Stay in the heart of Downtown St. Louis at this stylish and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft on Washington Ave! With exposed brick, high ceilings, and modern comforts, this loft is perfect for groups, families, and business travelers looking for a prime location with urban charm.

â Bedroom 2: Queen bed, dresser & walk-in closet
â Bedroom 3 (Master): King bed, dresser, TV, walk-in closet & ensuite bathroom

Long-Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed
â CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway) , WIFI unit door locks have cameras and these cameras record 24/7
