Ce loft penthouse au dernier étage sur le 9ème étage d'un bâtiment historique en terre cuite de 110 ans est un peu au cœur du quartier des divertissements et des affaires de Washington Avenue. Le loft entier est de plus de 2500 pieds carrés, deux lits, deux salles de bain. Avec des plafonds caverneux spacieux de 14 pieds, de grandes lucarnes et des fenêtres pittoresques, vous pourrez admirer la vue sur le musée de la ville et Delmar depuis votre chambre privée. Inclus comme commodités dans l'unité sont de nouvelles laveuses et sécheuses à haute efficacité avec accès directement à partir de votre chambre. De plus, un parking fermé sécurisé est inclus INCLUS pendant la durée de votre séjour (personne d'autre ne propose ce centre-ville!) Le wifi gratuit est également inclus.

Ce Penthouse est le mieux adapté aux familles. Nous n'autorisons aucune fête ou événement d'aucune sorte. Nous avons une règle stricte d'occupation maximale de 8 personnes. Wonderful loft stay in St. Louis

Everything about the loft was exactly as described by the host. It was extremely clean, and entry and parking were easy and convenient. The host, Chris, responds immediately and is very helpful. Great place to stay. I hope it's available the next time we visit St. Louis! Thanks, Chris.

Great stay

This property was great and was conveniently located downtown. Checkin process was a breeze and Chis was prompt with sending information regarding our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting STL.

Great spot!

Stayed the weekend for a Cardinals game and to visit the zoo. Close to great restraunts and cofee shops. Walkable to busch stadium but also a quick uber ride as well. Clean, easy access to building and host was bery responsive! No issues and would love to stay again.

Great downtown spot

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The listing was accurate and even better than the photos, which were already great. Property was clean and well supplied. Easy parking and easy access to so many St Louis tourist spots. We would definitely come here again!

Perfect Penthouse

This was by far one of the neatest places we have stayed at. Looking for a clean, stocked, unique stay? Chris, as you can tell on arrival, takes pride in his Penthouse.... rightfully so, this is a beautiful stay!! As for location, you really can't beat the fact that you can easily walk to the City Museum and Union Station.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay in St Louis and most of it was because of this loft. The location was perfect and the accommodations were amazing. The loft was gorgeous with lots of space, within walking distance to most of the attractions we wanted to go to and it made our trip amazing. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your property ! The owner was easy to reach and responded quickly to all of my questions. I will highly recommend it to my friends.

Great location, well appointed

We chose this property for the location and weren’t disappointed. It was an easy leaping off point for downtown attractions and about 90 seconds from the City Museum. Plenty of close coffee shops and restaurant options nearby. The apartment itself is well appointed, with plenty of space for our family group. We appreciated the large supply of blankets. Parking and entry to the building were easy. We’d happily stay here again on a return trip.

Great Family place

We stayed with our 5 kids 9-16 years old. We had plenty of space. Everything we needed and more available in the apartment. Loved it had a washer and dryer included. Had a question didn't have to wait long for contact. No problems would defintally recommend. We walked to the City Museum and spent the day loved it. Area was nice and safe feeling. Someone noticed we looked lost and walked us to the museum as we passed it.

Comfy and Clean!

This was a weekend trip with my spouse and another couple. We had a great time exploring the area. The beds and seating area were so comfortable. We had to cancel dinner reservations one evening due to bad storms and agreed that we enjoyed grabbing take and bake pizza from the grocery store right across the street and lounging around in the apartment was even better! This is downtown in a major city but we did not leave anything visible in the locked car and otherwise did not encounter any safety issues. Thank you Chris for being a great host!

City Museum and Eclipse

First of all, Chris is INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive. I would absolutely rent from him again. The location is PERFECT for the City Museum!! It was a 5min walk tops. The penthouse was super clean and was exactly what the listing pictures showed!! It's a huge open space, and everything was provided! We just had to bring whatever food we wanted to make and your suitcases (and yourself lol). The beds are super comfy too! Nice foam mattresses and fluffy, squishy pillows!! Whenever we come back to St Louis, I'll definitely be checking to see if this space is available!!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Best vrbo yet

Amazing place, great location, the cleanest vrbo we have seen, convenient to everything, only downside was the fear my vehicle would be broken into over night, decided not to park in the provided parking pass lot due to the amount of shattered car window glass on every inch of the lot, parked on the street under the street light. A provided spot across the street in the secured lot would have been nice. But then again this was all a non issue and doesn’t take away from the great place. Just follow the recommendations

Game day

We enjoyed a couple of hot days in St. Louis. Took in a Cardinals game, the Zoo, and some excellent local restaurants! The loft was wonderful. Plenty of space and nice to have the grocery store across the street with my 3 hungry teenagers! We appreciated the quick response by Chris when we had any questions.
