Ce chalet classique dans le South End convoité a tout le charme et toutes les commodités mises à jour pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis les fenêtres avant tout en préparant les repas sur l'immense comptoir en granit de la cuisine entièrement rénovée et bien approvisionnée. Les plafonds voûtés et un plan lumineux et ouvert rendent le partage familial et le plaisir.

Le maître a un lit queen, une grande salle de bain au sol en pin d'origine avec 2 vanités séparées, un grand placard et une baignoire à jets. La deuxième chambre a une reine et des lits jumeaux, parfaits pour une famille, des enfants ou un autre couple. Une salle de bain complète dans le couloir dessert cette pièce. Des télévisions à écran plat se trouvent dans le salon ainsi que dans les deux chambres.
Commencez et terminez vos journées sur le grand porche où vous pourrez vous balancer tout en regardant votre famille revenir de la plage sur l'accès directement de l'autre côté de la rue. Découvrez les voiliers sur le son du haut des escaliers. À une distance de marche très proche de l'Oceanic, de la boutique de surf South End et du café SUNdaz et à quelques pâtés de maisons de l'extrémité de l'île, cet endroit est une retraite de vacances devenue réalité. Fantastic Stay

Awesome place to stay when visiting NC. We loved being just steps away from the beach and in short driving range of everything Wilmington and Wrightsville have to offer. The unit was very clean and well decorated and stocked. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated! The house is right across from the beach on the South End which is a great area for surfing. The Oceanic is across the street as well and South End Surf Shop and Sundays Cafe are right down the street. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. The rental company was easy to work with. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great! Well designed and furnished. Loved the kitchen. Had a lot of gear that shows a love of cooking. wife and i truly appreciated that as we love to cook. Bathroom in master bedroom looked as though it had not been cleaned all that well. Had to do a quick clean of it. Also, due to an accident water was cut off to our side of the island. The fact we were never informed of this fact was disturbing. Nor were we informed of the post flushing of the system. Better communication is needed in events like that. Except for the above, the stay was great.

Enjoyed everything about this property!

We have rented many properties on Wrightsville Beach and I must say Ryan's Retreat was perfect. The location was really convenient to the beach and the local coffee shop, Sundays. The property was very well maintained, clean and very well appointed. Our favorite part of the rental was the covered deck with ocean breezes and views. We will definitely visit again.

Stellar location, well stocked, beautiful upper level duplex.

We watched a rainbow over the ocean from the porch, as soon as we arrived. The door was coded so we could go right in and unpack. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish and accessory we could want. Basic seasonings were in the pantry along with starter dish soap, pods, sponge, dishtowels etc. There are two large bedrooms with linens provided and adequate storage. The washer and dryer is in the hall closet (bring along some detergent if you plan to wash clothes). The master bath with walk~in closet was huge and completely renovated. The walkway to the beach is across the street from the house, and the walkway to the sound (where we watched the sunset at night) runs along the side of the house next door. When we weren't on the beach or in the boat, we were at Tower 7 or the Oceanic eating. We had coffee on the front porch every morning. The location cannot be matched. If you are a walker or runner, this place is perfect for you. Bring your bicycles. Everyone bikes to their destinations on the island. Bring your beach towels and sunscreen. There is an outside shower downstairs. (Note:This duplex is on the second floor and there are many steps to access it.) Ryan's Retreat is a beautiful rental and we hope to come back again. It's obvious that the hosts decorated and equipped it with their guest's comfort in mind. The representatives at Intracoastal Realty were very helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to stay there again!

The location was awesome. Property was beautiful. NOTE: Your property description needs to be updated. It had no jacuzzi bathtub and no view of the bay from the stairs. We will be back!

Amenities and appliances were fantastic. We stayed for the Ironman event and exercising locations are very peaceful for running and cycling. Short walk across the street to beach. Great restaurants and local pubs, even an amazing winery very close to the rental. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful also. I can’t say amazing enough, will definitely stay there again if ever in the area!

Previously we have stayed on the beach front and in a slightly larger property b/c we vacationed with friends. the past two years it has just been the four of us. so this property is a good size. though not on the beach it is very convenient and quiet even though it is across from the surf motel.
