Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir verbrachten Ende Juli/Anfangs August 2022 mit unseren 2 Kindern, welche im Teenager Alter sind, unvergesslich schöne Sommerferien. Ein wunderschöner Ort mit einer fantastischen familieren Atmosphäre, wo wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Wohnung erfüllte unsere Ansprüche vollumfänglich und auf der grossen Terrasse verbrachten wir schöne Abende. Die Residenz liegt innerhalb 10 Gehmintuten vom schönen Beach eintfernt, welcher jeweils gut besucht war. Ebenfalls ist das Zentrum von San Teodoro zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Mit den Gastebern, Romina und Roberto, haben wir 2 Personen kennengelernt, welche uns jederzeit sehr nett und herzlich für unsere Anliegen besorgt waren. Wir danken Ihnen von Herzen für alles, dieser Urlaub wird für uns unvergesslich bleiben!

Settimana indimenticabile

Esperienza bellissima. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili, ....eh che dire dell’ ottima pizza fatta da loro che ci hanno offerto una sera per aperitivo.... Posizione ottimale ci si muove a piedi sia per raggiungere la “Cinta” che per il centro. Lo consiglio senza nessun dubbio.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben und Informationen über Restaurants und schöne Badestrände. Die Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse war kaputt, diese wurde jedoch innerhalb von wenigen Stunden repariert. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ich kann den Service und die Wohnung empfehlen wir hatten als Familie mit drei Kindern einen schönen Urlaub.

sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Waren auch sofort bei Fragen und Wünschen vor Ort und bemüht zu helfen. Störend für uns war die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses und die direkte Lage an einer gut befahrenen Straße. Das liegt aber eventuell an der südländischen Bauweise. Man hatte das Gefühl die Untermieter stehen neben einem. Die Toilettenspülung ist extrem laut. Das Mobiliar ist für unseren Geschmack auch überholungsbedürftig. Die Duschkopfbesfestigung war defekt und wurde auch nicht repariert. Die Dusche selbst sollte erneuert werden, da doch schon an vielen Stellen der Gummi schwarz war. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, da fehlte nichts. Allles in allem ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage im Ort selbst ist sehr gut. Man kann von dort den Strand und alle Geschäfte sehr gut erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung und Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt

Super Lage. Die Ferienwohnung ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Meer und Strand von San Teodoro entfernt. Ins Zentrum sind es auch nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Da gibt es viele Restaurants. Ideal um den Nord-Osten Sardiniens zu entdecken. Die Vermieter sind super nett, herzlich, unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihnen melden bei Fragen/Anliegen usw. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierhin gehen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Una settimana alla Cinta!

La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà: silenzio, pace, tranquillità e un giardino curatissimo da godere ed apprezzare per i suoi colori e profumi. L'immobile è in ottimo stato, pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno. Gentile, disponibile, preparata ed efficiente la simpatica signora Romina e come lei tutti i componenti della sua bella famiglia. Consiglierei senza dubbio il soggiorno ad amici e parenti! Stavo per dimenticare la spiaggia...la Cinta! Comodissima, raggiungibile in pochi minuti di cammino, ideale per i bambini. Bellissima vacanza!!!

Great and beautifully place.

Everything was great. The fleet is near the white sanded beach La Cinta. The owner are also very nice, they allways help you und told you good resturants and so on. When we go again to San Teodoro, we will book there again. It was great.

Wonderful vacation! Outstanding family place!

We spent 8 nights at Le Colonnine residence during the month of July. If you are a family with children this is your choice. One of the highlights of the place is an great location to the city center and La Cinta beach. You can enjoy the night life and the beach which is in only 8-10 minutes walk. Another heartful moment is an outstanding hospitality of the host family. Romina and Roberto were 24/7 available for any help we needed. Our appartment was on a ground floor with one queen bedroom and a living room which hosted my two children. The residence has all amenities, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine!! If you need to pick up groceries there is a 24/7 market in few minutes. Outside garden has everything you need for a bbq. We loved our time and enjoyed this beautiful place. We hope to come back soon!!!

