Maison spacieuse au bord du lac récemment rénovée sur le magnifique lac Cumberland donnant sur la pointe de l'aiguille. La maison comprend 2 chambres (lit queen en maître, lits superposés dans la 2e chambre, canapé-lit dans le salon) 1 salle de bain et logement pour 6. Vaste parking. Chambre pour toute la famille ou assez confortable pour une escapade romantique. Rampe de mise à l'eau / lancement en quelques minutes pour que vous puissiez tout faire sur le lac; bateau, ski, poisson, wakeboard, tube ou tout simplement rencontrer des amis. La rampe de mise à l'eau communautaire dispose de nombreux parkings pour que vous puissiez vous rendre au lac à tout moment de la journée. Lee's Ford et Burnside Marinas, deux des plus grands du lac Cumberland, sont à 15 minutes en voiture.

Cependant, si vous préférez simplement vous détendre, profitez de la terrasse massive donnant sur le lac. La maison est nichée dans les arbres du littoral qui entourent le lac avec une vue incroyable depuis la suite principale, la cuisine et le salon. Aime observer les oiseaux et la faune ou lire votre roman préféré. Nous avons essayé de répondre à tous vos besoins, y compris la télévision par câble, le wifi, une cuisine entièrement équipée et tous les draps. Grand barbecue à gaz et salle à manger sur le pont.

Bons restaurants, shopping (Kroger Marketplace, TJMaxx, Mall) et golf tous à 15 minutes en voiture. Somerset accueille le salon de l'automobile Somernites Cruise d'avril à octobre et le festival des maîtres musiciens en juillet, entre autres événements. Explorez les chutes de Cumberland, le chemin de fer de Stearns et d'autres attractions à proximité.

Pretty view

We had a long weekend at the cabin and had a very relaxing time. Found a very good restaurant at the Cumberland Grill also cooked some food and all was well. The bed was very comfortable! The couch, not so much. We really liked listening to all the birds and seeing the Lake.

Cute cabin with nice view

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cabin with a great view located close to town. The hosts were excellent at communication and responded quickly. The deck is the focal point and is great for sitting out and admiring the water, enjoying an evening fire or cooking out dinner. My only complaint is in sleeping comfort. The bed in the main bedroom was so hard the first night that we switched to the other bedroom the second night. In that room, the bed was much better, but the window blind is too small to keep the light out. If you’re a person that likes dark, make sure to bring an eye mask. On a final note, we did take a 17’ Bass boat to this property. As others have mentioned, this is not the ideal property for boats. It was very tricky backing the boat down to the property and then fitting it snug in front of the area you have to park. We were able to do it, but be advised you do not want to turn down to pull into the property or you will have to back out on the main road turn around and back the boat back down. We had to do that, and I had to exit the car and try to guide my husband. Unfortunately, in the process, I stepped in a drainage hole and injured my ankle. Thank God they had a First Aid kit in the house!

Great Cabin with Beautiful Lake View

If you are looking for a quiet get away, time on a shady deck, and a view of the lake this is your place! Had everything we needed and what a scenic drive through the country side and farmland to get there. Nice to have the fire pit and grill on the deck. Comfy furniture, the bathroom was in great condition just needs some towel hooks. While the view was beautiful, unfortunately the storms of the past year, have left the woods between the cabin and the lake needing a lot of clean up and attention. Thank you for offering this g great place for rental.

A lovely house with a beautiful view

This is a real nice house. It was clean and had all we needed. We loved spending time on the wonderful deck enjoying the wonderful view and quiet. The location is close enough to town. The owner did a great job communicating with me. I appreciated getting a text, making sure everything was alright. I would happily recommend this house to family and friends.

Very clean, spacious, quiet, clean place! Just like your pictures & description! That part of the lake was quiet & view priceless if you love nature. Close by shopping, the falls etc. Loved it & will be back again! Linda was great too!

Great trip!!

This is our second time staying here and loved it!! Very relaxing and we enjoyed our week. Plenty of room for our JetSkis and the location of the dock just a couple of minutes away was great. After spending all day on the lake it was nice to come home and grill out. See you next year!!

Quiet cabin with a view thru the woods from large deck.

This little cabin was just what we needed after a couple of hectic weeks. Perfect for a couple but enough room for one or two quests. Our daughter came for a few days during our week and we all enjoyed the space, the view, and the quiet. Our hostess, Linda, was most accommodating.

Nice little lake house

Nice little lake house, perfect for my husband, 6yr and 4yr old. It was the first time visiting Lake Cumberland, we enjoyed our time there. It is about a 15minute drive to anywhere but would recommend to anyone who looking to the visit lake.

