Ce chalet alpin de 3 000 pieds carrés, construit en 1998, est situé directement sur la prairie dans le charmant lotissement East Meadows de Kirkwood. Les finitions personnalisées et les vues magnifiques en font une expérience d'hébergement unique et charmante.
À cinq minutes du village de Kirkwood et des remontées mécaniques, avec service de navette gratuit
  12 couchages, en suite parentale, deux chambres d'hôtes et une chambre avec lits superposés
  «Grande chambre» spacieuse avec des plafonds voûtés de 20 pieds sur le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine
  De grandes fenêtres et portes-fenêtres encadrent une vue magnifique sur les montagnes de Kirkwood, la prairie et les couchers de soleil colorés «alpenglow».

Best stay in Kirkwood

It was easily the most amazing stay we ever had at Kirkwood, and one of the best winter vacation we’ve had ever. Everything was well provided and well thought-through. It was beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and just beyond what we could have asked for. We had a great time on the slopes, skied every single day and all over the mountain.

Fantastic home in a fantastic setting

This home has the most incredible location, gracious hosts, a thoughtful layout, Bavarian charm and the proximity to the resort in the private East Meadow area at the Kirkwood resort is amazing. Our group had the most incredible experience at this Haus during an epic powder weekend. What a treat to be in the valley in such a comfortable home during a storm event. 5 stars.

Best house we have ever rented!

We are a group of two extended families ( 5 adults, 5 kids) who always spend the time around New Years in the snow. This was by far the best rental we have ever had! All the kids ( ages 8-17) could have their own space upstairs in the bunk room leaving the adults some privacy. The house is beautifully appointed with so many extra touches that you will feel right at home. Chris was very helpful throughout our trip and very easy to reach with questions. We can’t wait to come back!!

Excellent Property and Host

I booked Chris' cabin for my company's ski trip and it was everything we could have asked for! The property was extremely clean, the kitchen had all the pots, pans, cutlery, etc. that we could have needed, and the layout of the house was perfect. Chris was very responsive and helpful leading up to and throughout the trip. He even helped us recover my co-worker's keys that were left at the house! This property is perfect for a large group or family gathering and I sincerely hope I get the opportunity to book with Chris again.

Great house for skiing in Kirkwood

We stayed as a single family, two adults and two kids. The house is very large and can accommodate many more. Located in Kirkwood just a few minutes' drive from the lifts' parking lot, there is also a free shuttle service that we did not use since we didn't want to get into a closed bus. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed (even for several families to come together once covid is over), large two car garage with a code that makes entering/exiting very easy. When we needed some help Chris was very quick to answer our questions. Would definitely come back again.

Great family home for a ski weekend at Kirkwood

Our three families had a fun, relaxing five-day stay at Chris’s warm and inviting home. The location is ideal for skiing at Kirkwood, thanks to the free courtesy shuttle from East Meadow to lift 6, and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood setting every evening. The house is stocked with all necessary supplies and is comfortable, warm, and spacious. Views of the meadows and mountains through the abundant windows are gorgeous. Chris was prompt and courteous with all communications. We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again.

wonderful ski get-away / open floorplan / great location

The home easily and comfortably fit two families of 4 plus grandparents (10 in our party). The main level has an open floorplan with windows out to impressive views. This is the perfect area to hang out, play games, do puzzles, and other family activities. Much to its credit, this main area is blissfully free of a TV. (Don't panic - there is a TV downstairs). The heating system of the house (radiant floor heating + fireplace) was effective and efficient although it does take a while to come up to temperature at first. We spent the first night in sweaters, but afterwards it was warm and toasty despite the single digit temperatures outside! The owners were super helpful... assisting with house questions and advice on outdoor activities. They were proactive in getting in touch before the visit and very responsive during. The location is as good as you can ask for. There is a convenient on-call shuttle to take skiers or lodge-dwellers to the slopes. Around the house, the terrain is great for sledding, snowball fights, and snowshoeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect home for a family ski vacation!

This is a beautiful rental--very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Lots of attention to detail in the design and decoration of the home, and the shuttle to the slopes was quick and reliable. Our extended family (nine people) had a wonderful holiday reunion here. The owner, Chris, was very helpful and easy to work with.

We loved it!

Our three families with kids thoroughly enjoyed our 4-nights at this beautiful home. It was spacious and comfortable; beautiful views from every window; the children enjoyed sharing their bunk bed room; there was an extra dining table for them and enough bathrooms for everyone. There was a hill for sledding in the backyard and a short walk to a creek and trails. It was so quiet that we all slept well. We were only five minutes from the ski resort with a free shuttle. Our dog was welcome and we were glad we brought him. He enjoyed the walks around the trails and running with the kids in the backyard. The house was well stocked with amenities. We just needed to bring food. The owner was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Great Family stay

We stayed at this lovely chalet with 2 families over a very snowy MLK weekend. The owners were great and responsive from the get-go. The house is immaculate, well-appointed, and nicely laid out. We had plenty of room and sleeping options for our total of 6 kids. The sledding out the back it absolutely fantastic!!! I should mention that there is not a television in the main living area-- so this is something to consider if you're thinking of watching sports or movies apres-ski. You will have to enjoy the great fireplace, gorgeous views of the meadow, and a conversation instead!
