Ce petit nid douillet de 25 m², est idéalement situé au coeur du quartier historique du Marais, dans un quartier très animé et très fréquenté, de jour comme de nuit durant la belle saison. Il est situé à proximité immédiate des célèbres places de l'hôtel de ville,et des Vosges.
Entièrement rénové, il bénéficie d'une décoration soignée, et de toutes les commodités modernes, lave vaisselle, lave linge et connexion internet WIFI.
Ce studio vous offre sur la jolie mezzanine un matelas, luxueux et épais deux places
Ce studio non-fumeur est au 1e étage d'un immeuble ancien, typique du Marais avec une très belle hauteur sous plafond.
Sans vis-à-vis,avec une vue directe sur la rue du roi de Sicile, il offre une clarté rare, au centre de Paris.
A quelques minutes à pieds, vous pourrez découvrir : la Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, le Musée du Louvre, la Sainte-Chapelle, l'île Saint Louis, les Quais de la Seine et ses bouquinistes. Superb location right in the centre of the city. I walked everywhere and got a real feel for the layout. Planned mornings north of the river, afternoons south nipping back to the appartment for a rest in between.

Nice little place

The place meets the requirements to stay in a good area for the cost. If you have mobility issues, the loft sleeping area may be a challange. Everything else is acceptable.The area felt safe had and all the amenities.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: It was clean and comfortable, especially the mattress. Location is convenient to many things. Had everything we needed. Check-in, check-out process was easy. Cons:The bar across the street is loud until the early morning hours. At one point the water was shut off and I messaged the host but he never replied. Fortunately, it was back on by the morning, but that was very concerning.

Fabulous location

We loved the location as it is so easy to get to the subway or walk to town . The facilities were good and the bed ok although it may get pretty hot in the summer . No TV .A couple of flights of stairs but well lit .The place was getting fixed on the outside so it was covered in scaffolding and mesh so no view . Big of a shame but the rest made up for it . Good value for money .

Christmas Trip

We ended a two week Christmas market trip with a 5 day stay in Paris at this location. It was in a great area and was just right for the two of us. Paul was very helpful meeting us on location for check in and gave us a quick tour. We would definitely stay here again.

charming studio in super location in the Marais

My landlord was so attentive and eager to help. My late arrival could have caused problems but he patiently waited and walked me through the ins and outs of the studio. He returned the next day to check that all was fine and was very kind helping me out on departure day. I left with nothing but favorable impressions and would especially recommend this studio for younger clients as stairs can be a problem for older folks. The location could not be better as everything you need is a short walk away. thank you Marc for all your help.

November getaway

Paul was there to meet us for check in and take us around the apartment. You can tell there is a lot of care put into the place, and he just finished treating floors before we arrived. Very clean. Bathroom drain was slow to drain water after showers, but everything worked well. Fantastic location for touring the city.

Quaint authentic Parisian location

The property is close to so many attraction and located in a very authentic art of Paris. I should say I was her in off season at a cool time of year. In summer this could be very hot. As well there is a new bar across the street that if you are a light sleeper may be an issue. The place is on the first floor and very quaint. Recommend highly

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment! It is in a great location and has everything you need to spend some time in Paris. The only thing missing was a microwave, but it wasn’t very important for us so it was totally ok. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Little Jewel in the Marais

Lovely little apartment and close to all shops and restaurants in the fabulous Marais quarter. Short cab ride from the Louvre too! We would definitely stay here again.

Great value stay in perfect location

We loved our stay in the Marais. The loft style bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with street noise despite the bar across the street. Area is great to shop and dine like a local (not touristy) and super close to the Hotel de Villa and Chatelet metro stations. Would return!

Hard to beat this location

We had a great time here, from the time Paul met us at the front door, until we checked out four days later. You can see it on the map, but the location is outstanding. It's only a few minutes' walk to many of Paris' attractions. And if it's not a quick walk to the attraction (e.g., the catacombs or Arc de Triomphe), it's a minute or two to the nearest Metro (Hotel de Ville, Line 1 for East-West, connecting to many others) or maybe 3-5 to Chatelet / Chatelet Les Halles (Line 4 for North-South, and many others, including the regional RER).The kitchen is well-appointed with all you would need to make basic meals. There is a microwave, a medium-sized fridge (with small freezer compartment), a stovetop, and a dishwasher. There is no oven, but I would doubt one would need one on vacation.There is also a regular washing machine. No dryer, but the provided drying rack is good for what one may need on vacation.I want to add a point, in case it is not obvious from the pictures: The stairs to the loft are quite small and steep, so you need to consider that if you have mobility issues. Also, there is a bar immediately across the street, where groups of people gather and chat until very late. It's not a problem if you're not a light sleeper, or if you can keep the windows closed. No A/C - those are uncommon in Paris, because the only really hot and muggy days are in the first two weeks of August. So open window is necessary. There are heaters for winter, and a good towel warmer.

Nice place just be aware that the bed is mattress on the loft and has a low ceiling not condusive to tall people or those who have some physical problems. As we did not it was ok. Location was excellent .

Nice but noisy

A very clean renovation small apartment with a low ceiling sleeping loft. The bearer and joists are massive oak timbers hundreds of years old. It’s in a great location in the Marais: walking distance to many places of interest. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately thete is a bar opposite where up to a hundred men congregate and chatter till 2 o’clock in the morning .this apartment would only suit heavy sleepers or night owls.
