BEAUCOUP DE CHAMBRE POUR 2 FAMILLES!

De loin, la plus grande et la plus élégante maison de 5 chambres disponible à Rotonda! Presque 1 1/2 fois plus grande qu'une maison moyenne de 4 ou 5 chambres. Deux suites parentales avec accès direct à la véranda.

4 laissez-passer de golf pour les 5 terrains de golf Rotonda sont inclus et peuvent facilement vous faire économiser jusqu'à 1000 $ par semaine! Cette belle et spacieuse villa de vacances (plus de 4000 pieds carrés sous toit) a été conçue sur mesure pour se prêter à de grands espaces de divertissement et suffisamment spacieuse pour la grande famille aussi! Avec cinq chambres et deux canapés-lits à matelas gonflables queen-size, la maison pourra facilement accueillir 14 personnes. Il y a suffisamment de vélos pour 10 personnes (5 adultes, 3 enfants et un Schwinn Twin des années 1970!) La 1ère Master Suite a une salle de bain hors du commun! Une douche romaine surdimensionnée, une baignoire jacuzzi et des vanités en granit pour lui et pour elle contribuent à donner à notre maison la grandeur que l'on ne trouve que dans les stations de classe mondiale.

La polyvalence abonde dans cette maison qui est située sur un terrain surdimensionné bordant un canal d'eau douce avec un garage à entrée latérale et une très grande allée. Il y a une vue transparente sur la piscine orientée sud-ouest (qui a un grand espace de pont) dès que vous entrez dans les portes d'entrée à double vitrage! La liste des améliorations et des mises à jour est impressionnante, y compris les sols carrelés avec de nouveaux tapis dans les chambres, une superbe cuisine qui ravirait le cuisinier le plus exigeant avec des armoires en bois (certaines avec des façades en verre), des comptoirs en granit, un îlot, une table de cuisson avec un remplisseur d'eau en pot et construit dans un four et micro-ondes en acier inoxydable, y compris le chauffe-pain, le tout donnant sur la salle familiale et le petit déjeuner coin à la piscine / front de mer. La liste se poursuit avec un garage surdimensionné, un interphone, des fenêtres et des portes teintées, des plafonds de bacs, une baignoire jacuzzi dans la salle de bain principale et secondaire, des systèmes de climatisation à deux zones, des lumières périmétriques extérieures, des ventilateurs améliorés dans toutes les chambres, et la liste continue.


Il est généreusement équipé de toutes les commodités, des téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre, plusieurs vélos, cannes à pêche, une margarita fantaisie et plus encore ... Situé dans une communauté de golf avec parc et courts de tennis à proximité et à environ 15 à 20 minutes des plages d'Englewood et du golfe de Boca Grande, c'est tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter et plus pour une escapade parfaite !!

The best!!! We have rented this home about 5 times in the last 6 years. We have also rented at least 10 other homes in the area when this home is not available as this one will always be our top choice. The home is very quiet inside and out. When in the bedrooms you do not hear movement in the other parts of the home. It is spacious and great for a large family vacation. They have bikes available. The pool area is perfect. You get sun all day but also has plenty of covered areas to stay out of the weather if you choose. Happy Hibiscus and the host are always quick to respond if there are any needs or questions. As always we enjoyed our stay and will always hope this home is available for our next adventure.

Great house, very well stocked with everything you would need, from kitchen appliances, pots and pans to towels and bicycles and beach chairs and fishing poles. Our kids had a great time in the swimming pool.

Wonderful House

We had a wonderful time at this house. There was plenty of room and the house was equipped with everything you would need. There was one matter that needed attention and the property manager resolved it the same day. I also forgot something at the house when we left and the property manager was kind enough to mail it back to me. We plan to return next year. Joanne-Michigan

Fabulous Huge Home

The house is much larger than it appears and has a few different seating/eating areas - plenty of room for multiple families. The bedrooms were very spacious, the beds were comfy, and the tvs worked great. The hot water in the showers lasted forever. The pool was perfect and the outdoor space had tons of seating. We saw the alligator a few times in the canal too, that was pretty neat! We contacted the property manager about a couple small things and he responded within minutes - excellent service! There were also more than plenty of towels for our family of 10, this home was very well stocked with anything you could need. We had a great time.

Warm weather retreat

This home exceeded our expectations! Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, stocked beyond your typical VRBO. Plenty of towels, kitchen tools, extra spices. The owners also provided pool & beach toys, fishing poles, & bikes. They have thought of everything to keep you entertained! We would definitely rent this home again!

