Great location! Very nice neighborhood. Quiet and family friendly. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Perfect choice for our attendance at the Kentucky Basket Making Convention! Hope to return next year. Thank you!

Conveniently located, helpful host, nicely stocked, ample space indoors and out. Things that I think would be useful to add for future guests: towel racks and hooks in the bathrooms, side tables or chests in the bedrooms and a coffee table in the living room.. also maybe a few chairs on the lovely front porch

Great place to stay

Loved our stay

We've been visiting Somerset for about 12 years now, always stay at Best Western, it unfortunately burned this year forcing us to find another place to stay. Luckily we found this awesome home, we enjoyed our stay, being able to be close to town was great! We definitely we will return. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a great place.

Thanksgiving getaway to visit family

The house was very clean and centrally located for shopping and restaurants. Loved the fenced in back yard and couldn’t beat the price! The property was stocked with all essentials. The check in process was very simple. The only negative, which really isn’t a negative but really just something extra, is we wished every room had their own tv, maybe some board games for the family to play and we wished there was a fire pit we could all sit around outside because the backyard is huge. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us!

Convenient home for multi family and dogs.

We were in area for work. The home allowed us to bring three generations (babysitter grandparents) along with the family dogs. The wood/tile floors allowed the use of a walker easily around the home. The roomy fenced in back yard allowed plenty of space for children and dogs to safely run around. The dead end street allowed for safe child bike riding. The kitchen had plenty of amenities for cooking but because of hectic schedule we did mostly take out which is where the convenient location in middle of everything was so handy. We will definitely book again when needing a longer stay away from our home in Somerset. Owner was very quick to respond and very flexible with some last minute adjustments we needed. We had no worries knowing everyone was safe in a nice home why we worked each day.

The house was a perfect fit for our family. We came in to spend the weekend watching our kids play in a baseball tournament and it worked out great! It had everything we needed! Super clean and close to town!

Excellent location, house and host

I would have given it a five-star rating if it had just a few minor changes. Having something to put your suitcase on in every room or dressers, a dishwasher that felt secure to use, and a place in each bathroom to hang your towels and place your shampoo and soap.

Enjoyable Place

The house was great for what we needed. It was easy to get to and easy getting in and out of. I loved the minimalistic decor and fenced in back yard. The kids loved the LED lights in the kitchen and the Christmas tree. The host was responsive and accommodating. I also loved that there was not a list of 100 clean up request on check out day! We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Thanks!

Great location, very clean

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was outfitted pretty well and met the needs of the four of us staying there. We would have liked to see a bottle opener, a few more trash bags, and some Tupperware. Also, the remodel on this isn't the best. The shower doors were installed backwards so water gets out of the tub, there were multiple electrical sockets with no covers, and some touch up was needed throughout. But the owner was extremely responsive, the price was right, and the check-in/check-out was very easy.

Fall get away

The house was nice, it could use a few more items, dressers, towel bars, silverware. We enjoyed the location, the yard, and neighborhood. It is a great location and we all enjoyed our time in Somerset. Thanks for having us!

Exactly what was advertised

My husband and i had a very pleasant stay. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood close the somerset. Very large back yard, our dogs loved it. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. We would definitely stay again.

Great location pet friendly

We stayed at this house for the Somernites car cruise. The house was very clean and everything you need is there. The house is in a quite neighborhood, close to town. There was plenty of parking for a trailer and extra cars. The dogs loved the fenced yard.

Our visit

The house is very nice and in a really nice neighborhood. I didn’t get any check-out instructions or I didn’t see any. I’m use to them being posted on the fridge. The house was clean. There was a hole in the yard which my child tripped over/in and lots of ants on the back patio. Dishwasher wasn’t properly secured in the cabinet which made it hard to open/close. Overall, I would stay here again. The host was great about answering all my questions.
