Maison exceptionnelle de 4 chambres en bord de mer avec piscine et jetée en eau profonde !!

Vues fascinantes, emplacement exceptionnel, directement sur l'océan Atlantique, si près de l'océan que vous pouvez pratiquement pêcher depuis le patio. En parlant du patio, il mesure plus de 40 pieds de long. Vous pouvez simplement passer toutes vos vacances assis sur la terrasse en regardant la baie se transformer lentement en 100 nuances de bleu différentes. Nous avons une nouvelle piscine chauffée de 28 pieds avec une vue que vous n'oublierez pas. Nous avons refait cette maison à un million de dollars, donc toutes les salles de bains et les chambres sont neuves. Vous allez l'adorer! Nous avons 5 Paddleboards, 3 kayaks simples et un kayak tandem. Nous avons également 4 vélos Beach Cruiser et une salle de jeux avec une table de ping-pong, une Xbox, des jeux vidéo et un piano. La liste est longue ... Vous ne serez pas déçu de cet endroit! Il n'y a pas de maisons dans les lots juste à côté de cette maison de chaque côté face à l'océan. Il y a donc une grande intimité ici. Il y a des restaurants à distance de marche et un très joli parc pour enfants (juste en bas de la rue). Veuillez consulter les photos ... (la chaleur de la piscine, si demandé est de 195 $ par semaine) Je fais des offres de dernière minute! ...

Awesome House on the Ocean

Great property, very clean and organized. We enjoyed everyday outside at the pool. We have been coming to Marathon for about 5 years now in the spring and fall, this is definitely the best house we have stayed out!

Great vacation

Wonderful house and nice location to grocery and restaurants. Great view of the ocean from all bedrooms. Loved the daily Manatee visits right in front of the dock! Already planning our return trip.

Wonderful Home and Location

Great home and location in Marathon. We had the best time at this wonderful home. The location was great on Marathon. Many great places to eat and the attractions and stores were only a few minutes away. The home was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Truly a great home and vacation experience.

Fantastic Spot

Our family stayed at this property last month and can't say enough about the location and the views. The house is spacious and clean and amply accessorized with everything you could possibly need. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful and offers phenomenal privacy. Our family loved the experience and hope to revisit in years to come.

This house and the surrounding property are truly amazing! The ocean views are unbeatable, dock right outside, and adjoining pool is the best. Todd is very responsive and offers lots of information on the locale and activities…. We will be back again.

We have stayed at three different places, all with a boat dock, but this location and view were the BEST!! Boat dock worked very well, although it could have used shore power. Awesome place! Thank you

Family lobster mini season

We had a wonderful time at this property it had everything that we wanted location was perfect our family loved all the bedrooms and the cooking facilities were amazing we caught a lot of lobsters and also a lot of fish and my grandson absolutely love the pool reviews were absolutely fantastic we would definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a good time

Spectacular views and privacy

What a Beautiful vacation, we came with fishing boat in tow, had a very successful fishing experience, the house was very clean and well stocked. The landscaping was perfect, and the pool was a plus on the hot afternoons. We loved the privacy of this home, also had a visit from a manatee! We will return.

Loved every minute!

Beautiful,clean home with great views! Our family enjoyed fishing from the dock,kayaking and paddle boarding. We used the bikes to sight see,go to the grocery store and Dunkin Donuts for morning coffee. This home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation in the sun. The owners are very helpful and caring.Cant wait to return next year.

We have rented a number of homes over the years. All seem to have something that's missing. It might be kitchen utensils or not enough linens, but not this home. It had everything, and multiples of the things you normally don’t think of. Like recreational items, fully stocked kitchen items and small appliance, extra fans, just to mention a few.

Beautifully equipped home to match the gorgeous views and breezes

We could not have asked for a more perfect home for a 3 generation family of adults. It had everything imaginable to entertain our group, including fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, pool towels, and ping pong. A perfect quiet and private spot in the Keys to unplug and enjoy nature and outdoor activities. The 40 foot patio had amazing breezes so that even when the temps outside were warm, you felt very comfortable on the porch or in the pool. It is ideal for fishing lovers being able to successfully fish right out your backyard, with a cleaning station and fresh water hose right there when you need it. Amazing property and very responsive property manager. Highly recommend!

Waterfront perfection!

Stayed the week between Christmas and New Years and would’ve lingered longer if we could!! Easy location in central Marathon but it felt a world away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets at this terrific oceanfront property...well-appointed for a large group with no shortage of fun...perfect spot to bring your boat...kids loved fishing right from the dock. We’ll be back!!

Family celebration

It was simply amazing. We had anticipated the trip for so long that we knew there was the danger of reality not living up to our expectations. But the experience came through as a trip of a lifetime building great memories for our adult children and friends. The property’s location and quality was first rate. The view was so mesmerizing that it was hard to leave the house. Highly recommended.

The best of the best!

I have stayed in several ocean front homes in Marathon over the past few years and this is the very best. Large, roomy, extremely comfortable for a family of 7, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, games galore, extra large screen tv’s, plenty of beach towels, kitchen equipment, and everything you want & need for a great vacation. The location has the most beautiful ocean view from the roomy & comfortable porch. The pool is fantastic! The check in was seamless and the owner was easily reachable and checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn’t ask for more and plan to make this our choice for future stays in the Keys.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

My husband and I shared this wonderful home with my parents and aunt for two weeks. It's perfect for multiple generations. There are plenty of spaces both to be together and to find privacy. The less active people read on the balcony and relaxed by the pool. The more active people took advantage of the bicycles and the sea kayaks that come with the home. The heated pool made swimming an option, even in January. The Stangl's are very easy and professional to work with.

Great family vacation in Marathon

This is a beautiful oceanfront property. It is very private. There are no houses on either lot on each side. It was easy to get to by water with the boat we rented. We enjoyed the house with our adult children and our granddaughter. We had plenty of room. Our activities included using the very nice pool, fishing, boating to the many waterfront restaurants and a day trip to Key West. We would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation to the FL Keys

Well, I am married to a great wife and have 4 adult children. We have been doing Vacation Rentals since 2012. We have 3 properties in Marathon, FL, two condos and a 4 bedroom house on the ocean. We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

We own 2 Condos in the Marathon Area (Coco Plum) and have been managing them as a Vacation Rentals for the last couple of Years and have had a blast doing it. So we decided to jump out of the airplane and buy the gorgeous house right on the ocean. It comes with a 40 foot Cement Pier with a dredged channel to the deep water Ocean. But the Bottom-line for us was The Crazy, Gorgeous View. It is truly mezmerizing! You can literally watch the water change from turquoise to navy blue to white to sky blue. It is fascinating to watch. So Rent this beautiful home enjoy your own study in Blue.

It is fascinating to watch. So much of this house is Brand New! The house has been remodeled and supplied with everything you need for a great Vacation! ... Kayak / Paddleboard launch, Kitchen upgrade, Kitchenware, Beach Bikes, Kayaks, Paddleboards, Hurricane Windows, Furniture, etc. There is a ton of Privacy, since this Home is located next to empty lots on both sides of the house.