Tutto perfetto!

Bellissimo appartamento, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Straordinario il giardino della struttura, ideale per far scorrazzare i bambini in tutta tranquillità e sicurezza. La splendida spiaggia La Cinta si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. Da non perdere Cala Brandinchi a soli 10 minuti di macchina. Il centro del paese è molto carino e vivace ed è caratterizzato da un'ampia zona pedonale per delle splendide passeggiate serali. Grazie a Romina e Roberto per l'ottima accoglienza e la professionalità. Un ringraziamento speciale ai simpaticissimi e cordialissimi Graziella e marito! Speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno!

Sentirsi a casa propria in vacanza!

Casa bellissima, circondata da giardino curatissimo. Dotata di tutto l'occorente per un soggiorno confortevole e decisamente adatta sia ad adulti che a bambini. In particolare ci hanno positivamente colpito la capacità dei titolari del Residence di farci sentire "a casa", venendo incontro ad ogni esigenza (notevole soprattutto la flessibiltà negli orari di check in/out) e mostrandosi sempre disponibili e sorridenti. Ottima sistemazione, siamo stati davvero bene! E la nostra bimba continua ancora a chiederci di tornare lì... ;-)

Un po' in ritardo ma finalmente la metto ...casa vicino alla spiaggia della cinta, raggiungibile anche a piedi quindi comoda per buttarsi a prendere qualche ora di sole nonostante ci si sveglia tardi da una serata :) e le altre bellissime spiagge di san teodoro facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. Proprietari disponibilissimi e gentilissimi dire poco!!! Consigliabile a tutti!!!

Fabulous !!

friendly, clean, cheap . Location is perfect - close to beach La Cinta. Roberto and Romina are helpfull-kind and give directions to nice places. It's cozy place , apartments are full furnished and equipped .I recommend !

Good located very nice appartment

Appartment was clean, quiet and good located between La Cinta the city area with all the restaurants and shops. Both can easily be reached by foot. Owner were very friendly and helped us a lot by giving us recommendations about beaches, activities, markets and restaurants.

The perfect Package

I really enjoyed the week I spent at this Vila. I had been to San Teodoro before and had nice experiences with other Vilas but this one has one big advantage: The hosts are actually living just besides and they are very very kind, they made us feel totally comfortable and were really helpful. For a group of friends or for a couple looking for a place in San Teodoro, this is a really good deal of price-benefit. It's located in a really peaceful area, not so far from La Cinta beach (about 8 minutes walk) and not so far from the center either.

Sarà la nostra metà estiva per i prossimi anni

Settimana dal 09/08/2014 al 16/08/2014 FANTASTICA

Fantastica settimana passata con la mia ragazza e una coppia di amici. Il residence è bellissimo e molto pulito. La posizione ottima sia dal centro del paese che dalla spiaggia La Cinta. I proprietari molto disponibili e sempre presenti. Un saluto speciale Romina e Roberto che ci hanno trattati come se fossimo di famiglia.

EASY CON STILE E PROFESSIONALITA'

Ottima struttura situata in posizione veramente strategica (si raggiunge comodamente a piedi la spiaggia La Cinta, il centro del paese, un supermercato di grandi dimensioni per fare la spesa e la fermata degli autobus che portano all'Aeroporto di Olbia). Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, veramente puliti, curati, dotati di tutto il necessario. Sono inoltre circondati dallo splendido giardino dove i bambini possono giocare senza alcun pericolo. Il contesto è piuttosto silenzioso e tranquillo e gli appartamenti, per come sono strutturati e disposti , garantiscono la privacy di ciascuno. I proprietari sono cordiali e molto disponibili, l'atmosfera è famigliare. Noi (io, mio marito e i nostri 2 bambini) abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni in un bilocale e ci siamo trovati proprio bene sotto tutti i punti di vista.... speriamo di tornarci!

