. He walked us around the neighborhood and had lots of suggestions for our stay.We were in Paris during a tremendous heat wave so sleeping was a little uncomfortable but Richard supplied fans in each room. Leaving the refrigerator supplied with some basics was appreciated. The home is in a very convenient location near the Bastille and public transit was easy to use. I highly recommend Richard’s rental flat !!!

Family trip in Paris

The apartment was bright, with all the windows, modern and immaculate. Three bedrooms and a large 2 sink bathroom and a smaller full bath. A galley kitchen fully stocked, for cooking. Host left us breakfast foods for morning. It’s in a quiet neighborhood- but close to grocery store, bakeries and cafes! There are 2 Metro stops approx. 10 minutes away. We easily were able to get all over Paris. I would highly recommend this host and his home! We had a wonderful time!!

Clean and comfy

Even before we arrived, Monsieur Kaim, contacted us and provided various insights about arriving and booking in Paris. The day of arrival he spent a whole afternoon waiting, and then showing us around the neighborhood, a not-so-speedy orientation, which helped greatly in the following days! His home provided comfort and space, but also he allowed us use of some of his pantry items making a couple in-house breakfast meals possible. Nowhere else did we have this possibility. During our visit, we also contacted him for further "renseignements" to which he promptly responded. We had a great stay at his place!

Un Magnifique Appartement

Richard and Ginnette were so lovely. They provided a baguette, croissants, eggs, juice, cookies, coffee and chocolate for our breakfast when we arrived. The apartment was spotless. We had a house phone which we could have used to make calls in France and to the US. We had our own cell phone plan and so we didn't need to use it. Since we were four seniors we used Uber to get around Paris rather than the convenient bus and Metro. The major sites we wanted to see were not close by and so we gave 3 stars for location. We had a wonderful time and would recommend the Kaim's apartment.

We had a very good feeling with the 2 couples. Very Nice people and the appartement was clean when we came back. Nevertheless, I must admit I am very surprised by the 3 stars only for the location of the apartment ! We are in the heart of the town, in the center of Paris, with many buses and métro lines at 2 mn from our house. Paris is a big city and all the monuments can not be close from each other. Of course, as all big cities, the bad circulation and the traffic is a fact but it is not our fault. We would be glad to welcome them nevertheless.

Location, Location, Location

For us, this apartment was just perfect. The location could not be beat, super close to two different Metro lines and a really convenient bus. The area has so many friendly shops and a large market several times each week as well as plenty of dining options. It’s is close to great sights that we had not visited before so that was also a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and easily walkable, not a bustling night club area but plenty to do. Metro and bus were very reliable and made it seem so close to almost anywhere. There is laundry in the apartment but if you need to do larger loads or do multiple loads simultaneously, there is a nice laundry just a few feet away. I could not say enough kind things about the owner and his daughter who met us when we arrive, they were so helpful and very willing to give guidance or advice on anything we needed.

Quiet, convenient, well equipped apartment

We had a wonderful stay with our 14 year old granddaughter. We didn’t use or need the third bedroom, which had a single bed. Richard, our host, met our taxi and showed us everything In great detail. He took the time for a walk around the neighborhood to point out the highlights. The apartment was well equipped, including everything needed in the kitchen. Richard was kind enough to put in a small stock of food, enough for a breakfast. The place is on a very quiet street. We heard no noise during our stay. It’s convenient to metro stations, and even closer to the line 69 bus route, which heads right downtown to all the main attractions; we used it almost every day. Don’t miss the Bastille market on Sundays and Thursdays. Great fresh food and quirky artisans’ stalls. A great find!

A lovely, comfortable and homey apartment.

I would stay here again in a heart beat! It is within 5 minutes walking distance to metro stations, grocery store, bakery and a laundromat next door. The location is on very quiet, residential Passage way. This apartment is very, very clean and has recently been renovated with modern showers and bathrooms. The kitchen has lovely newer appliances and also a small washer & dryer. The refrigerator even had essential breakfast supplies. The furnishings and decor are comfortable and desirable with plenty of closet space for clothes, shoes and luggage. Bedrooms are large and have automatic dark out shades. The entrance is extremely secure with a newer elevator. Being a corner apt., open windows provide more than adequate ventilation. Richard and family are French, very friendly and accommodating people. They do not live on premise and the grown daughters speak English fluently to accommodate any questions.
