The property could use some updates in the kitchen and bathrooms, but overall it was a great property and a great experience, spacious, clean, and the location is magnificent, Cristina the property manager as well as the owner were great and there when ever you needed them, I highly recommend this property

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY !! IT IS REALLY HOME AWAY FROM HOME....

The apartment is one of the most beautiful in Bogota. About the apartment, the pictures speak for themselves. Great stay, great location and great services. Very tasteful apartment, Would stay again. Extremely secure / safe neighborhood.

Everything was as advertised on this site and better!

This place was amazing. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, and more. Christine, the manager, was delightful and very knowledgeable of places to go and how to get there. If I am lucky enough to get the opportunity to visit Bogota again, I would definitely stay at this apartment!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

This was so much more than just a house for us! The owner, Cris, was incredibly friendly with us and helped us plan our entire trip in Bogota. The house itself was gorgeous, , comfortable beds, Colombian art everywhere in a very spacious and clean home It was perfectly situated in a safest community near to everything, the house offers also free internet and unlimited calls to stay in touch so overall the experience was excellent and I very much hope we can return someday! I definitely recommend this house and his owner.

This place felt like a home far away from home😁

We had a fabulous time in Bogotá and we loved staying at the apartment. It truly felt like a home. Chris our booking contact has been very prompt with his communication. Andres our private driver has been very helpful as well with great local tips and recommendations regarding traffic and travel time. Christina our contact person in the building is a lovely lady and it was very easy for us to contact and approach her. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, we managed to communicate reasonably well. Google Translate came to the rescue a few times😁

Excellent communication and response from the owne

The best thing about Chris is how quickly answers and solves problems. When we first arrived to the property there was a problem with the water heater regulator (looked like the previous guests had messed with it) so we did not have hot water in the shower, I contacted Chris through whatsapp and he had the problem addressed to our satisfaction within a couple or hours. We were 5 children and 5 adults and felt the property was comfortable for that many. Exito is a couple of blocks away and the neighborhood felt very safe. I recommend this property to anyone.

Horrible, Dirty, Unsafe, Noisy, Uncomfortable. Avoid this place

I had a horrible experience with this property and a non-responsive property owner. I will get right to the point: Dangerous electrical wiring for the water heater in the shower head. The wires were not grounded and this posed a serious electrocution risk. Owner claimed it was safe, but had to fix it after I showed pictures and evidence. Makes me wonder what else is unsafe in this apartment? Dirty apartment. Grease and grime. Dirty and soiled carpets. Carpets were lose and a trip hazard. Not cleaned and maintained. Very uncomfortable beds - felt like sleeping on plywood with a bit of Styrofoam on top. Primary bedroom was very strange. Covered in plexiglass so very noisy when there was rain (daily occurrence) and very hot in the afternoon. Uncomfortable and not a relaxing place. Multiple plumbing leaks. The neighbors below complained and a plumber had to come into the apartment on multiple occasions over several days. Still did not adequately fix the leaks. Very disruptive. There was a non-functioning hot water heater for the kitchen to do dishes and laundry. The owner said it was not working and made no offer to repair it. Did not respond to this issue and ignored me. So, I washed dishes in cold water by hand. No automatic dishwasher. Laundry in cold water. Unsanitary. The neighborhood and neighbors are very noisy. There is a rock band right next door that rehearses daily for hours - very loud and difficult to work or relax. There are homeless people camping outside the main door of the apartment complex every day. I felt unsafe. Avoid this place - horrible. If I could give them a 0 or negative rating, I would.

Unreasonable Owner with Lots of Issues Encountered

This was literally the only bad experience we have ever had with VRBO (ourselves being owners for 3 years). Checked in for 14 day stay to adopt 3 girls in Colombia. Wifi and TV not functional upon check in. Hot water problems for morning shower and we soon realized why. A pipe issue was spraying the water all over the kitchen appliances (dryer most heavily), leaving an inch of water everywhere on the floor, despite the drain. We recognized at this point (16 hours after checkin) that this wouldn't work for us as we were leaving to get the girls. We notified the owner there were too many problems (TV and Wifi still not functional 21 hours after checkin) and we would need to leave. We offered to pay for two nights as a manner of courtesy, but the owners response was that we could not checkout - property is rented "AS IS". As we removed our things at noon, we were told not to turn on any water nor use any toilets despite owners claim that 'everything is fixed now'. Owner stopped communicating entirely related to our request for a refund. Definitely let the buyer beware if you have any problems renting this one. Fortunately for us, we didn't let this owner ruin the joy of our adoptions!

