Loved Breakers East

Loved our stay at Breakers East. Our condo was perfect; clean, beautiful and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Hope to go back another time.

Great experience and wonderful location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and smelled great when we entered. It was 100 ft away from the beach and was great for the kids to have fun. View from balcony was amazing. Didn’t know that we need reservations for front row chairs on the beach. Except that we would come back again. We had three kids at age 9,7 and 5. All had wonderful experience. Seamless experience on getting into the condo even at midnight and felt more safer than anything. They haf also trolley at front which helped us to move items to 8th floor with ease. Overall, will recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Destin

Breakers East 805

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th time coming to Destin, but our first time staying at Breakers East. The location was great. Love being right on the beach. The condo was very nice and clean. The rooms along with the balcony was much bigger than our previous condos we’ve stayed at. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed having games and puzzles available during our stay. The only issue was with the elevators. We were told they were new, but every day they were working on them so only one was working most days. Overall it was a great stay. We did not have any issues with our condo during our stay.

Family Beach Vaca

Absolutely love BE! We have already booked for next year:) The condo is great, plenty of space, equipped with everything needed. Balcony is right on the beach and I was able to keep an eye on the teenagers without having to walk to the beach with them. My 6 yo had plenty of toys to play with on the beach and we added to the collection when we left.

Amazing stay!

The condo was great! We’ve stayed at numerous condos in Destin, and this one was the cleanest by far! No sand on the floors and the property was in great shape! We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a multi-family vacation here along with family members in other units and planned meals for the week. This rental had every little thing we needed to cook and serve a large group. You could easily serve a Thanksgiving meal here if you wanted. We felt at home the entire time. Aside from the thoughtfulness of how the condo was furnished, the rental was clean and spacious and beautiful. The location could not have been more perfect. We hope to make this a tradition!

HAPPY PLACE

We loved Breakers East , condo was beautiful everything so clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful! ! The best part was the Wal-mart pickup and putting your refrigerated items up was soooo wonderful this is the best service ever!!!!!! The only thing I wish was their elevators always had one down out of only 2 at all times . We were on 8th floor which was not an easy hike for using the stairs. However these things happen.

Home Away From Home

My wife enjoyed the condo for Mother's Day weekend. Parking close to the building. Enough carts to wheel your items to the room. Easy access to the room and the beach view from the balcony is wonderful. Thanks for the complimentary beach chair and umbrella rental.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo last year for the winter and requested 805 again for this winter as we appreciate that its owner will allow snowbirds for the winter months !! This unit was clean when we arrived and supplied with everything you might need - it is beautifully decorated, very comfortable furniture and has a kitchen that is fully stocked ! The location is perfect and we have an amazing beach view from our balcony. The Assistant at the Beach management is very helpful and takes care of any problems that arise .... We would recommend condo 805 here at the Breakers East to anyone looking for a great stay in Destin!

Dirty floors but very nice

We enjoyed the condo very much and it was very nice and clean all except the floors! The floors were very dirty, we could not go bare feet because our feet would be black in no time, had to wear shoes in the condo to keep them clean! I was not about to mop and clean floors on vacation either! Everything else was good but I hate I paid to have the condo cleaned and then we couldn’t even go bare feet in it the whole three days!

Lovely getaway

Our second time staying in this condo was another success. It is beautiful, spactious and furnished with books to read and games for the family to enjoy. The view from the balcony is exceptional! I was soo glad I was able to book this condo again for our summer vacation.

Perfect

Absolute perfect set up. 805 was equipped with anything you may need. Only one elevator was functioning BUT that wasn’t a problem for us, we are patient and understanding. Perfect beach view and beach access. Location is within walking distance to so many places. Planning our next trip already! We loved our stay at BE805.

Great location

Pros: Great location, spacious, great parking spaces, clean quiet beach, booking was easy and the owner was very nice. Close to shopping, Walmart and tons of attractions for the kiddos. Cons: Terrible smell through out the condo. Smelt like something wet, old or mildewed. No matter what we sprayed the smell was bad. Definitely need some freshening up. No pantry so we had to keep all our snacks on the kitchen counter which took up a lot of space. Aches and pains due to how the beds slept. Very very uncomfortable . Stains on the couches and the bedroom throw pillows. We had to do a lot of wiping up. Master bedroom door would not shut close. I think the condo is holding moisture. My son opened what we thought was a closet and was actually the door to the room beside us. He walked right into their room. One of the elevators stayed down most of our stay. Would not stay again .
