Restez au bord de la plage et profitez de nombreux avantages d'un complexe en bord de mer sans payer de prix en bord de mer. Les clients séjournant à Ocean One 106 bénéficient d'une vue sur le paysage mais ne traverseront pas une rue pour atteindre l'océan Atlantique et ses plages de sable blanc. Après des heures de surf, les vacanciers se rincent sous la douche extérieure située sur la plage privée du complexe, puis se baignent dans la piscine en bord de mer. Ocean One est un ascenseur de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Ocean One a ajouté une toute nouvelle zone de grillades au complexe juste au-delà de la piscine. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'île Hilton Head, Ocean One se trouve à un pâté de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les âges. Cette propriété joliment meublée dispose d'une cuisine récemment rénovée avec des appareils électroménagers et des armoires blanc étincelant et des comptoirs en granit. Loved this condo. Lots of space for our family of 7. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Bedding was good and nice bathrooms. Great location on first level.

Awesome visit, missed the pool!

Unit was awesome, so convenient, clean and plenty of room! The decor was so beautiful and had all amenities!! We were so impressed with what all the unit provided.. utensils, cookware, coolers, serving pieces!! We just missed having the pool for 2days. It has to be closed down. It’s not a big deal with the adults but a little disappointing for the grandbaby. Definitely will rent this unit again!!

We always enjoy this location for its proximity to the beach and Coligny Square. However, this time we we very disappointed with the condo itself. It really needed a good cleaning. We had to move 2 of the living room chairs to retrieve kids toys and found old food under them. Tile floors were dirty, bathrooms moldy. Not many dishes or pots and pans for a family of seven. Really disappointed. However pool and beach were as we remembered.

Great location. Amenities in excellent condition. Filled with everything you need in the kitchen. Appliances work well. Pool area, fire pits, and outdoor grills in good condition. Easy, accessible beach entrance. Walkable to Coligny stores and restaurants. I hope to be back again next year.

We could not get the Keurig to work but enjoyed the Air Fryer and Power XL. The ice maker and the external controls on the fridge did not work. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It was a great vacation including the VayK Gear.

The three bathrooms are essential for us. We liked the improvements this year. We had a little problem with the lights in the kitchen but it was fixed quickly. We love the outside table and seating for our morning paper and coffee. Love the squirrel! The stove needs to be replaced but it was usable and the kitchen cabinets could benefit from a good scrubbing. I believe the owners are making improvements every season because we rented this unit last year and the bathroom has been redone beautifully. We would rent it again. I hope the prices have peaked or drop a little because they went sky high since Covid. We have stayed in Ocean One about 5 years seeing big increases.

Reserved for family during son's wedding

We reserved this condo based on its location to the Beach House where my son's wedding was taking place. The location was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo. It was used for many wedding preparations and was roomy and decorated nicely. We will definitely come back.

The outside patio was a plus because we had a table with chairs and an outside couch giving us extra seats. We like to bring our things right into the first floor door. I wish they would lose the glass top dining table. They are hard to keep clean and the big chairs take up too much room. Needed a new broom. Other than that we loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental 106 was perfect. It had been cleaned and well stocked with everything needed. Location was fantastic! Close to pool and beach. Would have been nice to have a covered picnic area near grills bit thankful the grills were in good working condition. Easy walk to coligny with lots to do there. Kids wanted to stay in living area to watch movie one night so pulled out sofa sleeper to find very large urine stain so did not utilize. All other beds had mattress pads and were quite comfortable. Would recommend and will definitely be returning in future.
