Belle maison de ville en bord de mer trois chambres, trois salles de bains, joliment meublées.

Récemment mis à jour! Nouveaux planchers, nouveaux meubles, nouvelle peinture, nouvelle expérience! Au premier étage de la maison de ville est un salon ouvert et salle à manger, et une cuisine entièrement approvisionné. Comme il s'agit d'une unité de fin il y a des fenêtres dans le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine, permettant beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Aussi à cet étage est une salle de bain complète dans le couloir et une chambre d'amis avec 2 lits jumeaux. L'étage est une chambre d'amis avec un lit queen et une salle de bain privée complète. Vous avez également la chambre principale face à l'océan avec un lit king une salle de bain privée complète. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans le garage de cette unité. Profitez de la vue sur l'océan et la brise depuis le balcon du salon. Réservez votre séjour aujourd'hui!

Station One-TH16 Summer Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Station One for at least ten years. We love the location because it is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. We loved the layout of our place, but the furniture in the living room was shabby and dirty. The lampshades were broken. The kitchen trash can was cracked. The porch furniture was rusty and there were only two chairs. The rugs inside were also very dirty. This place needs an update badly!

Badly in Need of a Refresh

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse is spacious and in a great beachfront location. It was no doubt very nice when first put together, perhaps 20yrs ago, but this unit is sorely in need of a major refresh. The furnishings are tattered and threadbare. The kitchen is an indifferently equipped jumble. The sliding door out to the deck is virtually frozen in place. Shower heads are stopped up with corrosion. None of which prevented us from enjoying our long beach weekend, but we cannot recommend this unit.

Very poor condition

Just arrived. This place is unbelievably worn down. Carpet is white but stained black in multiple areas. Furniture has stains everywhere. Kitchen cabinet doors falling off several cabinets. Cable/internet box sitting on floor with wires everywhere. Hole in ground where outdoor shower area is with no cover. With Wires on floor and open hole in ground this place would be a nightmare for children). if I could get my money back and leave we would. We travel a lot, from campgrounds to resorts , and have to say that this is the most visibly worn place we have experienced. The only good thing about this place is the location.

“We apologize this guest had these difficulties. When we spoke with them on the phone the only item they mentioned was the carpet, which the owner is replacing this off season. We unfortunately cannot resolve problems if we are not made aware of them. Upon inspection we did not see cable box with the wires hanging out after this guests departure, and we have addressed the hole in the back corner opposite the outdoor shower with the HOA. We hope to have this guest again and show them a better stay.” CMM

Great location - could use some maintenance/update

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first summer that we rented a townhouse at Station One instead of a condo in the high-rise building. We were excited about the additional space that the townhouse would offer along with other conveniences (e.g., parking, washer/dryer, proximity to beach). While we did enjoy the conveniences, I must say that the property itself was a disappointment. The pictures online only offer a partial depiction of the actual state/quality of the property. The carpets are extremely worn and are in dire need of cleaning. The townhouse could also use painting. In general, the place doesn't seem to be well-maintained. Next year we will find another townhouse or forgo the conveniences of the town houses and go back to a previously-rented condo where we will be sure the accommodations are top quality (not to mention for quite a bit less money). Overall, disappointed and will not return to this property.

8/1 So sorry to hear they were not completely satisfied with their stay. This is a great unit, and the owner is very prompt responding to issues. We will discuss the carpet concerns with them, and talk to the HOA about repainting the town-home. We appreciate this guests input! CMM

Very worn down, and it's not just because it's oceanfront!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is worn down. We had two sets of families that rented other townhouses in the same complex and there are absolutely no comparisons to their rentals and ours. Our friends home townhouse rentals had all been updated over the years with hardwood floors, new kitchen with granite. Newer furniture. Patio furniture with umbrellas that you could dine out and enjoy the beautiful oceanfront views. Our unit has white carpet throughout that was worn to several areas to "black" in appearance. The furniture was so stained in we ended up putting sheets on them to sit on. The outdoor shower area below had a subpumb in the ground with no cover over it. A child could definitely fall into this. The master bathtub did not drain. Kitchen has lot's of roaches. Our keys did not work to the gate access to the beach. We called upon check in to express out concerns. We went to the onsite office to express our issues. We even requested to move to anywhere on the island and did not receive a response. After calling daily, we did get a response after the 5th day of our trip with apologies and stating that things would be fixed. A plumber did come and fix the drainage problem. A bug person did not come as we requested. The security guard came and while they were there they could get the key to work in the beach access door after working with the key. After they left, we could only get the key to work randomly. This seemed to be and building wide issue with others as well. I would never rent this unit again and do not recommend it to others. Look at other townhouse in the this complex if you want to rent. It is a GREAT location as you do not need to drive anywhere upon arrival. Restaurants, stores, bike rentals, boat rentals, and a small grocery market are all within a few minutes walk.

