Charmant appartement dans une belle place à côté de la cathédrale avec une vue magnifique.

Il se compose d'une chambre spacieuse avec lit double, d'un salon (avec canapé-lit) et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Qualités de luxe et récemment rénovées, avec des meubles complètement nouveaux. Très ensoleillé. TV, wifi.

Il se trouve dans le centre historique de Valence, à côté de la cathédrale, sur une belle place avec des bâtiments emblématiques et deux restaurants avec terrasses.

Quartier calme et parfait pour marcher, visiter, manger et manger, et parfaitement connecté par les transports en commun avec d'autres quartiers de la ville. Ligne de bus directe pour la plage.

Ana is a wonderful host! Great communication, easy check in and out, and she took the time to show how to work things in the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful. It is clean and has nice hot water in shower. Apartment is close to most of the sights. We hated to leave the nice apartment, but our time in Valencia was up.

We travel frequently and have rented numerous apartments over the past twenty years. This is one of the best we have ever had. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, located in the heart of Valencia's historic district (that photo of the cathedral's tower is from the balcony), and is amazingly affordable. Ana, the owner, is gracious and responsive. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Valencia!

Everything was perfect!

This property couldn’t have been in a better place for walking around the old town! The bed is very comfy and everything we needed was in the apartment. Ana met us at the apartment and gave us a great walk thru as well as dining suggestions. I highly recommend this place as a central location for so many things to do, see and eat in Valencia!

Fantastic apartment

Everything was great with this apartment! Comfortable, well-kept, quiet and spacious with loads of natural light. The host was very accomodating to our requests and prompt in responding. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for las fiestas

We were here right after Christmas Day through to almost 3 kings. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to see and do. Relatively quiet plaza- beautiful bells, comfortable bed and well-appointed apartment. We felt secure and comfortable.

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous location.

We stayed for 2 weeks and very much enjoyed the apartment which is quite spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect - allows you to walk to everything you want to see in the historic area.as well being close to restaurants and shops. Although the kitchen is small, we were able to cook several simple meals. The only thing we found a little disappointing was the very small bathroom that could be updated. Other than that, we found the apartment very pleasant to stay in for an extended visit. We LOVED Valencia!!

Fabulous and comfortable apartment in unbelievable location!

Would highly recommend staying at Ana's. She made our stay wonderful. Her home is tucked behind the center city Cathedral, which is an amazing location to go anywhere in Valencia. Biking and walking are definitely the way to see the city. Enjoy.

Perfect Valencia Stay

This apartment more than lived up to our expectations. It was in a perfect location that was quiet yet in the middle of everything, we walked everywhere we needed to go, incredible restaurants, and sites. And when we wanted to relax, we could just hang out in the apartment or have a coffee in the small plaza that’s right there. Ana was the perfect host! She met us at the apartment when we arrived and answered questions throughout our visit as needed. This was one of our best VRBO experiences and we’ve had a lot of good ones. We will be back for a longer visit because this one was so amazing!

The apartment is a lovely and spacious one with the exception of the tiny bathroom which has the clothes washing machine. Unfortunately it smells moldy.The bed is not comfortable and the sheet had stains on it.

Hello Sable, thank you for your message. Regarding the bathroom, it is small, it is clearly photographed in the photos in the advertisement. I'm also sorry about the smells, you are in Ciudad Vieja, and if it rains it is possible that there could be some smell from time to time, it hasn't happened normally. Regarding the mattress in the room, it is completely new, and the stains on the sheet seem strange to me, no one has ever told me anything, but perhaps it could have been a fault of the laundry. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Greetings.

Excellent Location— Outstanding Value

My wife and I loved this spacious, Central old town location. Easy walking distance to great restaurants, historical sites, transportation and entertainment. With high end double pane windows it also was very quiet no matter the the level of crowd noise outside. Ana was very responsive with any of our questions prior to arrival and while on premise. This property was well stocked with all the household items you would expect to have for an extended stay. We stayed for two weeks and plan to rent here again soon!!

Historical Stay-Modern Convenience

Light and airy with beautiful windows that open up to a lovely plaza. Lovely decorations and a super comfortable bed. We appreciated the extra care that Ana took with CV-19. Everything was super clean, and she providedextra things which made us feel both safe and at home. Brilliant location but a quiet area. Suburb. Thanks Ana!

City Experience

The apartment is located in the heart of the old city but in a quiet square behind the Cathedral. For people like us who like to explore historical cities, visit galleries and enjoy good restaurants, all on foot, it was perfect. Ana was the perfect host and communicated well prior to our arrival. The apartment itself was bright, modern, and had all that we needed. We were very comfortable there and I would recommend it for a very relaxed Spanish city experience.

Best Apartment Ever

We have stayed in numerous apartments in Spain and other countries using VRBO and other sites. This is by far the best apartment we have had. The description is very accurate. Wonderful central but quiet location. Very roomy with large windows, letting in lots of light. Ana, the host, is very accommodating and helpful. We will be back! We can't recommend it enough.

splendid appartment at a top locacion

Superb apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable everything you need for a city trip. Location is really superb, all the things you want to see in Valencia are within minutes walking. The view from all the windows is overwhelming, the door of the cathedral, the former palace of the archbishop the square with the orange tree and small fountain. Do not forget to have a lunch in the restaurant just in front of this apartment. Ana thank you a lot for your welcome and advices where to have tapas and meals and the reservation of the taxi for the way back to the airport. If it is available, rent this apartment for your stay in Valencia.

Remarkable Property

Don't pass up a chance to stay in this beautifully appointed luxury apartment. Although the pictures are impressive, it is even more so in person. This home is sparkling clean and included all the comforts we could ask for. It is centrally located on a quiet square, adjacent to the magnificent cathedral and just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of the main plaza. So many things to do and see! We wish we could've stayed longer and hope to return someday. Valencia is a magical city and this apartment is a gem. Thanks Ana!

The reviews I read before booking seemed too good to be true, but this apartment exceeded my every expectation. The apartment was terrific, the location was perfect, and every time I communicated with Ana, she responded immediately. I asked her if she had a suggestion for a day trip, one hour max by train from Valencia. She recommended Xåtiva, which was a wonderful experience. Veronica, who met me on my arrival, was great fun, and didn’t laugh when I practiced my Spanish. I hope to come back to Valencia. This apartment will be my base, por supuesto!

Best place to experience Valencia

There is nothing else to say about Ana’s place other than is is just fantastic. Ana meet us at the apartment to explain everything about it and also make recommendations about local eating places and activities coming during our stay. My wife and I have stayed in a number of rentals in Europe over the years with a lot in Spain. Normally there is always a little something that is not perfect like hot water not being hot enough or a slow wifi connection or an AC that does not really cool the place but in Ana’s case none of these happened. Everything was perfect and functioning very well. We highly recommend her apartment which is centrally located in the old town. It is very quiet and very clean. We will definitely be back on our next visit

superb apartment, beautifully located

This apartment is perfect! The location and the facilities were even better than we expected. Ana met us exactly as arranged and told us everything we needed to know. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with everything provided. When you have only a few days to visit such a wonderful city as Valencia, it helps so much to be staying at the heart of things. It was easy to access all the main sights, with every kind of place to eat or drink close at hand. It is a bonus that the several windows and little balconies of the apartment open onto two aspects of the peaceful, beautiful square. Our stay coincided with the second Sunday in May festivities in honour of the Virgin Mary and we were afforded an excellent view of the various parades with traditional costumes, bands and the like around the Cathedral. We had wondered if it might be noisy at night, being so central but we were completely undisturbed. We highly recommend this apartment!
