Other amenities include LVT flooring throughout the main living areas, two furnished patios, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs (cable, 60-inch HD in living room, 40-inch HD, 2 32-inch HDs), DVD player, stereo with CD player, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, one double and one twin-sized bed, plus a double-sized sofa bed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