Annual Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been staying at Station One for at least 35 years. We always enjoy Wrightsville regardless of the weather. We experienced a wonderful visit.The townhouse we rented was another story. Ants, roaches, furniture is in awful condition. Cabinets and drawers that don’t close or fix. Off their tracks. The door to the deck could not be locked and was looked at by maintenance and never repaired. We stayed for 2 weeks with a door that couldn’t be locked! None of the televisions worked. The owner(s) need to invest in bringing this unit up to standards.

Peaceful trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time in Wrightsville Beach at this convenient location. You can't beat the views or the proximity to dinning and shops. It was also nice to have an end unit with more windows and sunlight. The staff was quick to address some minor issues and were easy to work with concerning check-in and check-out. The unit is due for a new outside table (the current one is beat up) and a kitchen light fix. I would definitely recommend family and friends stay at this townhouse!

wonderful vacation

It does need some fresh paint although the colors are great. Also carpet in main area appeared to have just been cleaned when we arrived,but stains remained and should be replaced.

Called several times on the way down with no answer and then left a message after we had check in about inadequate cleaning that we didn’t get a call back until three days later. The location is wonderful, couldn’t ask for better beach access. Station One is a lovely place to stay. Upon arrival it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned from people before... pillowcases obviously still used and on bed still, sand on furniture, wadded up, used paper towels in the outside shower, and hair on the walls in the shower. Called about this and nothing was ever done about it.

Annual Family Vacation @ Wrightsville

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing at WB since I was a young child. For the past 30 plus years our family has been spending that time at Station One. This is our experience staying in one of the townhouses. We really enjoyed the change and additional space and ease access to both our unit and the beach. As always, Intercoastal and their staff were great to work with & would certainly recommend them. There are a few upgrades I would suggest to make the experience at TH16 better: 1) The two chairs in the living room are worn out. They are dead period. Please replace them your guest will appreciate it. 2) Up fitting the lower area outside where the shower is would be nice. Other units I noticed had grills, were cleaner and the shower is weak. I went to the pool shower to rinse off which is a hike.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good*** The unit was an ideal location w/ a short walk thru a private gate to the beach. There is a nice deck looking at the ocean as well that was enjoyable. The bad*** The unit was very dated. Furnishings were in bad shape and looks as though it had not been updated in years. The living room furnishings and rug in dining needed to be thrown away. The plumbing had its issues as well. You had to flush toilets 2 to 3 times for each use. I would stay here again only if the unit was updated.

Amazing location but out of date interior

Awesome Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at this particular property. The location is great, end unit with beach access right off of the deck. The property could definitely use a once over, a few items need maintenance (stove handle is loose and screen is coming out, for example) and items in kitchen and closets are cluttered. Also, all of the deck chairs are broken, fabric has come loose from age, made contact with the rental company and they were making contact with the owner but nothing ever came of that. So a little bummer there were no deck chairs, hopefully that will be taken care of soon. Obviously nothing can dampen a good time at the beach but needs a little TLC.

Decent Place but Needs Some Updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management and staff were all very friendly and helpful. They attended to all of our requests very promptly. However, the townhome needs a few aesthetic updates. The TV in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work. There was no TV in one of the bedrooms upstairs, which would’ve been nice to have. There was a broken chair on the back deck leaving only 3 chairs to sit in. Then somebody sat in another chair and it fell through due to being rotten. This could’ve been very dangerous if the person were to get hurt. Chairs definitely need to be replaced. Despite these few things, the townhome had plenty of space and did enjoy our stay.

Good views and beach access

A good vacation but a tired Beach Townhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a functional unit but it is showing its age. TV's are outdated with no HDMI hookups. Carpet on main floor needs to be replaced. Other Townhouse's we stayed in before at this complex have been updated and are better choices. Had a issue with the internet but realty company handled very promptly.

Good location.... a few suggestions

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location for teenagers! Easy access to beach. Townhome was nicely furnished. The only thing we missed having in the kitchen was tupperware with lids! Wednesday evening we started seeing BIG cockroaches. I was glad we were leaving. The dishwasher needs replacing - it doesn't seem to be working very well. One problem with asking people to clean and put away dishes before they checkout is that there were a lot of dirty dishes in the cubboards and drawers. I guess people didn't have time to wait for the dishwasher? Each time we used the microwave oven it kicked the power off. So we'd have to go down to the garage to turn back on.

Thank you for your input. We will certainly discuss with the owner about the dishwasher. Sounds like this guest had an overall great time and we hope to see them back soon.
