The fenced lot next door to the house is for your use while you are here. You can sit and relax in the beautifully landscaped area. You can have dinner or sip on some wine.

Ground level Main Floor affords immediate convenience to the outside! No stairs!! Huge windows throughout the home for enjoying all the Water from indoors! The Main floor has a newly remodeled Kitchen with stone, stainless, tile and stocked with all kitchen cooking necessities, and an amazing Open Floor Plan with custom coastal furniture for effortless entertaining!
