Notre charmant nouvellement décorées appartement d'une chambre se trouve dans la section de la colline historique de cette ville unique et charmant. Il offre un environnement vert, caractéristiques de bien-être, et plus encore.

Isolé deuxième étage appartement d'une chambre située dans un quartier calme de la section de la colline historique, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du cœur de la ville.
Idéal pour ceux qui veulent visiter et explorer la ville et ses nombreux excellents restaurants. Il est un excellent point de départ pour explorer le magnifique Lac Champlain.

L'appartement a été récemment rénové avec des matériaux naturels et exempts de substances toxiques dans le respect de votre santé et votre bien-être. The carriage house was new, super clean and very comfortable. We could walk into the downtown area and the waterfront. We highly recommend this place!

Sweet!

The Wellness Suite really was sweet! Very comfortable, with lots of extra nice touches - coffee, tea, juice, milk, and some very handy packets of oatmeal and granola for breakfast. Plus a welcome bottle of wine! Mary Ann was excellent at communicating everything I needed to know for my first stay here. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

Loved this property. The garage apartment was very well appointed and very comfortable. The rest of the property was absolutely gorgeous. Great location and great communication with the owner. Hope to come back soon.

Great location

Wonderful time in Burlington! The location is great, close to downtown and bike path. There was everything we needed and the space is amazingly comfortable. Will definitely rent here again when we visit Burlington.

Perfect for two people!

This property is a perfect place to stay for two people. We loved the distance from downtown, the size of the apartment, and everything about it! Highly recommend this property if you want to be a short ways from downtown and driving distance to anything.

The Carriage Barn is terrific. Mary Ann has done a beautiful job in creating and decorating the apartment, with many very thoughtful small touches throughout. The location is great as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at the Carriage Barn. Mary Ann thought of every little detail to make our weekend so comfortable from the filtered water to the bottle of wine. We walked downtown to the farmers market and dined several times on Church Street. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Great stay at the Carriage House

The apartment is very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen has plenty of appliances and gadgets that made cooking breakfast each morning very easy. Check-in was seamless with great communication from the owner about the details that we needed.

Everything you need

This flat has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Burlington: great location, parking, nice floor plan, pretty deck, AC, and laundry. On top of that, Mary Ann included special touches - fresh flowers, juice, milk for coffee and wine. We would definitely stay there again.

These accommodations were spotlessly clean, neat and well appointed. There was everything we needed.

What a delightful experience it was to stay at the Wellness Cottage. Mary Ann has clearly gone to great lengths to assure an atmosphere of complete relaxation, restoration and comfort. There were so many of the "little touches" that made us feel so welcome and cared for. This was such a lovely alternative to a hotel stay. We hope to return as often as we possibly can.

Wedding Weekend

This was a fantastic place to stay! My wife and I attended a wedding and were looking for somewhere more affordable than the many overpriced hotels in the area. We could not have been happier when we lucked out and found this suit. We were less than a mile from downtown Burlington (we walked to town most days), air conditioning was in the suit, and the host was amazing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Burlington.

Amazing spot close to everything

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to church street for lunch and dinner, and it was a super easy drive to the lake. The location is close to the airport, and it is easy to get to the highway to travel to other parts of Vermont. It was clean, organized, and well appointed. The bed is very soft so be aware of that if that style of mattress is not what you need. We were there during a heat wave, so the room did get warm, but Mary Ann provided a little space cooler that helped a lot! Mary Ann was so easy to reach when we needed her and was extremely helpful. Overall, we had a truly amazing trip and would highly recommend this VRBO!

So very nice

Everything was great. As my son is very tall the host provided an air mattress so sleep on. She left us a jar of milk and orange juice in the refrig and many other basics. Very nice the air purifier, extra heat in bathroom and great bed. We would stay again

Delightful Stay!

My husband and I spent LDW at the Carriage House in Burlington. We had perfect weather so we walked to town (1 mile). We did not rent a car and were able to walk everywhere (except the airport). It was nice to have the fridge and stove to make breakfast in the morning. We used the French press and drank coffee on the balcony. It was very private and comfortable. Exactly what we had expected from the positive reviews!

Wonderful Getaway!

My husband and I recently returned from a quick weekend getaway at the Carriage House Wellness Suite; the property was perfect for us! It was immaculate, comfortable, and private. Mary Ann, the host, thought of everything, right down to chocolates on the bedside tables! Church Street, in downtown Burlington, is very close by and is walkable. We really enjoyed the shops, restaurants, breweries, the charm of the city, and the beautiful lake views! We will be back, for sure!

Great Stay in Downtown Burlington

My fiance and I had an amazing stay here for 4 days and 3 nights. The owner was kind, welcoming, and easy to get in contact with. The property is in a great location to all the sights, attractions, and food options in Burlington, VT while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were well kept and furnished. The gas fireplace kept us warm and was fun to watch in the evenings. The layout is well designed and makes you feel at home. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend!

Great location, adorable and very clean cottage feel

Mary Ann's wellness apartment was one of my favorite places I have stayed with VRBO (I have stayed many!). It was newly renovated (gorgeous!), private, very clean, stocked with everything you would need, a parking spot and great location! I came to Burlington for a New England fall (I'm from the west coast) so we hiked, ate at Farmhouse etc and everything was a walk downtown or a quick Uber ride. Mary Ann was extremely communicative and you could tell she cared that we had a nice stay - very appreciative of that! Thanks again, Mary Ann!
