Situé à proximité de Fort Rock Park et à quelques pas du parc de l'eau Sunriver Village et SHARC. Nouveau en 2019, la maison est livrée avec 8 laissez-passer illimités SHARC !!! C'est un maximum de 250 $. 00 valeur chaque jour de votre séjour !! Sunriver Village Mall a tous vos besoins couverts de l'épicerie à les merveilleux restaurants et boutiques. Pendant l'été, le village est un excellent endroit pour aller pour le divertissement tels que les autos tamponneuses, mini-golf et le soir de la musique live. Patinage sur glace est disponible pendant les mois les plus froids.

Si vous vous sentez aventureux, vous pouvez réserver des visites guidées et des activités de toutes sortes - kayak, ski, pêche, vélo - à des endroits à travers le village. Mt Bachelor est à 25 minutes! Il est impossible de s'ennuyer à Sunriver!

Vous voulez sortir sur votre propre, sortez le 18-20 pieds en aluminium canot à la rivière ou l'un des nombreux lacs, prendre un déjeuner et profiter de la paix et la tranquillité. Deux rames, 7 coussins de flottaison, 2 adultes et 2 gilets de sauvetage pour enfants sont aussi fournis.

Cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger est assez grand pour accueillir tout le groupe, non seulement pour les repas, mais appréciant la nuit de jeu. Le salon accueillant dispose d'un plancher de rock cheminée au plafond de sorte que vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre dans en lisant un livre ou regarder un film. Extended vivant sur le pont arrière et bain à remous privé pour se détendre après une longue journée de découverte de Sunriver Oregon.

La chambre principale est à l'étage avec une terrasse donnant sur l'espace commun de retour. Trois chambres en bas.

Family vacation in Sun River

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was as pictured. Pretty dated furniture but that’s pretty common in a rental. We had a good time making meals, using the hot tub and getting up to Mount Bachelor to ski 4 days! The grocery store and little shops in the village are convenient and about a 20 min walk or quick drive.

Clean, family/pet friendly

Good house, very consistent with the description online. Great cozy family room with an excellent fireplace, which is very nice in the winter. But many of the furnishings are showing signs of wear and the cutlery/dishes definitely need an upgrade — almost every dish was chipped (sometimes in multiple spots) and the knives were so dull I wish I had brought my own (I love to cook). Not a deal breaker for me but it’s super easy to fix so I would encourage the property manager to address this since it’s why I didn’t feel comfortable giving a full 5 stars.

There was an odor and felt grimy. Smell of urine in the downstairs bathroom. Property management were great in getting us additional bikes (as there was only 2) and repaired the dishwasher. Could do with more dishes given that this place can hold up to 10 people. We only had 5.

Very disappointed in the exterior. Somebody needs to clean up the grounds. We never used the hot tub or bbq. Wi-Fi and tv were great.

Perfect Value Home for Our Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home hit the sweet spot for us in terms of amenities and value. Like many homes in the area, it's a little older. The kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled though and appliances are new. Each bedroom has a nice TV and the beds were more comfortable than most. We were especially pleased to find some memory-foam pillows and plentiful extra blankets. The home is situated on a very private cul-de-sac, but is a short walk to both Fort Rock Park and the SHARC. There are 10 (10!) passes to the SHARC. My only critique is that the house could use a good dusting and removal of cobwebs, but that's a minor thing.

Great location

Great location and very peaceful. It’s close to the path but set back, it’s far away from other houses so it felt very private. It’s right in the middle between the sharc and the park so it was great to send our kids too on their own.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in many Sunriver rentals and I would not stay in this house again. The beds were all very uncomfortable with old mattresses. The kitchen was not well stocked and every frying pan in the cupboard was dirty with broken handles. If you stay here in the summer I would highly recommend adding a portable A/C unit to your rental. We were there during 85-90 degree days and the house got pretty warm mid-day so the portable unit was very helpful. The two bikes on site are very old cruiser bikes that aren't easy to ride. The BBQ was very dirty with no cleaning brush. The family room area is a nice size and the couch was very comfortable.

We were surprised to not have AC, but it wasn't advertised and we were fine in the end, despite the 100 degree temps. One stove burner didn't work and there was nothing to light the grill with... but those were easily solved or worked around. Staff was exceptionally responsive and helped us get in an hour early and brought us extra fans.

Great Location

This was a perfect location - very close to SHARC & the village but not off a main path so not a ton of walk/bike traffic. Great deck that seemed private, even though we had neighbors. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of beach towels. Nice to have access to the garage to store personal bikes and extra frig in the garage was a bonus. The bunk room has two bunks but it small - we thought we could fit 2/13 yr olds & 2/17yr olds but would have been too crowded. Would have been nice if a bike lock came with the house bikes. Great house, we would rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay for the 6 of us. Plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. My only concern on cleanliness was the hot tub. It just didn't look or feel clean. I ended up not using it myself while we were there. Others in the family did use it and agreed the water felt slimy.One suggestion for improvement was the need for better glassware. If you needed a beer glass, you were well covered! Some stemmed wine glasses would be great.Sunset Lodging were great to work with. Our original rental was sold and they were proactive in helping us get another home for the holiday week. Very much appreciated! Would definitely use them again.

Great Family Friendly House

This is a great house for a weekend getaway! Loved the wooded area and the close proximity to the walking/bike paths. Very clean and well stocked house (with the exception of the chipped plates but I understand that's the owners responsibility). We enjoyed the puzzles, games, and updated smart TVs in each bedroom. The hot tub was clean and perfect for those chilly nights. I would highly recommend this house.

Great time during spring break

Our stay at the property was exactly what we expected from the booking online. We needed to book a quick trip during the spring break on a short notice and this property delivered. Great communication with the management property, hot tub, fireplace with stocked up wood and cozy living room were wonderful. I agree with other reviewers that kitchen could be better equipped as far as plates, serving dishes and we also couldn’t find the grilling tools. Our two boys liked the bunk beds and our bed was comfortable as well. Overall, I would recommend this property as we felt it was a great value.

August Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had a fantastic location and we really enjoyed the hot tub, proximity to bike path, SHARC and Fort Rock park. However it was surprising this home is offered to the public given it's current state. It would make sense for a longtime family place but not a professional rental at $550 a night (more than what we've paid in Hawaii). Specific items that could be improved quickly and relatively cheaply include: evicting mouse under kitchen sink, cleaning/replacing filthy carpets, replacing the very old kitchen broom, providing cleaning spray, replacing dishes and silverware that appear to be from the 70s (50 years old!!!) with chips and sharp edges, improving lighting in the bedrooms (at night it was nearly impossible to see in the closets) with a floor lamp and making sure light bulbs are working (three were out), fixing the hazardous hole in the deck right in front of the patio door, providing fresh spare blankets (again these appear to be 50 years old), replacing the life jackets in the garage (very old), proving more cutting boards (only 1), and providing sharper knives (these were extremely dull). Also given the high costs to rent this place, visitors are likely to expect working smart TVs. The main floor TV didn't have any apps, and we were limited to basic cables channels. Costco sells TVs for less than $200 and there is already internet at the home so this seems like an easy upgrade/amenity. Also, the bunk bed room felt dangerous for our small children. The four lights installed right by the pillows got extremely hot and there was no top rail on the top bunks to keep kids from falling out. We had to move a mattress on the floor to keep one kiddo safe. Again, this home has a fantastic location and lots of potential but for what we paid, the owner needs to invest in improvements for safety and quality.
