Magnifique 4e étage (avec ascenseur), condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec cuisine entièrement équipée, foyer, laveuse / sécheuse et balcon avec barbecue à gaz. ATTENTION - VRBO / HomeAway ne perçoit pas toutes les taxes de vente applicables! Les tarifs indiqués ici sont soumis à la taxe locale d'hébergement de 8% à payer à l'arrivée au bureau de gestion de Beaver Creek West.

Il y a un maximum de 6 personnes autorisées et 2 places de parking disponibles pour ce condo. De plus, il est interdit de fumer de toute sorte et les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés dans cette propriété. Le Beaver Creek West se trouve à quelques minutes du Beaver Creek Resort et propose une navette gratuite pour les skieurs vers la télécabine Riverfront de Beaver Creek et Lionshead à Vail. Notre navette pour skieurs privée est complétée par les systèmes de transport en commun de Beaver Creek Resort, de la ville d'Avon et d'Eagle County.

Vous profiterez de la piscine extérieure ouverte toute l'année, de trois bains à remous, d'un sauna et de courts de tennis (en été uniquement). Ce condo nettoyé par des professionnels sera fourni avec des draps, des serviettes et des savons. Le service de ménage est inclus uniquement après le départ.

Nice convenient condo

Clean condo with great shuttle bus service to gondola for easy access to and from Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Spacious bedrooms and lots of parking. Close to town so easy to get to City Market for food, etc... . Nice hot tubs for after skiing.

Decent property with good location. Unit was clean and well stocked. Shuttle service was prompt and Avon bus stop close by. Hot tubs were nice. Parking lot was icy.

Hello Tim, Thanks for the review on our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo J4 at Beaver Creek West. We appreciate the feedback and are happy to see you enjoyed your stay here. Love hearing that our excellent housekeeping team did a review worthy clean of the condo as we love haring that in the reviews. Also happy to note you found the unit was well stocked as we try to keep all of our 50 rental condos stocked with all kinds of kitchen items so cooking while on vacation is possible. Shuttle service is FREE and very prompt and services both Vail and Beaver Creek for our guests at Beaver Creek West. No waiting in line for a bus, no paying for parking and a short walk right outside of the condo is the pickup location. Because we are so close to the Riverfront Gondola we have a great central location at that lift only a few minutes for your door. There are three hot tubs, a sauna and a large heated, outdoor pool for après ski relaxation, glad you were able to enjoy those. As for the parking lot, yes it does indeed get icy in the wintertime due to snow, sun, melting snow, then freezing at night. Be forewarned all parking lots in this area will also be icy unless they are in the direct sun. Please give us a shout for your next visit to the area as we'd love to host you again. We do offer many higher end condos and they do cost a small percentage more. We also offer some very economical condos as well, again many options with 60 condos to choose from. We hope you were able to enjoy our number one amenity for our guests. The FREE skier shuttle is an awesome way to get to the slopes fast and it saves you money from parking at the resorts. Exceeded expectations for spring skiing on a budget

Property was clean and everything the 4 of us needed. We had a car, parking was included. We expected the 10-15 minute drives to Vail and Beaver Creek. Great value. Bring your own board games, puzzles, HDMI streaming device, if you like.

Great family condo!

Our family was in town for a weekend soccer tournament, and the kids made it clear that it felt like a "real vacation"! The two queen beds in one room worked great for our three kids. They were able to have their own space, but also all be together. The condo space also worked great for us. We really enjoyed the balcony, but the highlight for everyone was the heated pool!! Would recommend this property to anyone, but especially to those traveling with kids. recorecommend this place to anyone

Updated Condo and Friendly People

The condo was recently updated. You can tell it is an older property but the interior was nice. Most everyone that was there was an owner of a condo. That were very friendly as was most everyone in the Beaver Creek area.

mother/daughter trip

Loved the condo and location. right on free ski shuttle up to base. shuttle at resort took us to gondola in town. many restaraunts walkable distance. enjoyed trail around the lake. would definitely book again.note for the owner, there were several nails sticking out of the carpet that we stepped on. one right where the carpet meets the bathroom in the master and another where the stools for the counter are. Could easily puncture your foot so needs to be addressed.

Yes, we are located super convenient to both Vail and Beaver Creek ski slopes. You have many choices of how to get to the slopes. You can take our free Beaver Creek West skier shuttles to Vail and or Beaver Creek, that are exclusive for our guests or it's also super easy to ride the Core Transit bus, also free to both resorts. Agreed that we have some great restaurants that you can easily walk to but keep in mind Avon has a free restaurant shuttle in the evening., if you wanted to venture out a bit further. Also, glad it was the time of year you could get a good walk in, around Nottingham Lake and Park. We love this park especially with all the summer event happening. Thanks for letting us know about the carpet via this review, but please know you can always reach out and call us at any time, so we can correct the issue as soon as possible. Our maintenance staff has been notified and will repair that carpet issue, for the next guests arriving. We hope you can find the time to come out and visit us again sometime soon. Best view we've ever had in a VRBO.

