Découvrez les montagnes dans une maison ronde. Idéal emplacement Montreat. Juste en face des courts de tennis, de l’aire de jeux, du centre de jeunes (piscine, baby-foot, ping-pong) et de Flat Creek. A seulement quelques pas du centre de conférence. Les deux ponts offrent vie en plein air parfaite. Détendez-vous et profitez de la vue sur la montagne ou écouter de l'eau dévalant Flat Creek. Ou passer la journée sur la pittoresque à proximité Blue Ridge Parkway, explorer les sentiers de randonnée sans fin de Montreat ou les charmantes boutiques et cafés de la Montagne Noire. Il est à 5 minutes en voiture des merveilleuses boutiques et cafés de la Montagne Noire et à 15 minutes en voiture du centre-ville Asheville, le Blue Ridge Parkway et de la Chambre Biltmore.

Au niveau supérieur dispose d'une grande chambre de maître avec un lit de fer king size, un lit double et salle de bain complète ci-joint. De plus, une grande chambre avec grande télévision, bois poutres apparentes, cheminée, salle à manger, cuisine rénovée et aire de jeux. En bas a deux chambres, une avec un lit queen et une avec un lit superposé triple et une salle de bain complète RÉNOVÉ partagée. Parking pour deux véhicules. Fantastic Stay!

Love this house! Would absolutely stay here again. Can be hard to find centrally located homes in Montreat that are well kept and affordable, but this one ticks all the boxes. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house with great location

It was a pleasure and treat to stay at this house! The interior is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and you can't beat the location for quickly getting to Montreat conference and clubs events. Amy was a very helpful and responsive host. We highly recommend this rental property!

Super up high "tree" house, great decorating, up to date kitchen and baths.

Loved our stay here. Very comfortable, great location, park nearby for the kids and lots of great hikes right in Montreat. Black Mountain and Asheville are great cities nearby with lots of shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here!

Great house! Easy walk to assembly Inn

Loved this property! It was clean, well appointed and very convenient to the conference center, inn and tennis courts. Owner is so easy to communicate with and very prompt which I really appreciated.

Home away from home

Great place for our family of 5. 2nd time we have stayed in this home away from home. We love it. Great location in Montreat. We really enjoyed playing pickleball on the courts across the street.

Lovely getaway

This tree house is perfect for a family vacation, but also lends itself to a weekend with a few friends. The fall foliage created a lovely scene outside, while my friends and I enjoyed the warmth of the house and the modern amenities. Very enjoyable visit.

Terrific house in a Wonderful location.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in the Barclay Treehouse. The amenities were wonderful and the location was perfect. Right next to the tennis courts and playground. The house was clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for a week trip. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful Treehouse

We really enjoyed our weekend in this house. It is beautiful with all the decks and windows you do feel like you are in a tree house. Loved the copper sinks in bathroom and wood look tiles. Everything is nicely updated but still has the cottage feel. Montreat is such a beautiful place to stay when visiting the Asheville area.

Such a great place! Perfect girls tennis getaway.

I had such a great time spending the weekend at your house! Several girlfriends of mine got together for a weekend girls tennis getaway. We loved that the tennis courts were right across the street and were so easy to access. Had so much fun hanging out on the top deck chatting and drinking wine with such a beautiful view. The home was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. We also enjoyed the great restaurants that were nearby in Black Mountain. Looking forward to coming back again!

Top House in Montreat

Rare find in Montreat. Completely updated home in perfect location with great porches for relaxation. I was very excited about our week on Montreat and this great house with its central location, and nothing about the house failed to meet my expectations. If it's available, you should rent it. I have stayed in many Montreat houses and this one is at the top. And it has a great and easy to communicate with host. 5 stars across the board.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved our trip to Montreat/Black Mountain and our stay at this property. It was the perfect location for us- close enough to Asheville and tons of family friendly things to do near/around the property itself. We were able to hike nearby and the recreation type center across the street was perfect for our young children in between activities. Our young kids (7, 6, and 4) even played with some local teenagers who were extremely kind. The house was clean, well stocked, and cozy. It was obvious that it is a well cared for family home. Our family of five would like to visit this area in all seasons and we’d love to rent this property again.

Beautiful and thoughtfully managed

This is a two-story roundhouse sitting far above a quiet street, within less than 5 minutes' walk of Montreat center. It is relatively new and flawlessly maintained, with up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms. The two porches (one open, one comprehensively screened) are a dream come true on warm Montreat summer afternoons. Everything was spotless during our visit. Communication with Amy was great and we had no issues at either check-in or check-out. We appreciate the great experience and will reserve this house again next time we come back to Montreat.

Great location for families in Montreat

We had a great time in the treehouse! Location is unbeatable, easy walk to playground, Lake Susan, etc. even with small children. Comfy beds, updated kitchen and baths, two fantastic porches, lots of games, easy to use thermostat and TVs. We would have loved to stay longer! As pictured/stated in description, the house is on a sloped lot and there are many steps both outside and in. If accessibility is an issue look elsewhere.

Family of four

This was our fifth year visiting Montreat, and our first time in this rental. Decent house. Nice location. The amenities (well stocked kitchen, the Netflix and all that) were an added bonus. We would warn anyone with allergies, though ...the bottom bedrooms are located in a daylight basement, and the house is tucked into the side of a hill -- meaning substantial moisture and the smell of mildew (mostly just downstairs, though). For most people, this will not be a problem, but for us ...well, we will look for another option next year.

Wonderful Fall Break in Montreat

We loved our stay in Montreat. The house is very well loved and cared for. The owners have put a lot of thought and detail into their house and it has everything you could need for a great getaway. We had our three children with us (9,7, 3m). Our two older kids were especially excited for the bunk beds and our 3 month stayed comfortably in a pack n' play with my husband and I in the master. My mom stayed with us and had her own room downstairs. My mom is in her 70's so going up two flights of stairs was a little challenging at times for her when unloading and loading the car but overall she did great and was very comfortable. The house has two porches that are really cool with great views. You really feel like you're in a tree house!

Great House But Was Charged For Smoking and We Did NOT Smoke

Everything was great until I got an extra charge to me card. When I asked about the charge I was informed that the master had to have pillows, curtains and comforter because they smelt like smoke. My family and I followed their rules, but my wife and I were penalized for being smokers. Ridiculous! I would not rent here again.

We have had such a good time renovating this unique home over the past couple of years and are thrilled others get to enjoy this fun and unique roundhouse and this mountain town as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love this particular property first because of its proximity to everything in Montreat. It is directly across the street from the park, the tennis courts, the playground and the creek. We also love being able to sit on the decks and look at the view of the mountains.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have recently added two huge decks, one is screened in. There is room for lounging, dining and playing games. It's been a huge hit with our guests.
