The house was perfect and so close to the beach! Fully stocked with everything we needed and very close to all amenities like the grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. The property management was very communicative and available. The unit had keyless entry so they texted me the code and check in/ check out was a breeze! Highly recommend!!

Great get-a-way

This property definitely suited our needs. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great location. Very quiet The beds are very comfortable for a good nights rest. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen is well stocked.Would definitely book this property again.

Handy location right off the IOP connector and near the grocery store. Walkway to the beach is across the street, could not be closer.

Great vacation

Perfect location! This house was walking distance to the beach,pool, tennis courts, grocery, and dining. Our stay in IOP was wonderful and we will def be back. This home was the perfect size for our family and had most everything we needed. The only issues we had were minor and the property manager was amazing and had them resolved quickly.

Location is a 10

Property was clean and has ample plates, glasses and silverware. There are games and books that are also available. It would have made our stay easier if there was more than 1 paper towel roll and 2 towels per bath for a week stay. Coffee filters should also be an included at this price.

Location was perfect being across from the beach, but set slightly away from the busier road, and down a few blocks from the big public parking area so away from the big crowds. House was lovely, nicely updated baths and and kitchen which was a great size for preparing big meals. Nice wood floors and much nicer decor than I see at most rental properties. Very comfortable for our two families. It was perfect for us, would love to return.

Loved being steps from beach path. Neighborhood was quiet and nicely walk-able to the "downtown" amenities/restaurants/shops/grocery. Only slight downside is the home was right on the corner of the main drag and we got a little more traffic noise than expected but still not a major issue. Loved our stay here and would definitely return!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 1 Ocean Park Court. The house is as pictured and descried and really close to the beach. The only two issues we had which were minor were (1) we saw some ants in the living room the first day (we called maintenance and they came and spayed which seemed to help) and (2) the water pressure was not great, if more than 1 person was taking a shower, then the water pressure would be very low. Other than these two small issues, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.