Spring break

This house is great for a large family. We had 8 adults 7 children and had plenty of room. And the pool was awesome! You could fish in the canal behind the house also. But watch out for the alligators. Stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials. Plates,cups,bowls, pans with a regular coffee pot and a keurig. If you have a large group bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The only thing that could have been better is if we could run the air conditioning cooler than 75. But great hostess and great house! Kathy let us know that the house was ready and we could check in earlier and that was awesome! Thank you! I would stay here again

Amazing Space!

This house just goes on and on. There is plenty of privacy for multiple families within an extended family, including one room with a crib. The kitchen is huge and easy to use. There is even a highchair. The garage is full of bikes and fishing rods. The neighborhood makes bike rides and trips to the community park easy. This is a great place for a family vacation!

Winter Getaway

The home was spacious and welcoming for our annual Florida trip with our group of friends. The weather wasn’t great but we were able to use the pool a bit. We requested that the pool be heated to at least 86 degrees and they absolutely did make that happen. The kitchen was well stocked and included some spices as well. Communication with the property manager was easy. I would definitely recommend the house to other guests!

Fantastic!!

Property was fantastic ! Well kept up and provided with every amenity we could want!! We had a variety of ages and there was everything we needed or could want, from bicycles to beach towels to baby crib AND changing table(!) to floating pool toys to brand new grill! Amazing place A couple of minor problems arose while there that, though didn’t bother us at all, I knew they would want to know so I texted Robert and he was there in short time to check it out and fix or replace it. I would highy recommend this property and we will definitely reserve it again!!!

Amazing House With Lots of Room

3 families stayed with kids ranging from 7-13. The house was very large and beautiful! Check in was a breeze!! I would 100% recommend with only 1 thing to think about that can not be changed (at the end). Pros: Pool: clean, perfect temp, large and so fun House: VERY clean and well maintained. Bed in master bedroom was SO comfy and the kids had no complaints about the bunk bed room! The mater bath was to die for with a HUGE bathroom and an out of this world shower! Kitchen: AMAZING! K-cup machine that allows for a full pot brew! Fridge is huge with LOTS of space. Every single appliance needed was there and the pantry was stocked with lots of little things you never knew you needed. Every spice you could think of was available as well. Laundry: Great washer and dryer with so many towels available Bikes: the bikes are in amazing working order and good fit for all the kids! Area: Centrally located with lots of amazing beaches within 10-30 minutes, tons of golf courses (oh and sets of golf clubs in the garage if you don’t bring your own) within 2-30 minutes. Amazing places to eat/drink and listen to live music in the are Now for the thing that can not change and is very important to families. It is in a neighborhood and the neighbor was very strict about the 10:00pm quite time. The kids were playing outside after dark and at 10:05 he came out and told them to go inside or he would call on them. We felt terrible to have disturbed him and figured since it was Friday night (and our last night of vacation) we would let them play. Never complained during the day of the laughter at the pool or the endless games of whiffle ball in the front yard but 10:00 pm is not a suggestion it’s a hard cut off. Even with that I would 100% recommend this home! It was beautiful and had more to offer then any other home I have stayed at!!

Great stay for 2 weeks

We stayed for 2 weeks and the property was awesome. Beach in the morning, pool in the evening. Very quiet location, much better then the busy beaches of Destin and myrtle. Short drive to the beach was not bad at all. Robert was the contact if there were issues with the property and he was great, he would answer his cell phone or text back and forth when there was an issue and he fixed it asap. We will be back next summer.

This house was perfect! My husband and I took our grown children with their significant others and our 4 grandchildren with us for a family vacation! The house had everything we needed. The master bedroom and Bathroom are gorgeous! The pool was a great hit!!

Comfy, spacious and accommodating

Great place to stay!! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing home. Plenty of room for multi generations. I love how many towels were available. Close to the beach and other amenities.

We are from Kentucky and love our Wildcats! We purchased this beautiful home due to it's location which is near beaches, challenging golf courses, walking trails, nature preserve parks, great restaurants, shopping and major attractions.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our first visit to Rotonda West was spring 2013. We immediately fell in love with the area and knew in our hearts that this was the community that we would retire to. Every single item on our checklist was there.
1. Fabulous beaches only minutes away.
2. World class golf within the community.
3. Bike and walking trails.
4. Dining and shopping choices nearby.

Just imagine yourself enjoying our typical day. Morning 18 holes, then enjoy lunch on the patio/lanai, be at the beach shortly afternoon, relax, read a book, hunt for sharks teeth and nap until mid-afternoon, after a short drive home, get ready for dinner, enjoy dinner at one of the nearby restaurants where you can watch the boats while dining, finally, be home in time to watch the sunset from our patio/lanai. You can do all of this in a day!
