À propos de cet hébergement

Un chef-d'œuvre architectural unique situé sur la plage de sable dans la communauté exclusive de Marla Bay, sur le côté Nevada de South Lake Tahoe. Un plan d'étage ouvert avec des fenêtres du sol au plafond pour profiter de la beauté du bord du lac, une cheminée en granit surdimensionnée, un bar humide pour se divertir, un barbecue et profiter des repas sur la terrasse donnant sur le lac Tahoe, sortez dans la cour arrière qui est la plage! Ce n'est pas mieux que ça. Il y a aussi une salle de gym au rez-de-chaussée de cette maison.

Dans cette maison de 3 étages, la cuisine, le salon, la salle à manger, l'accès au pont, le wet-bar, le garage et une salle de bain de 1, 2 sont au niveau intermédiaire. Au rez-de-chaussée, 1er étage, 2 chambres avec lit queen-size, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complète, cheminée et télévision. L'accès à la plage se fait par le salon de plain-pied. Il y a aussi un petit wet-bar, buanderie / 1. 2 salles de bain, et la salle de gym est à ce niveau du sol.
Au 3ème étage supérieur se trouve la chambre principale avec un lit king-size, une salle de bains principale complète avec une douche sur pied et une baignoire en marbre sur mesure, une télévision et une cheminée. La 4e chambre est à ce dernier étage avec un lit queen, salle de bain complète, TV et foyer. Le 3ème étage a un grand coin salon qui donne sur le salon avec les fenêtres incroyables qui donnent sur le lac.

Règles d'occupation:
1. Selon les règles du comté: les mariages ne sont pas autorisés de toute nature ou taille, sur la propriété ou à la maison. Vous serez fermé immédiatement et perdrez le dépôt de garantie et vous serez passible de plus d'amendes.
2. Vous n'êtes autorisé à 12 personnes à tout moment à la maison. Cela inclut tous les dîners ou réunions que vous pourriez avoir. Il n'y a que 8 couchages à la maison.
3. Parking: 4 voitures autorisées à la maison à tout moment. Il n'y a pas de stationnement dans la rue par comté et les règles de sécurité incendie. Le non-respect entraînera la perte du dépôt de garantie.
4. Aidez-nous à garder notre maison une location de vacances. ORDINANCE AU BRUIT de 22 h à 7 h tous les jours et est très stricte dans ce quartier.

We had a great time! The kids loved playing on the beach at the house. Quiet neighborhood but close drive to restaurants/shopping.

Amazing Rental house!

The house is amazing and in such a wonderful location, they do need to update the pictures online and let people know to bring certain things, like beach towels and shampoo and conditioner. Yet overall we love coming to this house!

Bespoke Lakefront Marla Bay Property

This gorgeous lakefront rental in beautiful Marla Bay was the perfect stay and more! The lakefront location is hard to beat, with just steps into to the waters of Lake Tahoe. Home is well equipped and has ample space for guests to gather or relax separately in different areas. The sunset and waterfront views are gorgeous. Dillion and the property management team was extremely helpful and communicative with our groups needs and cannot recommend this rental property more!

Perfect Location

The property is a beautiful home and in a perfect location. In a perfect world they would add a hot tub and some separate bed sleeping for kids, such as some twin or bunk beds. That being said, the property was exactly as advertised and is lovely.

Beautiful home and wonderful being right on the lake.

Overall an excellent place to stay. Only drawback was the garage door that was broken before we checked in and maintenance had not been able to fix it while we were there. We managed just fine anyway.

Great House

This is a fabulous lakefront home! Incredible views and the home was as described. Check in and access were easy and convenient. We had a smoke detector beep from low batteries which we couldn’t reach without a very tall ladder and the property manager was on top of it right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Lake Tahoe stay

Beautiful spacious home with private beach access. Stunning unobstructed views of the lake and mountains. Very peaceful and quiet. Comfortable beds. Dream property right on the lake, needs a bit of TLC

Was a wonderful location to stay with a family reunion, fantastics views and access to the lake. The property needs upkeep and maintenance - specifically the ovens not working, and the patio door handles being in disrepair and locking mechanisms being worn meant we couldn't really open the large patio doors and get a full summer experience. Would also recommend to the property management company to better stock basic amenities like paper towel rolls in the kitchen pantry - compared to another house we rented just nearby down the road, the furnished amenities here were a bit minimalist for such an expensive luxury home. Overall though the location and view, and grand feel of a two story window at sunset and outdoor deck was quite nice

Needs tender loving care.

The property is amazing! If it was my property, I would have not rented it out until some repairs were made. We were so excited when we entered the house and saw the beautiful view. We went over to open the sliding doors and they would not slide, both glass doors. It took 2 boys and a plan as to how to get them to slide. The track needs the pine needles and dirt removed.

