Seahorse Cottage est une spacieuse maison de 4 chambres / 3 salles de bain avec piscine. La décoration est absolument magnifique, vous donnant l'impression d'être vraiment à la maison à la plage. Très grande cuisine mise à jour avec tous les éléments essentiels de la maison, y compris une table pour 8 personnes. Accueil comprend également 3 téléviseurs avec lecteurs DVD, wifi gratuit, grande piscine chauffée et barbecue à gaz. La maison est située dans un quartier calme avec une très grande cour pour les enfants et un grand patio en pavé uni pour recevoir.

Situé dans l'extrême nord de l'île, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage, avec accès en haut de la rue, au centre-ville de Fort Myers Beach (la célèbre jetée et la place de la ville) et des restaurants. Plage, pêche, observation des oiseaux et détente dans une maison unifamiliale confortable et rénovée.

Seahorse Cottage est situé à l'extrémité nord de la plage de Fort Myers. Vous et votre famille pouvez vous rendre à pied au célèbre Time Square, à ses restaurants, à ses boutiques et �� sa plage en moins de 5 minutes. Ou vous pouvez profiter du confort de votre maison et de votre jardin spacieux avec piscine chauffée et grill. La maison est équipée avec tout le confort de la maison, y compris une grande cuisine récemment rénovée, 3 télévisions avec lecteurs DVD, beaucoup de serviettes et draps supplémentaires, une voiturette de plage, des jouets et des chaises.

Veuillez noter qu'en hiver (de mi-décembre à mi-avril), notre propriété est louée du samedi au samedi avec une semaine minimum.

Great house!

This is an amazing property! They had everything we needed including pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. The screened in porch and pool were fantastic and the location is great. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the location, pool, all the items necessary to fix meals at house, and while Fort Myers is not yet restored to its glory pre hurricane, there is still plenty to do and places to eat, drinks and visit!

275 Ohio St. is beautiful. Pool was very nice, outdoor screened in porch with big screen was a great place for family relax and watch a movie. The home has it all, including plenty of towels and accessories. We look forward to coming back in December

Rigtig dejligt sommerhus i Fort Myers

Vi har haft en dejlig ferie i et skønt sommerhus, 5 min fra stranden og 10 min fra byen. Dejligt med pool og skøn udendørsområde. Kunne være bedre hvis Aircondition var seperat i hvert soveværelse (3 var samlet i en og Master soveværelset var samlet med stue og køkken). Dvs. Hver gang dør stod åben til terassen, gik den i stå i Master soveværelset. Men ellers perfekt hus til en stor familie med 5 voksne og 3 små børn.

Perfect home for kids!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect with a lot of good restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream nearby. The pool and back patio were amazing! We had a few, very minor issues, and the rental company and Owner were very responsive and got everything fixed very quickly, with no impact on our stay. We would love that stay here again!

We have stayed in several places along Ft Myers Beach. This ranks up there with one of our favorites. The place was exactly as described. The only drawback was limited sun at the pool. The vegetation blocked sunlight by 3:00.

Family Getaway

The cottage was perfect for our family getaway. With the private pool and waking distance to the beach it allowed for us to have the access to both. The outside living room and nice size bedrooms made the house feel spacious. The only downside is that there is no bathtub so if you are traveling with a toddler the shower is the only option. The location was great in a nice neighborhood off the busy path but close enough to walk to all the action.

Cute cottage like home

Besides the pool being disgusting and unusable for 4 out of our 7 days, we enjoyed the house. Quiet location, but so close to the action. The outdoor space was very nice, however, the TV did not work. The pool was the reason we chose this home so it was very disappointing when we could not use it.

Great getaway!

This house was everything that it shows in the listing. It was very clean and very well equipped. We had an issue, we contacted the local real estate manager and it was dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. I believe the previous reviewer listed a few things that were broken/missing. These items still need to be dealt with but did not lessen our enjoyment of the house. The outdoor living space is the #1 reason to rent this home. We lived on the patio and in the pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean and overall well maintained. The large screened in back deck is very nice and a great gathering spot. Having an on-site heated pool was wonderful. It was nice to have beach chairs and umbrella provided. 7 minute walk to beach and 12 minute walk to Times Square. Close to several bars/ restaurants. Nice street. Some minor issues: there is nowhere to hang a towel in either bathroom. In the master bathroom, the pocket door is difficult to lock but if you don’t lock it, it slides all the way open by itself. The outdoor refrigerators on the back deck were leaking a lot when we arrived. We ended up laying a beach towel on the floor underneath them the whole week and didn’t use them. The “beach cart” provided is actually more of a garden/landscaping wagon with a rusted front axle that prevented the wheels from being able to be turned with the rusted handle that was ready to fall off. The outdoor spotlights at the side of the house nearest the grill don’t work. The outdoor shower by the pool doesn’t work very well (the shower in the front is much better).

Perfect getaway

The location of the house was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The house itself was wonderful with the screened in porch being our favorite place to hangout second to the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Really Nice - Highly Recommend!

We loved seahorse cottage. We had to get out of chicago after being stuck there due to covid for a few months. Very hot in florida in late June but this place was great. The house is just like the pictures. Nice inside with strong air con. We have two kids 11 and 14 and it was plenty of space. The deck was great outside. Pool area was the nicest surprise. they have so many trees and bushes surrounding the property that it really makes it private back there. Location for ya was also nice. Walking distance to fort myers beach and activities and the great ice cream shop for the kids down the road (Goodz). Then such a close drive to the amazing Sanibel and Captiva beaches. Go early and get a spot at Turner beach on Captiva. Daughter found so many shells there and the blind pass beach just next to it. House came with an umbrella and chairs and coolers and towels and floats so had everything we needed. Would recommend a few more fans on the deck for summer months and the fridge i think needs replacing soonish but all said we loved seahorse cottage. Definitely a good house if you’re considering it. management company was very responsive to all messages.
