Ceci est une maison en bord de mer sur la fin plus calme de la péninsule. Venez profiter d'un séjour vraiment relaxant à la plage. Grande terrasse face à la plage. Un plan d'étage ouvert faisant pour une cuisine spacieuse et un salon. Grande table à manger ainsi que dinette. Cette maison dispose d'une télévision par satellite dans le salon et la chambre principale. Windows tout autour pour profiter de la vue sans quitter la maison. Allée pavée pour beaucoup d'espace pour se garer et barbecue. Très proche de toute l'action! À seulement quelques kilomètres du Big Store et du Roll Over Pass, vous pourrez pêcher de manière optimale. Celui-ci se remplit vite. Ne tardez pas à appeler ou à réserver en ligne dès aujourd'hui.

I had the pleasure of staying at Royal View, a stunning beachfront property, and it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, offering panoramic ocean views from almost every room. The beach is just steps away, making it incredibly convenient for morning walks or sunset views.Inside, the property is beautifully furnished, with modern amenities and plenty of space. The open-plan living area leads out to a spacious balcony where we enjoyed meals with a breathtaking backdrop. The bedrooms were cozy, with large windows that let in natural light and cool ocean breezes.The hosts were welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Whether you’re relaxing in the living room, lounging on the beach, or dining on the balcony, Royal View offers the perfect setting for a peaceful, memorable getaway. Highly recommended!

Great location, ok house.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cobb was terrific and helped us make a reservation close to our travel time. The house is in a terrific location, beachfront with easy access. The house maintenance needs attention. Broken shades, soiled linens, worn bathroom furnishings, terrible shower water pressure. No good outside chairs/furnishings. Not a “Cobb-quality” property compared to the two others we’ve stayed in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is neat, clean and in a good location. I am glad I noticed in the pictures on the website that there is no lamp by the sofa. I took a lamp from home with an extension cord that I ran under the couch to an outlet. Great for nighttime reading or just a little light without the ceiling lights being on. The kitchen could use new skillets and pots and pans. I would stay there again and recommend the house as a great vacation time. Cobb Real Estate is the best!!!

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was delightful. The living area/kitchen/dining was all open and bright. I really enjoyed the deck that was on two sides of the house. The house was well-furnished and extremely clean. The parking area under the house was on a concrete foundation and therefore very clean. The area was relatively quiet and we were very close to the beach. It was a great place for a getaway. Well worth the money! Also, Cobb Realty was a great company to deal with. They were very professional.

Awesome Location!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean, perfect size for us! View was awesome, location the best! Quiet part of beach and the beach combing excellent! A 10” fully intact welk rose quartz and topaz quartz found just in front of house. Master bed—- vey, very FIRM, but we travel a lot and had our 3”tempurpedic mattress topper so all was well! Kitchen was ok.... cooking pans could be updated, but no biggie. It was very cold two days, discovered hot water heater is in attic so water for showers was lukewarm... again no biggie! The views and location took care of any minor issues! Cell reception was fantastic! Outdated TVs.... but no problem for us! We watch news and we had our own devices for that! We are planning to rent again in Feb/March!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach house is set at the end of the road about 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle. It is a great place to relax with a great view of the beach. The inside is spacious and clean. The photos reflect a queen in the Master, but it is actually a King. The only draw backs were the King bed was really hard and the queen beds were really soft, but that is all preference. This house can sleep 8-10 with the sofa beds.

Lovely stay at the beach

The house is much nicer than in the photos, well equipped, spacious. We had a lovely time - the deck on two sides perfect, shade all the time, the only thing that would improve it is if they provided nicer patio furniture (instead of cheap, flimsy plastic chairs). That is really the only negative thing I have to say about this house and our stay.

Summer (Anniversary) Rental

My wife and I slept in the master bedroom. It was very comfortable. The house was very clean. My wife thought the sofas in the living room could be updated, but other than that, we were completely satisfied and we would definitely rent the same house again

The property was ok overall there is a boardwalk condo directly behind this house 50' feet away which is not in the pictures listed, which can make for noisy neighbors when you're trying to get away, had issues with the hot water heater off and on all week, they said nothing was wrong well something was wrong, when the hot water doesn't get hot and will barely stay warm for 5 minutes. Weather was cold and windy very foggy so made for interesting week with no hot showers for the family. The location of the house is front row on the beach that was about the only plus side , I had elderly family who went back home after first day with no warm water for showers, management didn't seem to care much. The furnitureand house is very outdated for the price they charge the sofa beds are very uncomfortable according to my children and I can confirm this, the fishing was one of the few plus sides to this house if you go in the evening time or early morning time when the beach is very empty. I had asked management to call me back before they closed on Thursday for questions I had concerning issues in the house and they never did, poor communication between renter and management company could have been way better. I will be going to the Bolivar peninsula again because we enjoyed the area but not sure I will be renting from this company again because of the poor communication skills and lack of attention to our situation. When I went to drop off the key I didn't even get an explanation for anything as to why I didn't receive a call back the day before Overall I would rate this a 2 star visit just because of the fishing in the area and the close walk to the beach from the front door. There is very few restraunts in the area for dining most were closed at the times we would have liked to go so hope you like waiting in line to cross the ferry to go eat lunch or dinner on the Galveston side. Goodluck and enjoy !

Ok stay with a few issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had some issues with management the first day before we even arrived to check in, she stated she would not wait 15 mins past closing after us Being on the road for 7 hours, yes I had to speed to make check in 10 mins from closing time, had issues with hot water thru out the week, had some elderly family that had to go back early because of this issue, the boardwalk condo is directly behind this house 50' feet away makes for noisy neighbors, the furniture and beds were outdated and the pullout sofas are not comfortable location is the front of of beach and the fishing was good poor communication with management thru out the week. Waited to receive a call back from management day before check out on some questions we had and never received a call back. Bolivar peninsula is a great place to relax I will go back just not sure I would rent from this company again. I would rate this rental 2 stars overall just for location and fishing location.

Loved the open floor plan...the master bedroom was very spacious and quite a welcome surprise. The entire family was able to stay due to the spacious rooms and areas. The location was perfect....right at beachside. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Definitely recommend that others give it a try!
