REMARQUE: - Désolé, mais en raison des règles d'association, nous ne pouvons pas louer à des groupes de moins de 25 ans ....... et ne pouvons pas non plus accepter les animaux.
2ème rangée (juste en face de la plage), appelée «Beachwalk» et est située dans un quartier calme de Surfside Beach, avec des restaurants, des divertissements et des magasins à proximité. 2 BR / 2 BA, unité au 1er étage (6 marches vers le haut), et est entièrement équipée, y compris les draps et serviettes, TV câblée VCR / DVD, piscine, laveuse / sécheuse, etc. Internet haute vitesse sans fil fourni. Lits (4): Master = queen + single, Guest = queen + single. Récemment rénové, avec de nouveaux carreaux et plancher de bois franc.
Vous apprécierez votre séjour dans ce condo et cette région, ainsi que de nombreux excellents restaurants de fruits de mer à Murrells Inlet à proximité. (Veuillez réserver samedi-samedi pour les semaines printemps / été).

Great stay

Great stay perfect location - close to Myrtle Beach boardwalk - do the Sky Wheel! And close to the inlet - lots to do there! Plus the beach is right there! Very comfy relaxed feeling to the condo! We plan to come back next year! Thanks Dave&Carla!

Cousins trip

The condo was clean and very well stocked. It is a little dated but was adequate. It is just across the street from the beach. This is a first floor unit but there is a few steps to access the condo. Dave was there when we got there and he was very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Clean and great location

We loved the location and the fact that there were two beds in each room. It was a close walk to the beach and the pool was nice. The place is very outdated to the point of the beds being extremely uncomfortable. The toaster only works if you hold it down while making toast and then only toasts one side of the bread. The owner stopped by a few times which was a bit odd and even though we had an 8 night stay there was only one trash bag. We told him about it on day two but he never brought more. We also only got one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for eight nights so we had to buy some. The location and price were great but due to the beds being so uncomfortable we wouldn't stay again. Hopefully he'll invest some money in upgrading a few things.

Great location, amenities, and very nice place!

This unit is very cute and has an excellent layout. The location can't be beat, such a short walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with our kids. The only thing that we didn't like was that it seemed one room had not been cleaned before our arrival. The sheets in the bed were sandy and there were granola bar wrappers and tissues under the bed. The rest of the house was very clean though so I think it was just a mistake and likely not a common one. The only other thing was that the bed themselves were not very comfortable. Everything else about this place was really wonderful!

Place was clean and a great cozy beach house. The pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice. Excellent access to the beach and close walk.

Great time-great location

Everything was great. Lots of kitchen supplies which really helps if staying beyond a few days. Eating out is very expensive so having the tools to make meals is awesome and cost saving! Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great place

Across the street from the beach. Beach access has a restroom which is nice. I have stayed in the condo four different times. Dave is great to work with and we plan on booking it again. Nice condo and pool. You can’t beat it for the price!

Great place to get away from everything.

Property is just across the street from the ocean. The entire property is very well maintained, and our room was very clean. Plenty of beach chairs, and the living and sleeping areas were spacious. The property is in a residential neighborhood, but very close to all kinds of restaurants, shops, and major department stores.

Close to the beach

The condo was a nice location. Even with it being 2nd row it ended up being closer to the beach than most resorts that are on the beach. Literally cross a small road walk by one house and are on sand. Pool was nice to and not crowded.

Family vacation

We had a great time at the condo, it was perfect for the 4 of us (Mom/Dad and adult Daughter/Boyfriend). Each couple had privacy by having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Check in in was super nice and convenient Dave and Carla sent an email shortly before we arrived to go over check in process and then called to make sure all went well. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Conveniently located close to the beach!! We had a great time and would return again if in the area!!! The pool was nice and clean!

Nice place to stay at Surfside beach

The location is great and peaceful~ a valuable plus at the beach! Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of notes (instructions) to follow. Hope VRBO will get the check in and check out times fixed. Owners are quick to respond.

Condo with a view

High points - view of the ocean, hearing the waves crash - the smell of the beach! Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms a big bonus! Not really Low points - the decor is a bit tired - kinda kitcky but we all kinda of enjoyed that feeling of like being in an older cabin. Overall it’s was plenty comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoy our Surfside Beach condo, and the area here. We actually live only about 7 miles away off of 17 Bypass closer to Myrtle Beach. Retired in 1998 and moved here that same year from Columbus, OH. Am also a graduate of Ohio State University (that's right........'GO BUCKS'). My wife Carla had worked many years as a legal secretary.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I had been somewhat familiar with the Grand Strand because of several golf vacations to the area over the years. As we searched for a beach condo, we found this 'Beachwalk' unit to be somewhat larger than others, in a smaller complex (just 12 units), and in the quiet community of Surfside Beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Just walk across Ocean Blvd to the beach, and the unit also has a large deck with a partial ocean view. There are no high-rises in Surfside, so the area is more like a residential community as opposed to a crowded 'resort/vacation' destination. Also has a large buit-in charcoal grill area by the pool.
