Le mieux adapté pour deux adultes et deux petits enfants. Cette cabine d'une chambre offre un matelas Tempurpedic king size dans la chambre et le canapé-lit dans le salon. Juste à l'extérieur de votre fenêtre, vous trouverez une zone de pique-nique paisible et un foyer.

Un bain à remous pour deux sur un porche filtré, une cheminée à fibre optique, une cuisine pleine grandeur comprend un poêle, un réfrigérateur et un four à micro-ondes ainsi que des ustensiles de cuisine.

We had an awesome stay. Cabin is close to everything, easy to locate, clean, all needed essentials. Easy parking. Comfy couch and bed. Hot tub was clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!This is by no means a compliant because everything was wonderful...there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and air conditioning in living room...I am a hot sleeper and I bought a fan to use in bedroom...so just take a fan with you if you like it extra cool while sleeping:) River close by.

Weekend getaway

This was a weekend getaway for me and my husband without our kid. It was very relaxing and clean. The hot tub is the perfect size for 2. As some have mentioned it is slightly outdated mainly with appliances but otherwise perfect. It is in a perfect location in Maggie Valley. With Cherokee and Asheville both being about 20-30 minutes away. Overall, a perfect getaway.

We enjoyed it! Some things that were a bit frustration was that the cabinet doors need to be tightened! And wasn’t left anything to wash dishes with not did detergent!

The cabin was cute and as advertised. However, the hot tub was full of hair so we were unable to use or enjoy it and the water in the shower would not get warm. We ended up coming home after one night of our planned trip.

Little House on the Big Road

Cute little cabin, very outdated and needs a little TLC but a great value and provided us all we needed. We had a minor issue with the toilet but the manager was super responsive and no harm done. Our only concern was how dark it was when we arrived. We had trouble getting in because there were no outdoor lights and it was tricky to find the light switches when we got inside- we used our cell phone flash light. A motion-censored outdoor light would be incredibly helpful. Bed was very comfortable- hot tub is clean and nice- but the buttons are worn off so we didn't know exactly what we were pushing and there is no light in that part of the porch. Overall- very good stay and we will be back- with a flashlight!

Good for couples

It was a cute cottage. The cottage was clean and had adequate provisions (it did only have the one trash bag, as others noted, so just take an extra one, or use a shopping bag - there were so many other comments about this I had to look to see for myself but we only needed the one :). Very close to other cottages, and as others said, the parking was tight. There is minimal storage and places to even lay an item down, due to the many "sit-arounds", so be prepared to pack light. I got confused as to how to get on the internet and the owner answered as soon as I called and that was worked out quickly. The hot-tub was nice and worked wonderfully - even in the single digit weather we had during our stay. And, the heater worked great to heat the entire cabin. It is s short ride to the ski area, about 35 minutes over the mountain to Cherokee, and about 45 minutes to Ashville on crowded interstates. It is about a 15 walk to Legends, which has entertainment most nights of the week, and which I highly recommend for fun and food. I would stay again, but it is cramped if you have more than two persons.

Great little cabin with convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at Caroline's place. The location is perfect & walkable to restaurants, shops, quiet, etc. We had an issue with the hot tub and Caroline came over immediately and got that fixed. As others have mentioned the buttons on the hot tub have lost their labels but she showed us the only one to press was the very left button for jets. Easy! It was very chlorinated, but I just removed the chlorine holder from it to help. Caroline is so sweet and punctual and lives very close by. Others mentioned the peeling wallpaper, slanted cabinets....outdated, but for the value we were totally fine with that! It was very clean. The only item I saw that needed cleaned was the ceiling fan (mine probably needs cleaned at home too, Ha!) If you're a light sensitive sleeper, I would suggest bringing a sleep mask. Blackout blinds/curtains would be nice for those of us that need that to sleep. I did not care for the bed mattress. You just kind of roll into the middle of it. The outlets (for phones, etc.) were behind the nightstand near the floor, so I can't image older folks reaching that well. They make lamps with chargers for phones now, so that might we worth an upgrade. All in all, I would rent this again or maybe try one of her others there on site. She owns several of them. You won't be disappointed for the price! I'm glad to have found her rentals!

Anniversary trip disappointment

Trip started off great. Location slightly hard to find, drive ways and parking are very tight for larger vehicles. No outside lighting other than porch lights make the entire area extremely dark at night and nearly impossible to see. Cabin was clean. Some maintenance needed, wall paper peeling off in spots and atleast half the kitchen cabinets were leaning and some would not close due to screws on the doors nearly screwed out! Bed very soft and comfortable however the bed is obviously a cheaper platform style bed. (We questioned the sturdiness of it when we laid on it) the hot tube was the highlight or so we thought. At first it was very nice and cozy. The next day after using me and also my spouse got rashes on our arms and backs. I’ve had a similar rash from a bacteria out of a improperly maintained hot tub and they are not fun so please beware if you use the hot tub!!!! It looked clean to us also! When I notified the owner of the problem she tried to say it was a reaction to the chlorine and suggested we take the floating chlorine dispenser out which we did the first day on our trip prior to this. I have never had a reaction to chlorine in all my years of swimming in pools! When I attempted to notify her back in a reply to her email she never responded back to us!!! We will not be returning back!

Pictures not accurate of actual property

Unfortunately I have to give a very negative review for this property. It was not clean and rusted refrigerator, kitchen chairs broken and shower. Walls water damaged. Only thing was it was close to shops but other than that for the price of this property found many others lower price and clean. Reached out to home owner and emailed pictures of concerns and was told thank you for letting me know. I will let our housekeeper know.

Exceptional

We needed a weekend to hide. What a wonderful place to go. Just large enough to accommodate the two of us and relaxing to sit in the hot tub and listen to the rain. Very clean and right in a quiet spot off Soco Rd. It’s on my short list of our next get away trip.

NO complaints, just suggestions

We would stay here again. Great value for the two of us. Everything was wonderful. NO COMPLAINTS only suggestions. The owner expects you to wash your dishes (no dishwasher) before you leave (completely reasonable) but there was no dish detergent available we could find. Only a suggestion, the owner should supply a bottle but perhaps they do but people steal it?Suggestion, put up one more privacy screen in the hot tub area that faces the parking lot warehouse across the ditch. It would be a pain for anyone to really see you in the hot tub but it would be nice to have the option to use one if it was there. Last one, there was no washer/dryer in the unit. Not a deal breaker for us, but we like having that option for longer stays especially with the kids. We would stay here again. Great value for the two of us. Everything was wonderful. NO COMPLAINTS only suggestions. Great clean unit for a great price. Respectfully submitted, KW