Overall great

The place was great, the amenities were exactly what we wanted, we appreciated the property. The only small issue was with the sliding/folding doors. The main one wouldn't open. It seemed to be permanently locked or jammed with some small marks of damage around the base indicating someone had damaged it in the past or it had ware and tear buildup. The other sliding doors worked perfectly and were greatly appreciated. Since there were no ceiling fans or AC, having those doors permanently shut impeded airflow so for a small portion of the day it was a bit hot in the main room but we left the house during those times for the most part, or just avoided that room.

The stay was great. I would think that when a person rents a place everything work be on working condition. Top oven not functional. Master bed washer not functional and couple of the TV boxes not functional. Over all a great place

Marla Bay Lakeside Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall an excellent lakeside rental home. Fully equipped home with good kitchen and great beach front. At this premium price, the beds need to be upgraded to larger true queen or king size in all but the master bedroom. Construction next door was a bit of a nuisance particularly in the early mornings.

Amazing House

We had such a wonderful time staying in this home. Being able to wake up and walk right out to the beach/lake was incredible. Checking in/out was super easy after downloading the hospitality app and being able to see all codes/instructions for getting in the home, locking up, internet, etc. We couldn’t figure out how to use any of the tv’s and didn’t see any instructions but we spent most of our time outside anyways. Gorgeous home and great experience for the whole family. Would definitely book this house again! Met the next door neighbor, Mike and he was awesome too!!

Superb Home, Excellent Location

I’ve rented homes on the lakefront all around the lake and this is by far the nicest home I’ve stayed in on the lake front. Well laid out, lots of privacy, incredible beach right in front, excellent amenities including a full gym. Views from every room. Really special yet so close to grocery stores and other necessities. We were seven people and stayed for a week. Truly an amazing experience. I highly recommend this house. Also, the management company was really good and responsive as well. Well worth it. The kids tires under-sell how great the house is.

home was clean. outside grill was a mess and functioned poorly. Had to clean the grill cake with cheese and old meat. less than 1/2 the grill could get hot enough to cook. Garage door remote didn't work for entire week and could have been serviced but never was. Beautiful house. could have been presented better.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. The house is massive with all of the bedrooms in separate corners of the house. There is no noise bleed between rooms. Amazing! Tons of bathrooms. Every bedroom has a bathroom plus two more for common spaces (I believe). The gym is quite large, the size of a normal bedroom, with lots of weights ranging from medium weight to very very heavy. The beachfront is perfectly swimmable. We brought paddleboards and enjoyed paddling in the mornings. The house was also outfitted with 8+ folding chairs to use on the outside lawn. Large kitchen with almost everything we needed. It came with oil and pepper, but we needed to pick up salt. The furniture was all great quality, it did not feel 'ikea-ed out'. As another reviewed mentioned, the front sliding doors/wall wasn't quite working. But with some finesse we got it to open and close. In case it's helpful, the secret is closing the doors, then using a nail or bobby-pin to turn the broken handle to the left. Then open the doors. If you open the second panel/handle first, you'll need to close it all before being able to open the broken panel. 2 car garage with 2 car space out front of the garage. Great location being close to Zephyr Cove and a few minute drive from Safeway. I would love to stay again!

Location, location, location!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is located on a beautiful beach on the lake. The house itself is stunning with all but one bedroom having a lakeview. The architecture of the home is beautiful and the heated floors made the home very comfortable even though it was very cold outside. It is a very close drive to Heavenly. My only recommendation would be to change some of the queen beds to King sized. Since they only want 8 people staying and there are 4 beds, it would be more comfortable if each couple had a King. A few blankets for cozying up on the couch would be nice too. The only bedding/blankets the house has are on the beds. I had read this in someone else's review so I came prepared with two of my own. We really enjoyed the cooking in the kitchen it has a great layout and had everything we needed.

Beautiful location and home but has issues

We stayed there for new years, we immediately checked in and there was no internet. Property management got a hold of cable company and resolved quickly but they should have checked prior to entrance. 2nd major issue was plumbing, we seem to be only guests there for a while and there was a major plumbing issue they called few companies to resolve, bit they could not and we were forced to leave property. Property management got us into another place with lots of bedrooms but was not even comparable. New property was not cleaned well and had a mice rummaging around. We seem to have stuck out twice. Original booking needs updates on TVs, only few channels worked and general maintenance was not up to pair, shower heads didn't work well in master bath, some water valves didn't work. Dryer never turned off, kept going for 8 hours while we were out. Huge fire risk, washer dryer is very old. Gym equipment not very functional. Owners need to put some money into the property, since it is in the best location every right on the beach.