San Teodoro: bel Residence vicino alla spiaggia

Il Residence "Le Colonnine" a San Teodoro è situato vicino alla bellissima spiaggia La Cinta e al paese, soluzione comoda per chi non ama usare la macchina in vacanza. Il nostro tri-locale era spazioso, pulito, con una grande terrazza davvero bella. i proprietari sono persone deliziose e molto disponibili: sin dall'arrivo hanno mostrato gentilezza e grande professionalità. Lo consiglio sicuramente, soprattutto a famiglie con bambini, bellissimo il giardino in comune, che è anche molto sicuro. Grazie Romina e Roberto.

all you need to enjoy

Me, my wife and our 2 kinds stayed at Le Colonnine for 2 weeks at the end of May. We were so impressed with this place that we could believed it the time went so quick and we need to leave - our daughter was crying for two days. Romina and Roberto are great hosts with 2 beautiful children. They help us to settled down, gave us a lot information and recommendation about San Teodoro and places to go. We stayed in a double bedroom flat on the ground floor, very well equipped with nice terrace and beautiful garden around - great for kinds, especially for our 5 year daughter + you have also free wi-fi. The location is very good, 5 min walk to the most amazing beach in Sardinia and up to 10 min to the town center. It is a relaxing and well maintained place, run by great and helpful people and we are highly recommending to everyone who would like to spend wonderful vacation in San Teodoro.

A great place to stay

We stayed here for 2 weeks in the last week of September and 1st week of October(husband, wife and a 2.5 year old). The hosts are extremely helpful and welcoming. La Cinta beach is approximately 5-10 minutes walk and there is also a children's play area about the same distance away. San Teodoro centre is only a few minutes drive away, and Brandinchi beach is around 15 minutes drive away. The outside grounds are beautifully kept and were excellent for our young son. He took an interest in the vegetables growing and generally enjoyed the outside space which was great to have when you were in the flat for a period of time. The flat itself was clean and and well laid out. All in all we would highly recommend families like us with young children to stay here - great location, great hosts and luckily for us great weather!

Bel contesto

La nostra prima vacanza in una casa e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo sopratutto con i proprietari. La casa era bella pulito ed il giardino era molto curato. la posizione è ottima sia per la spiaggia che per il centro di San Teodoro. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Posto consigliato!!!

Tutto perfetto

Il giudizio è molto positivo!!Il residence è a conduzione familiare e l'accoglienza è stata davvero ottima! Romina e Roberto sono due persone discrete e squisite, molto disponibili a darci assistenza tempestiva in loco, nonché consulenza, consigli per le nostre vacanze. L’appartamento si trova di un complesso residenziale, ben curato, in una via tranquilla (privacy, quiete e spazi comuni nel giardino) in posizione davvero strategica!...vicinissimo alla famosa spiaggia La Cinta e comodo per il centro del paese( entrambe raggiungibili a piedi in una decina di minuti). La struttura è pulita e confortevole, (accesso ad internet WIFI 24 h, tv,digitale terrestre, decoder sky, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, set da cucina..) con posto auto all’interno della struttura! che altro aggiungere?? Assolutamente consigliato!!!! ci torneremo!

Bellissima vacanza

Il residence è inserito in un contesto tranquillo, a piedi, in pochi minuti, si raggiungono sia la spiaggia sia il centro del paese. L'appartamento è dotato delle attrezzature necessarie, un valore aggiunto è dato dall'ampio terrazzo. Apprezzato il wi-fi. Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Estremamente disponibili per qualsiasi tipo di informazione i proprietari. Consigliato a tutti.

Tutto Benissimo

Gli appartamenti del residence sono puliti, davvero molto accoglienti, dotati di ogni attrezzatura necessaria e vicini sia alla spiaggia della cinta che al centro del paese (entrambi sono raggiungibili a piedi senza problemi). Sono pienamente soddisfatto del tempo qui trascorso e credo che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia davvero notevole. Una nota di merito finale va ai proprietari, sempre gentili e disponibili; per niente prevenuti anche verso una clientela di ragazzi e pronti a soddisfare le nostre curiosità riguardo a San Teodoro e alle attività e i luoghi che non si possono perdere quando si è qua.
