Ocean One 402 - Condo au 4e étage au bord de la plage

Restez côté océan et profitez de nombreux avantages d'un complexe en bord de mer sans payer de prix en bord de mer. Les clients séjournant à Ocean One 402 bénéficient d'une vue sur le paysage et n'auront pas à traverser une rue pour rejoindre l'océan Atlantique et la plage. Lits King dans la chambre principale et la chambre 2, lits jumeaux dans la chambre 3, lits jumeaux dans la chambre 4 et trois salles de bain complètes. Après des heures de surf, les vacanciers se rincent sous la douche extérieure située sur la plage privée du complexe, puis se baignent dans la piscine en bord de mer.
Ocean One a ajouté une toute nouvelle zone de grillades au complexe juste au-delà de la piscine.
Ocean One est un ascenseur de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'île Hilton Head, Ocean One se trouve à un pâté de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les âges. What a wonderful place to stay. Was as good as advertised. Only one issue would be if we could check in without stopping into the office. Besides that it was great. Would rent and recommend this place for sure.

HHI Retreat

Great stay and great location of property. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach, pool and coligny. There not downside was that the washing machine did not work. We submitted a message about it but did not hear back. Hope our message helps get it fixed for the next guest! Overall, very minor compared to the enjoyment we had.

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part this is a great Condo. We had a few issues...one of the hinges to the closet in the King BR near dining table is stripped out. We tightened but it really needs to be fixed. Unit needs a broom. Coffee pot is adequate but doesn’t get very hot. Balcony furniture is very old with rusty tables. Balconies need to be cleaned thoroughly. Also unit could stand a very good cleaning all over, especially behind chairs, behind TV in Living Room (where something had spilled and dried on the wall) and under beds. There was an empty Gatorade container left under one of the beds from a previous guest. We love the spaciousness and location of this unit but want to bring these issues to your attention.

Disappointed

A number of concerns about the process and the property. 1. As previously raised I was quoted a $ amount in Cdn currency but charged that amount in US currency. VRBO promised me a call back regarding this but they have yet to contact me. This was 2 weeks ago. 2. We waited until after 5 PM at which time I contacted the rental office about the availability of the unit. I was to have been texted as soon as it was available. At that point they told me the unit had been available for some time and gave me the code over the phone. 3. Major construction occurring on the balconies on the pool side of the building. We were not informed of this until after our final payment was processed. I'm sure this work was planned months in advance but we were not advised. It was both noisy and dusty all week. 4. Unit was large and well laid out, and worked well for our family. Of note the ice maker was broken and leaked, the dishwasher doesn't work well, and the living room furniture is very tired and needs replacement. Overall given the price of the unit we were disappointed and felt it was not good value.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo unit 402 was great. If we had know the scheduled construction projects were underway we would have stayed elsewhere. Although we were given a discount to switch from our original unit, 402 did not have an ocean view. That was undesirable.

Nice overall

It was decent and very roomy and comfortable. Maybe needs some new couches in the future and the washing machine definitely needs cleaned (front loaders gather mold quickly) but we enjoyed our stay!

Pool was great, being beach side was wonderful, and the condo was well appointed. Only potential downside was the mattresses were not the most comfortable.

Exterior/grounds where nice and clean. The unit itself was moderately clean. It could have used a good deep clean, as well as some overall maintenance. This was a 30th anniversary gift trip. Overall we had a good time and our stay was pleasant.

Great vacation

Great vacation, location, condo size. The cleanliness when we got there could use some work, and the family room couch pillows and area rug were off-putting, worn and stained, didn't want to cozy up in there, but an easy fix for the owners.

Great Space close to the Beach & Coligny

Just right for our group

Very nice and a great location. Couldn’t find anything wrong except that there was no potholder or over mitt in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend to friends.
