Notre maison récemment rénovée a près de 1900 SF de zone joliment décorée pour votre plaisir. Parfait cul-de-sac près des magasins et des restaurants. Nous avons mis beaucoup de créativité, de travail acharné et de cœur dans cette maison et nous espérons que les nouveaux clients ou les clients fidèles l'aimeront autant que nous l'aurons. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité d'Anna Maria Island, d'excellents restaurants et magasins.
Notre maison a quatre chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, piscine au chlore chauffée par énergie solaire sur cour privée clôturée 1/4 acre.
Notre maison a un plan d'étage ouvert spacieux, idéal pour se divertir, grande cuisine avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir, grand écran lanai w / une piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire et la cour privée entièrement clôturée. En entrant, vous êtes accueillis par une lumière naturelle abondante, un magnifique carrelage et des plafonds voûtés. La salle à manger offre une grande table de 8 places et bien plus encore ...

Our stay here was excellent - the host was very responsive to the few communications we had back and forth over the stay. Check in and out was easy and straightforward. The house was very nice, decor was very much on theme. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Location is also great - short drives to multiple excellent beaches (AMI, Siesta Key amongst others), Sarasota proper, and other activities. Would recommend as a solid value stay for a trip to FL!

Beautiful, clean home. Host was very nice. Good location for going to beach and shopping. Only two negatives. House apparently is right under airport fly zone. Loud planes were coming over at night waking us up because we were not used to it. Also, when I booked said heated pool in heading, no mention of fees-but it was 20 a night, disappointing since it was really only warm two nights of our stay. Host said he was turning on, but never was “warm”, so I’m not sure if there was a problem with timer kicking heater on. Host was texting my husband trying to get it warm though.

Great location, Easy check in & out, Owner replied quickly to concerns. The house could use some more a/c window units or a bigger a/c. It was very hot inside most of our stay. But overall it was nice.

Thanks for your comments. We have had this house for 6 years now. We never had issue for cooling. During the hot season in Florida when outside is 100 degrees F and keeping inside 70 or below 70 ist beyond the cooling system even when you had on for almost 24 hours a day. When all doors and windows a window shades are closed, we are always able to reach a desired temperature. We installed additional window unit in kids bedroom to help to reach the right temperature inside the room and help to maintain it .

Great family vacay

This house was perfect for our needs while travelling with family across three generations. Lots of space, all necessary amenities, quiet, amazing pool, close to groceries etc, and clean. Location was perfect for visiting the beach and nearby attractions too. Would highly recommend and visit again. Host was also very easy to get in touch with, no issues. Thank you!

Wonderful Vacation!

There was a total of 7 of us saying here and we had a wonderful time! The house was very well updated, set up and clean. All the amenities were perfect and the pool was very refreshing! Would certainly recommend this rental to anyone!

Perfect house

My son, son in laws and I were down in the area for our annual fishing trip. We always rent a house with a pool. This house was in a perfect location, off of 75th between Manatee Ave and Cortez. The pool, facilities and communication was perfect. We would stay here again!

Perfect as advertised

This home was clean, comfortable and on a quiet culdesac lot. Extra bonus were the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The owner provided proactive communication.

Sorry to hear that, pool heater was set for 86 DEG F if that was not warm enough you could let me know. During the day temperature was up to 88 F. The house AC is sent for 76 DEG F if that was not too cold for you, You could bring it down for a comfortable setting. Sorry that we did not have that communication. When is have sent the checking instructions my cell ph# was there as well. I am sorry that you feel that way to give us 3-star rating when we gave you 5.

Annual fishing trip with my son

Every year my son and I (and at times, my son in laws) go on an annual fishing trip in the Bradenton area. This is the third time I have stayed at this property and as always it was clean, and the check in process was seamless. On this trip it was my son and wife but I have been here with my son and two son in laws and there is plenty of room. It's a nice home.

Fun cozy house

We had a great time, the house was very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was we could not use the garage, we have a jeep and like to take the doors and roof off and park it in the garage and I don’t recall seeing that when we booked the property!

Spring break

This house was perfect for our spring break getaway. Close to Anna Maria and the other beaches but far enough away that you aren’t in the craziness of that area. Lots of space in the house for two adults and three teens and could easily have had two full families in the house. Everything was spotless when we checked in and tons of bath and beach towels available. Also, very comfortable beds and bedding. The pool was nice and refreshing for the kids.

This home is a jewel!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family! With the pool, games, cards and toys they were never bored in our down time. The house is only minutes from anywhere we wanted to visit or eat. During our stay the internet company had an outage which effected the owners equipment and they had it taken care of ASAP! Communication was great! We highly recommend this home to everyone!

We are doing our best to make sure that our guests feel comfortable like at home. The internet outage cause that our router failed and was replaced the same day by internet provider. Windi and her group took care of our house and left the place in order. They are welcome any time.

Thanksgiving vacation

We have vacationed to Bradenton/AMI many times over Thanksgiving with extended family and this was the nicest property we have stayed at. The house has everything you need to prepare meals, going to the beach, or just enjoying the pool at the property. The open floor plan works great for socializing with a large family. The property manager responds immediately, but everything was in great order so we did not need to communicate much. Great place!

Awesome Vacation House

I traveled with my teenage daughter and her five friends for spring break. This house was perfect! There is plenty of space, the pool was great and it was very clean! The location is great located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the beaches, restaurants and stores. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. Bikes too! Eric was very responsive and helpful! I plan to return with my family next vacation we take!
