CPI - Superbe 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison avec piscine à débordement, surplombant Tamarindo Bay. Un petit bijou avec une vue grandiose!
Casa Pipilacha est une luxueuse villa de style marocain conçue comme une œuvre d'Abraham Valenzuela, l'un des architectes les plus acclamés du Costa Rica. Il est situé sur un terrain étonnant et tranquille près du sommet de la colline surplombant Playa Tamarindo et sert de refuge tranquille, mais à proximité de la plage, des commerces, restaurants et divertissements de Tamarindo. Toutes les zones de la maison offrent des vues panoramiques à couper le souffle sur Playa Tamarindo et Playa Langosta et l'océan sans fin.

En face de la salle de séjour et la grande terrasse couverte se trouve une immense "infinité" piscine avec deux terrasses plus petites - toutes avec une vue fantastique à 180 degrés. Plongez dans la piscine, détendez-vous sur la terrasse et profitez des couchers de soleil parfaits pour la photo depuis ce magnifique belvédère!

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et offre toutes les commodités même pour le cuisinier passionné. Un barbecue à gaz est également disponible. Vous pouvez choisir entre deux salles à manger: à l'extérieur sur la terrasse ou à l'intérieur du salon. Toute la maison est projetée et s'ouvre sur la terrasse.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size. La deuxième chambre est dotée d'un lit queen-size. Les deux chambres ont des fenêtres panoramiques. Toute la maison est entièrement climatisée.

Amazing view and stay!

Lola was really nice and the house was everything we could have asked for and more. The AC, Wifi, and water worked without any problems. The view was amazing, especially during the sunsets. Definitely would recommend!!

Everything except hot water worked well at the priperty.

Hot water was in and out. The roads leading towards the property up the hill were broken and somewhat unsafe. An HOA to fix those roads is appropriate.

Outstanding View

This house made our trip! We spent countless hours on the back porch just soaking in the view. We didn’t feel the need to stay busy because the view was worth staying in.

We were scheduled to stay at this beautiful home for four nights but only stayed for one due to pandemic and need to get home. The house was absolutely breathtaking. We hope to be fortunate enough to return some day.

Amazing Patio and View

We loved staying at this house. It is stunning. Even when it rained in the afternoons and evenings, sitting outside under the covered patio was relaxing. Kitchen has all the amenities and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Yes the hill is challenging. We had a gas powered golf cart but only used it when it wasn’t raining. We were able to use Uber to get up and down the hill at night. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the WIFI.

Felt like a movie star . 5 stars top to bottom . Great location . Plan on returning very soon . Also the drive up the mountain is not that bad . I rented a 4x4 but never used it .

Beyond my expectations!

This location and our experience with RPM Vacations, the property manager, was fantastic. German and Lola answered all of my questions and helped book everything prior to our vacation: excursions, gas golf cart rental (highly recommend for the hill!), sailing, fishing, ATV, and jungle adventure. Our private chef, Cristian, and all of the people we met treated us like family. Our excursions were PRIVATE and surpassed what we even hoped for. I cannot rate our experience highly enough. The rooms, the views and sunsets the patio and pool - amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pipilacha is located on a hill with the best views in the area. It is safe and lovely. Please note there is a lot of construction being done nearby though and it begins early (6 AM) and continues through the early evening. The house itself though is beautiful, fantastic views and comes well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful. We have a 15 month old and everything was just perfect. From the comfort to the sheer luxury of the home. It is a tricky hill to get up, lots of pot holes, but actually on our second to last day they came through with a steam roller and laid some new dirt which helped tremendously. Other than that, 10 out of 10.

I will be back!

CASA Pipilacha is beautiful. The attention to detail in the home is exquisite. I loved everything about this house, especially the sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and wifi worked great. I didn't want to leave. It was a sanctuary or temple for me and I felt at peace there. The peeing monkeys in the pool are brilliant. The hill really isn't bad. We walked it about 3 times a day. It seems steeper driving in the car than it does to actually walk it. Thank you to the owner for sharing this home with us. I hope to spend a month here in Jan.

