Lumineux, confortable 2 Chambres, 2 salles de bain avec vue imprenable sur l'océan directe de l'appartement à l'intérieur et grand balcon, dans le calme complexe Seaward 48 de l'unité. Accès direct à l'étirement résidentiel privé de pas de plage de conduite. Mise à jour décoration. La chambre principale a une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche et un lit king size après août 2019. Des lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre. Toutes les chambres disposent de la télévision avec câble de base; lecteur dvd, vcr, ROKU avec Netflix et Amazon prime dans le salon. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur / congélateur complet, cuisinière et four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, four grille-pain, mijoteuses, mixeur, presse-sandwich, bouilloire, balance numérique, tout pour satisfaire les besoins de tous les cuisiniers. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. La piscine est chauffée et le vent protégé contre le vent en hiver. Accès par ascenseur à l'unité du troisième étage. Parking, voiturettes et supports à vélos fournis sur place. Des chaises de plage, des serviettes et des parapluies sont disponibles dans le condo pour votre plus grand plaisir. Des jeux, des vidéos, des seaux, des planches de boogie, des palmes de bain peuvent être trouvés dans la deuxième chambre.

fantastic stay at Seaward

Thank you Ebru for our wonderful stay in your unit. The view from the deck and living room was great. Seeing the sun rise each morning made the beginning of each day wonderful. New Smyrna beach is a quaint community with much to offer. You will not be disappointed with this rental. The owners go out of their way to make your stay a good experience.

Great stay at Seaward

Thanks Ebru, We had a great stay this winter. Seeing the sun rise in the morning from the spacious living room or from the deck was awesome. Your accommodations were very nice. New Smyrna Beach has many great restaurants and many activities. Merritt Island drives offer sightings of alligators and manatee. Fishing is also good. Spend some time on the St John's river for a wildlife bonanza. We will return next year. Chuck and Norma

Awesome stay all around

We rented the condo for 3 months. The owners were very accommodating , always available and provided all the information we needed and were generous in providing some ideas for eateries and activities In the area. It was a pleasure meeting them. Their condo became our home away from home will all the comforts. The condo is very well maintained clean , comfortable and shows exactly as the pictures. It is move in condition, which was perfect for us. The view to the ocean was amazing and the condo property was well kept including the heated pool on cooler days. The kitchen is well stocked and provides everything you need to cook. We liked it so much that we are returning next year. There is lots to do in New Smyrna Beach. Some good kayaking and boat tours at the Marine Discovery Centre. The National Park (Canaveral) is a must. The beach is outstanding, lots of excellent eateries, a few weekend local markets for some local fruit and vegetable shopping are good. A few restaurants we enjoyed were AA fusion,, SoNapa, Touch of Italy It is close to Orlando and Daytona and St Augustine. We certainly would recommend to any family.

Great view and location!

We stayed during spring break with my college and teenage daughters. The owners were great to work with by being very responsive to any of our inquiries. Very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, all with a great view. Always able to get chairs that were by the pool but looked out over the beach. Only about 70 miles to Orlando so able to go for the day! Had some great food at nearby restaurants (Northwoods a must). Would definitely recommend to any family and would love to rent again!

We have always loved NSB dearly and have been enjoying the beach here for over 30 years as a family! We live in the Orlando area and consider ourselves so lucky to have this condo as our second home - and during the times that we are unable to be there, we hope to share all New Smyrna Beach has to offer with you because we believe your days here will be most memorable!