The top floor condo was delightful. We had enough room for all our stuff in a clean and well appointed space. Kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook our meals. When there were other quests next door we could hear them a little when it was a group talking or they had there TV turned up, but nothing that bothered us and everyone was quiet by 11pm. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and walking around Lake Nottingham. It was convenient to the bus stops for skiing and shopping. We would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Great location, dated property

Location is great. We've stayed in this condo complex for the past few years, and its easy to hop a shuttle to BC or Vail. The condo unit and overall complex is dated. This unit listed a fold-out couch as a sleeping option but did not have sheets/blankets available for the couch our first night (we checked in after hours). We requested the next morning and only received sheets- had to share blankets from other beds. These accommodations should be available in the unit at all times and should not require asking at front desk. Hot tubs are nice; parking is easy; pool was too cold to swim in, and pool locker rooms are in need of maintenance/updating.

Misleading

The listing states free shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail. Free is the only part of that statement that is true. The shuttle does not go to Beaver Creek. It goes to the Avon bus terminal. You can then catch a bus to Beaver Creek or walk to the gondola. A good hour before you can actually ski. As for the shuttle to Vail, you find after booking the condo that reservations are required and it only runs 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon. Had we known any of this we would not have booked this condo. As for the condo, nicely remodeled but lacking in towels, no sheets for the sofa sleeper, which we discovered when going to bed , long after the office was closed. There are no ski lockers nor a place in the unit for wet ski boots. Overall the condo is over priced for what it offers. Will never stay there again.

Hi and WOW what a contrast from all of the five and four star reviews (nothing less than 4 stars) we have had on our Beaver Creek West condo. All of the Vail and Beaver Creek shuttle information is automatically sent to you as soon as soon you book, so in your case the shuttle information was sent to you on Saturday, December 7. We also include a MAP on Vrbo of where the property is located so that you know how to plan for your ski vacation. I also checked the shuttle schedule for your dates and we had plenty of space available, all you had to do was call and let us know which times worked best for you and your group. The shuttle most definitely goes to the Riverfront gondola which is absolutely part of the Beaver Creek Resort. That is why they include it on the trail map. We would have loved to drive up into the village but Beaver Creek Resort limits the amount of traffic into the resort….by offering base lift access from the Riverfront gondola. We will say thank you on the nice comment about our recent remodel. Overall I feel your budget and your taste for a ski in ski out condo are very far apart. As we say "beer budget and champagne taste". Beaver Creek offers endless ski in and ski condo for about double the price, so please in the future when booking something on Vrbo please READ the information and check out the map that is provided for every property that they rent. Comfortable for a ski trip

Overall, it was a nice and spacious apartment for a ski trip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and we appreciated the full kitchen. It was nice for large gatherings as there were enough silverware, plates, etc. to provide for everyone. The walls are a tad thin so we often heard people next door playing loud music and partying, but luckily the noise stopped around 9:30pm every night so that was good. There is a lot of helpful information the apartment provides in several guide books. Overall, wonderful and an easy stay.

Comfortable stay, good location

Condo was very clean. Kitchen was well-appointed. If you hear random beeping it’s the dishwasher that needs to be turned off. 4th floor with vaulted ceilings was nice. Rooms were a little dark so brighter bulbs might be nice. Shuttle to Beaver Creek Riverfront Gondola and to Vail were always on time and ready waiting for us. Definitely a good value for the money and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Beaver Creek or Vail.

Nice location, good for what we needed, but needs some updating

It was a good size for our family of 5. It’s close to Beaver Creek Mountain which we love to ski. I would say the condo itself needs updating in regards to paint and walls.

Nice, clean basic condo.

We stayed over the 2018 Presidents holiday and had a blast. Condo has everything you need.. It's kinda on the small side for 5 people. Overall the condo is convenient to shuttle service, it was clean and beds were very comfortable. We would stay on this property again maybe just a bigger condo.

SUPER clean, nice location close to Vail and Beaver Creek

Mike was very helpful prior to our trip as I had a few questions. The condo was literally squeaky clean, which goes a loooong way with me! The beds were very comfortable, and all that we needed was there from kitchen items to the washer and dryer. Avon is less expensive than Vail and Beaver Creek, but it is a very short drive from both. City Market is nearby as well as a pretty lake and quaint park. There is a great walking trail by the creek as well. We fished, rafted, hiked, and golfed. Mike's condo worked out well for us! Thank you for sharing it with us! :-)

Great place!

The unit itself was great and spacious. The beds were amazingly comfortable We loved being able to grill out right on the patio in the unit. The free shuttle to Beaver Creek was an awesome plus! The only issue we had was the front desk called around 9am asking how long we would be until we left because the cleaners were waiting for us to leave. This was a little odd due to the fact my reservation said our checkout time was 10am. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely do it again.

A bit run down and dated.

The condo was a bit run down. We found broken furniture, dirty towels and hair on the pillows. Location was great and convenient to Beaver Creek. Luckily, we spent more time on the mountain than in the condo.