Clean and cozy with heated bed and flat screens in every room. Wonderful people to work with and a security person/translator to assist with our limited Spanish. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo and super great service from everyone.

Our vacation was excellent and the condo was everything we had hoped for. If anyone is looking for a lovely place to stay please choose this condo it has everything you need for your vacation. The condo is close to everything you need and within walking distance. I would love to thank Andres for his hospitality and taking us to beautiful places in Bogota, he was an excellent tour guide and always up for suggestion to make our vacation memorable. I was impressed with the service and help we received from Chris when we had something wrong in the condo he was on it right away, suggesting restaurants and place to visit while in Bogota. Thank you so much Chris. I want to thank Christina, her friend and security guard for their hostility and being there for us when we had a questions. the property is very need, the apartment is spacious and very comfortable, I rented for 5 days and it was like my second home very good and safe location. Close to supermarkets, beauty salons, pharma stores, and shopping centers. I strongly recommended this property to family and friends.

Espectacular Apartamento Mejor que un Hotel 5 Estrellas !!!

Esta es mi segunda estadia en esta propiedad la anterior fue el año pasado por 15 dias y nuevamente repeti esta propiedad por 15 dias este año. Esta perfectamente situada en un muy buen barrio residencial cerca de todo, muy centrico de todas las atracciones que Bogota tiene para ofrecer y su excelente sabor culinario. Extremadamente cerca de Usaquen, Zona T, Unicentro, Santa Ana, Santa Barbara y Estacion de la Sabana. Vi muchos cambios para bien mejorando el apartamento por parte de su propietario Chris y su Asistente Cristina que estuvieron atentos desde antes de nuestra llegada hasta nuestra salida. Igualmente contratamos el servicio de limpieza diaria y transporte que nos recomendaron con el Sr. Galindo y mejor guia turistico no pudimos tener nos llevo a lugares hermosisimos y fue un caballero paciente en nuestra correria sin limites. Feliz y con ganas de regresar el proximo año por alli desde aqui en USA mis mas grandes felicitaciones y continuen asi....

Wonderful place

This is a beautiful apartment. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 weeks and it felt like our home, we didn't want to leave. It is located in a nice area close to a big Exitó store and restaurants. The place is stylish and well furnished. The owner Chris is a fantastic guy and extremely helpful. We can't wait to stay here again.

Hermoso y Acogedor Apartamento, Fue estar nuestra propia en Casa !!

Vistamos este apartamento en el mes de Mayo y todo fue magnifico su dueño el Sr. Chris y su asistente la señora Cristina estuvieron desde un principio muy atentos a nosotros. Contratamos el servicio de conductor para que nos recogiera del aeropuerto pues eramos un grupo numeroso, el Sr. Galindo nos recogio y nos llevo al apartamento inclusive nos llevo las maletas al apartamento...Que servicio !! La señora Cristina muy atenta nos dio todas las recomendaciones para saber como funcionaba todo en el apartamento y nos explico donde quedaba el supermercado y las droguerias. El apartamento esta recien decorado con un gusto exquisito y no le falta absolutamente nada todo es nuevo y tiene todo tipo de dotacion, las camas son muy comodas y los hedredones son todos de plumas. Inclusive hay una chimenea electrica en la habitacion principal por si se siente frio y es super romantica. Todo funciona perfectamente y el agua caliente no tiene fin lo que mas nos gusto porque eramos muchos, el servicio de internet siempre funciono y el telefono de Vonage nos permitio estar en contacto con nuestras familias en Venezuela. La verdad fue una gran experiencia todo queda cerca el supermercado, las droguerias, restaurantes, bares, centros comerciales, etc. El barrio residencial muy seguro y tranquilo, esperamos volver pronto y lo recomendaremos con todos nuestros amigos. Wonderful rental!

