SUITE TOUT EN BAS. Animaux acceptés (frais de 30 $). Maison familiale avec intimité au bout de la route à seulement 5 km des pistes de ski de Chataloochee. Le propriétaire habite à l'étage toute l'année. Les clients profitent d'un appartement complet: chambre lit queen-size et lit king-size studio avec entrée privée, vue panoramique sur la montagne, bain à remous privé et feu de camp. Les autres commodités incluent un barbecue à gaz, un four à micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, une cafetière et une laverie.

Great and relaxing from the porch with hot tub and awesome in the morning while drinking coffee and watching the hummingbirds. Bed was comfortable and she had everything we needed. Betty has a great property and was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Perfect!

My husband and I loved our stay here. The view is incredible. I loved waking up to the mountains each morning. The place is incredibly clean and we had everything we needed! The hot tub was perfect for winding down each night. We'll be back for sure!

Amazing view

Bette was extremely accommodating and the apartment was a great fit for our long weekend! It's hard to find rentals that allow you to bring multiple dogs so this is a gem, not to mention the amazing views! Soco falls is not too far from the property and was one of our coolest adventures of the trip. I would definitely stay here again :)

From booking to check out, Bette and her property were spectacular. Set in a beautiful mountain overlook, the Adirondack chairs on the front porch provided the perfect setting for our morning and evening relaxation time. After a long drive, getting into the perfectly heated hot tub was a plus. The space is accommodating with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Maggie Valley. The bed in the main living area is super comfy allowing us to sleep like babies away from our mattress at home. All in all, an exceptional stay in the mountains while visiting our best friends. We will be back!

Glorious views and friendly companions

Nestled in the hills high above the quaint town of Maggie Valley, and nearby to adventure and sights of the blue ridge mountains area, is Bette’s home. A beautiful home and lovely place. Everything is as advertised. We enjoyed our talks with Bette, who was both very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The jacuzzi was always enjoyable after a day of exploring, hiking and driving. All of the lodging, the area and Bette’s hospitality was great.

Beautiful View.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Even though no kitchen, we utilized the owners grill and our crock pot. Dorm fridge fit what we needed too. Beds were very comfortable. Linens clean and fresh smelling. Towels are hotel thick and fresh smell. Hot tub was a hit! Roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. We missed our dogs so we enjoyed petting owners well behaved animals. Owner was quick to respond to our questions previsit and during our stay. Very attentive to making our stay pleasant. Drive is narrow and steep but our SUV did just fine climbing up and down. We heard owners footsteps upstairs but it did not bother us. We have stayed at similar rentals. We enjoyed playing miniatures golf, antique shopping, wheels of time museum, fishing, driving to neighbor towns to sitesee and shop.

Beautiful View

The view was amazing. The quest house was nicely decorated and clean (except for a couple spider webs). The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was so relaxing especially looking at the view. Ziggy the cat is so friendly! The only downside is that the owners live on the main floors and sometimes they have hard footsteps noise. Woke us up a couple times. But we appreciated the stay.

Trip to the mountains

Bette was a great host that gave us our privacy but she always answered her phone if we needed her. The space was perfect with a gorgeous view, she has pretty much anything you’d need for a great getaway.

Beautiful view!

The view was stunning! The apartment was nice and the hot tub was a perk! Bed was comfortable, there was more noise coming from upstairs then I had expected/hoped for. The road to the driveway was hard to find at first but once we knew where it was we were good.

Originally from Chicago but fell in love with the Great Smoky Mountains.
My twin boys are in high school and enjoy soccer, golf, fishing and snowboarding.

I love the end of the road privacy with easy access to local attractions. We have that true mountain feel with no neighbors in sight! Hundreds of undeveloped acres of land surrounding the property keep it rich with wildlife and gorgeous views.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Just 5 miles to the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway for scenic drives and hiking opportunities in the Smokies. My family loves snowboarding and skiing at Cataloochee only 3 miles from the house. Lots of local restaurants and breweries in Maggie Valley, Waynesville (5 miles) and all that historic Asheville has to offer (30 miles). Cherokee is rich with tribal culture and the Harrah's Casino for dining, gambling and entertainment (15 miles).
