The property is truly a hideaway, as the house is barely visible as it is tucked approximately 5 meters below the grade of the private drive that dead ends at the house/edge of the jungle - as illustrated in the last picture.

To enter the house, you descend 15 steps and open the front gate which opens to the open-air living room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, and is able to be enclosed and air conditioned by sliding the glass panel doors together. The three bedrooms are also air-conditioned.

The master bedroom with ensuite is on this level, just off of the living room. To reach the other two bedrooms on the walkout lower/pool level, you will descend the spiral staircase pictured. Each bedroom is furnished with high end bedding, deluxe king-sized mattresses, and features Costa Rican-built custom furniture.

Not to be missed is the large West-facing rooftop living area and pergola. From where you park your car, you will see a set of 4 stairs that lead onto the roof. Follow the roof around a corner and you will see the pergola, and during some times of the year, get partial views of the ocean.