Great stay in paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great experience. There was some construction going on next-door which was not mentioned when we requested the rental. This would be nice to know for future renters. As mentioned by a prior guest the trees in front of the pool were also overgrown to some degree. I do believe that these are on the adjacent lot so I don’t think there’s much that can be done about this. All in all this is a great place a great vacation rental for our small family. We spent a lot of time outdoors and at the pool.

Fantastic! Beautiful! Fabulous!

Our stay at this home was fantastic and the house lived up to its description and more. Lola from RPM communicated with us the whole time and made our stay very easy. The location Is great with the exception of the road leading up to the house. You will definitely neeed transportation of either a car or a gas golf cart. The property inside and out is amazing and having a pool right off the patio overlooking the ocean makes you not want lo leave. For those of you who plan to cook while staying, the kitchen provides everything you need. There is a major grocery store five mins away for any of your needs. We had a private chef our last night and the food was incredible. One bit of advise; I would not do the chef on your last day because there was so much food leftover that you could have a second meal.. Once again this place is incredible and we will definitely stay here again.

Casa Pipilacha-the stuff of dreams

Reviewer Comments: Stay at the pristine Pipilacha and you may consider selling everything you own, abandoning all responsibility, and living out the rest of your days in this ethereal retreat.The home was built by a renowned Costa Rican architect and it shows. Almost all windows overlook the sea. Detailed stonework throughout. Tiny details that delight wherever you turn. Do you love plants? I do. This villa has private gardens that are lovingly tended to each day by a kind man named Miguel. (He comes very early and is unobtrusive, but we were up early too and shared coffee a few times.) This is perfect house for two couples, since the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. But we came as a family and it was perfect for us too. During a long, dark winter, we would often dream about this place. It did not disappoint. It delighted us in an almost unimaginable way. RPM was so very accommodating and I can’t recommend their services highly enough. Still considering? Don’t. This is the place.

Beautiful Home & Sunset Views

The previous reviews regarding the drive uphill are correct. However it’s not really difficult once you know the exact street (next to Best Western entrance) that leads right to the gated entrance. Once there, the home is beautiful and the mornings and evenings at the infinity pool overlooking Tamarindo were spectacular. The privacy and intimacy of the home added to the relaxing family experience. While also being just minutes away from all the activities, restaurants, beaches in Tamarindo - and short, easy drives to additional beaches just south and north of the city. The services provided by the property management were super helpful and easy to coordinate, along with finding a few options on our own. They also helped us book a wonderful, authentic Costa Rican family meal right at the property. Which proved to be one of our favorite experiences as a family on this trip. Cristian, the chef, was incredible. His meal was truly magical and we are now forever addicted to his fried plantain appetizers topped with fresh, homemade guacamole and pico de gallo! One caveat there are only two bedrooms with one king and one queen sized bed. The additional beds are fold out beds and they are not the easiest to open and set up. The information leading up to our trip could have been better. If you need beds for more than two couples - let them know in advance to set up the extra beds and make sure the pillows and linens are in place before your arrival

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, Tropical Vacations is very responsive and the following review is based on Casa Pipilacha itself.Photos are somewhat misleading. The house has lots of deferred maintenance. It could be a beautiful house, especially with the view from the pool deck. However it is definitely showing lack of general maintenance. AC would cut off automatically and error out after a hour or so. Didn't realize this unitl the last day so never bothered the property management company. I understand this is Costa Rica and have stayed in several different properties as a comparison, but this house has a serious insect problem. We barely used hot water but sometimes would have cold showers. This may actually be a reflection on the management company, but I do not think the house was that clean upon arrival. Dead bugs in the bedroom that one would assume would have been swept up. The reviews about the road to the house are spot on, it is pretty rough, especially when raining. With a little attention to the home, this house could be a gem.

Love this house

The house is beautiful, comfortably appointed and feels like home. The view is incredible, make a point to be at the house for sunset! This house has amazing air conditioning, almost too good. The road to the house doesn’t lend itself to cars with low ground clearance, but not impassable. Will definitely stay here again!