We stayed at this rental for a week, and it was incredible! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures on the website, so there were no surprises there. The apartment was immaculate. It was sleek and well-decorated and had plenty of room for the 7 of us that were staying there. It is in a great location, close to shopping and public transportation. The service was wonderful also. There is a lady who lives downstairs who checked us in and helped us with anything we needed. We got in late on the day we flew in, and she waited up to make sure we got in and settled. We also paid for the housekeeper, which was a great help for us. The housekeeper cooked our meals, even going shopping for the food when we made her a list and gave her the money, made the beds and did all the laundry. It was incredible! Everything we needed was there too, such as dishes, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. There were TVs in almost every room, and everything was so comfortable. We travel to Colombia every couple of years, and we will definitely be staying here again!! I cannot say enough how much we loved this place!!

!! PURE QUALITY STAYING IN A PLACE THAT YOU FEEL LIKE HOME !! BEST VACATION EVER....

O.M.G!!! We stayed for two weeks and this was the best vacation I've been on simply because I stayed at this condo. At our arrival they arrange our pick up (7 Persons) at the airport in a very comfortable van. The condo it is the most cozy, convenient and affordable place to stay! Pictures don't make justice of it we were delighted with every detail. EVERYTHING that you need is there (pots, beautiful dishes, full ironing board, extra towels and linen, fax, printer, scanner, stereo multiple televisions, etc..). We use the full maid service offered and it was amazing, we didn't have to move a finger and it was extremely affordable. There is a shopping center right across the street 134 (EXITO) you will find anything you need at the reach of a 5 mins. walking distance. The owner, Chris & his manager Christina are complete sweethearts. He promptly answered all of my questions via email even via Whats app. Extra sets of keys, four big flat screen TVs with cable. The king size bed was extra comfy. I will never stay at a hotel again in Bogota. I have told my family members about my great experience. I can't wait to come visit again.

Felt like home

I stayed there for a long weekend with family and found the location to be centralized. It was in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to supermarket, public transportation and stores. Vacaciones Espectaculares llenas de Comodidad y Alegrias.....

Me siento muy satifecho de haber podido rentar este departamento, pase unas vacaciones espectaculares llenas de comfort y lo mejor de todo me sentia como en mi casa, es un departamento muy comodo, limpio y amplio. Me encanto la decoracion y todo era nuevo. Tenia supermercados muy buenos como el Exito, Drogueria, Panaderia, Carniceria lo que yo quisiera a 2 minutos del departamento. Visitamos Monserrate, zipaquira, Cajica, La Calera, Sopo y todo quedabafacil saliendo desde esta locacion aveces el trafico de Bogota es pesado pero es una bella ciudad metropolita como mi ciudad natal Lima. Cuando regrese voy a volver a visitarlos unos quince dias, gracias Sr. Cristian y Sra. Cristina por ese servicio tan espectacular.

VERY IMPRESSED / MUY IMPRESIONADO

Everything was as described! Loved the apartment. Very modern and very centralized. Honestly it felt like home away from home, plus the price was truly unbeatable!!! Much better than those overpriced Bogota hotel rooms! Would definitely recommend whether its for just 2 people or the whole family! Ill be staying here next time I'm in the city. Thank you for everything! Todo fue según lo descrito! Me encantó el apartamento. Muy moderno y muy centralizado. Sinceramente me sentí como en casa lejos de casa, aun más el precio era realmente inmejorable !!! Mucho mejor que esas habitaciones carísimas de hoteles en Bogotá! Sin duda lo recomendaría como para 2 personas o toda la familia! Definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí la próxima vez que estemos en la ciudad. Gracias por todo!

Simply love it, what you see is what you get, gorgeous apartment, feel just like home :)

Thanks for a wonderful vacation, we felt just like home. what you see is what you get, beautiful apartment, close to the mall, supermarket and attractions. highly recommended, this guys really nailed, plus it is a lot cheaper than a hotel! simply love it!
