We had an amazing time! Condo was so pretty and clean. We had an issue with an outlet and the host was so helpful and got it fixed for us right away. Even a hurricane couldn’t ruin our trip

The property was truly beautiful...easy access to beach...walked right out into the pool area, (which was gorgeous,) and Crabby Steve's right on landing going toward the beach. Could have provided bicycles, like many other units did, and also there was NO sizable frying pan to use. Unit was nice and, property well maintained..esp. the day after the hurricane! Will be back.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at HighPointe. The kids loved the pool and beach which as easily accessible from our condo. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Rosemary

Awesome Location! Walk to the pool and beach. Cool beach bar on property. Unit needs some updating and to be cleaned up a bit at this cost, especially carpet. Had a problem with an enormous amount of ants on back porch the entire time.

The location was nice and listing as described. The carpets could use replacing, particularly in the master bedroom as there were several spots/stains and gave an overall grungie feel.

We absolutely loved our time at this condo and will be back! Some of the furniture is different from the listing photo - mainly the lounge chairs in the living room are much smaller side chairs and no lounge chair on the back porch. Not a big deal at all but for us having 4 adults with a 2 seater couch we had expected the more comfortable looking seating.

Awesome location

The unit had a few hiccups when we arrived but overall we had a great stay and 30A escapes was very quick to fix anything we needed.

Great spot for young families!

We loved our stay here. Location was a 10/10, especially with very young kids. The pool was literal steps away and it was a short walk to the beach, and afterward we could pull the wagon right up to the patio instead of having to drag it through the entry and into the condo. It was so clean and spacious — hoping to stay again next year!

Family vacation

Wonderful location - everything was just as shown in the listing. Pool was amazing and loved having close access to the beach. Blackout curtains in the master would have made the stay more enjoyable - as the sun came up early and the room was super bright.

Nice condo for our small family. Easy access to the pool and beach. Ground floor access was super helpful when using a stroller.

The property was well furnished and fitted with everything we needed. Easy walk to beach and loved having Crabbie Steves on site.

Great location

This was the best location! It’s right on the beach, steps from the pool, across the street from cute stores and restaurants, and it has everything you need within walking distance. The unit is an older unit, but we didn’t mind that. Check in/out was very easy. Overall we had a great time.

Unit was great, pictures were accurate Clean, easy to access, good communication Only minor issue we noticed was WiFi seemed to go out often at the unit and needed to be reset. Would stay again!