We Will Be Back

The home was very clean and we loved the deck and view of the lake! The kitchen had everything that we needed. It is located in a very quiet area. Linda was extremely nice and quick to reply to any messages. If you are boating and have a longer boat/trailer 24ft+ parking may be a challenge, but we made it work. It was a very nice home and the nightly rate was very reasonable.

Perfect Getaway

The property was perfect for our girl's getaway trip. We sat on the deck each morning and evening to enjoy the viewing the lake and wildlife. The property was very clean, provided plenty of towels, and we all slept very well. I'm grateful we chose this gem for our stay!

Great getaway

Had a wonderful time! Linda was communicative and very helpful when we had questions. The house was so clean and tidy and not far from Somerset if we needed to pick up a few things! We’re already planning our next trip to bring the kids!

Pretty but Impractical

This cabin was cute and clean. The wrap around deck was really nice. Plenty of seating and a gas firepit, also gated so our little dogs were safe. Well equipped a lovely setup on the inside. However..... I did inform the owner that we were bringing a pontoon and our little dogs. One is blind. She assured us that there was adequate parking for the boat and someplace to walk our dogs. Not so. If you are bringing a boat anywhere near 22 ft pontoon, you've got big problems. Not only is there not adequate room to park it without almost being in the road. There is no place to turn it around. My husband had to back it out into the adjoining road. Also.. zero yard.. and I mean ZERO to take a dog out to do their business. We found another rental and left after spending only 1 night. Just keep those things in mind when booking, otherwise it's a really cute spot. On a final note.. We had excellent communication with Linda throughout this process. Except when we left. She barely acknowled us at all.

Exciting stay, Exceptional Host!

A perfect place to experience the lake life vibe and relax with wonderful wooded lake views from the full wrap around deck as well as inside the cabin. The home was just as described and had everything needed for a perfect stay. Hosts Linda and Josh were great and really stepped up to ensure for our comfort and safety when a storm came through the area. Truly wonderful people who take great care of their vacation home and guests! Highly recommend!

Spectacular View!!

My husband & I stayed at this beautiful house for a week for our anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful! The view was beautiful and the house was spotless. Comfy furniture to relax after our days of sightseeing. The ride to the house was all paved and easy to maneuver, especially for us Floridians! Linda is awesome and communicated excellently. We went to Cumberland Falls (amazing!) and also the Cave Hill Winery among many other historical sites. Most were less than 30 min away. Lots to do in the area. Great trip...can't wait to go back!

The best, most relaxing vacation I've ever had. The people in the community were amazing. The house was perfect. Waking up to the sunrise in front of the deck can't be beat. I would,and probably will be there next fall. Cheers to Linda. This property is a hidden gem

Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We took our 2 dogs with us so that was so nice being able to bring them. The house had everything we needed and beautiful views. We had a relaxing 4 days. The only item that would be nice to have had was a leaf blower for the deck because our dogs love to eat leaves and they just kept on falling. :)

Long weekend get away

We wanted a long weekend get away with a view and that is what we got. The cabin was very clean and inviting. The front entrance is deceiving. Bed was comfortable. Weather was great. Trees were turned for the fall. Besides me being sick it was a great weekend.

Very Clean & Comfy!

We stayed for a week with our two dogs. Although the weather wasn't the best we had a wonderful stay! The cabin was very clean and welcoming. We used the propane firepit on the deck most nights (when it wasn't raining). The cabin does look weathered from the outside, but it was perfect inside. I saw several reviews about an ant problem, I didn't see one the whole week. We would love to come back in the summer and be able to enjoy the lake!

Wonderful!!

The week was incredible!!! The place was so very clean and smelled great. The view from the back porch was beautiful and was quiet. Woke up every morning turned on the fire pit and drank coffee looking at the lake and listening to the birds. Linda was so nice and checked on us. I would and will come back to stay again.

We are a local couple who live only a mile away from this property. We love this area so much we decided to offer travelers our little slice of paradise! Having spent my own teen years vacationing here, we just HAD to get the house when my parents retired to Florida. It still holds lots of fond memories and is the perfect place for you to make your own great memories. With ALL the benefits of the lake (skiing, boating, fishing, etc.) our property is also great for just a getaway. We enjoy a leisurely afternoon on the deck looking at the lake and reading our favorite novels! For us privacy is a must and you get it all with our property. The brand new kitchen means you can entertain your friends or make a nice meal for yourself. Thank you for choosing our property and we hope you enjoy!!!
