Luxueuse villa au calme, résidence Lake Berkley Resort, à Kissimmee. Résidence fermée où un garde assure la sécurité 24h/24. La villa est un petit logement: 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 1 piscine privée et 1 spa. Elle donne sur un petit lac. Un court de tennis (gratuit pour les locataires) est à 45m. La villa est entièrement climatisée. Les meubles et la décoration sont de très grande qualité. La villa comprend salle à manger et cuisine où vous trouverez un coin repas et un bar, idéal pour le petit-déjeuner. Cuisine équipée: grand four électrique, table de cuisson, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur/freezer familial, lave-vaisselle et broyeur d'ordures. Dans le salon: 2 canapés, TV par câble et lecteur DVD/vidéo.
Chambre principale: lit double, TV par câble et salle de bains attenante. Vous trouverez 1 lit double dans la chambre 2 et 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre 3; salle de bains adjacente. Chambre 4: 2 lits jumeaux et salle de bains attenante. Lit d'enfant à votre disposition.

Great getaway! The house is in a fantastic location within a quiet, gated community, making it very peaceful and relaxing. Communication was easy and responsive, the home was very clean, and there was plenty of space. We appreciated the many amenities provided, including dishes, towels, and a wonderful rain shower, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was terrific! The only thing I would improve is the pool seating. We loved using the table outside for eating and playing cards… overall it was great and so easy! Denise was so easy to deal with - it was perfect for us - we would return!

I can’t give anything but 5/5 for everything for this villa. The location was perfect - close enough to anything you would want to do in Kissimmee and Orlando, but in a quiet private gated community which made us feel like a local which is what we love when in Florida. The instructions provided beforehand made check in a breeze too. The property was perfect, it was a family vacation with three generations under one roof but we all felt we had our own space. The pool and the view was great we could float around watching the birds and lizards and we even saw the resident alligator a few times Communicating with Denise and Ian both before and during was super easy and they were so accommodating when we requested a late check out the day before. All in all, perfect home, perfect hosts, perfect stay :)

A really pleasant stay at this amazing villa.This really is a fantastic villa to stay at, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.The bedrooms are extremely clean and tidy, there is plenty of fresh towels available.The garage is huge and has a washer and dryer which is great for doing laundry.The pool area is something else, it has excellent privacy with the surrounding trees and shrubbery, there is also a BBQ equipped with all utensiles in the kitchen.The wildlife around us was brilliant, plenty of animals to see, we really enjoyed the ducks who visited most days.Overall I cannot find fault with this villa or host, it really was a perfect stay and we are already planning to return.

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the villa, it had much more than we expected it was very clean with complimentary items. We paid a little extra for the pool to be heated it was worth every penny felt like stepping into a warm bath, the pool guy made regular visits to add chemicals and top up. Although Jana was available whenever we needed her we didn’t bother her as we had no issues. Walmart wasn’t far so made shopping easy for us. We didn’t need towels for the pool they were already at hand. The beds were so comfortable and very clean we can’t wait to return next year it’s the best place we have ever stayed the pool overlooks a beautiful lake it was so peaceful and quiet well recommended Thankyou so much Ian and Denise for a wonderful stay it was so emotional when we were leaving Thankyou once again Christine and Della from Halifax, England

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was incredibly clean. It was outfitted with everything we needed from kitchen items, coolers, pool, washer/dryer, etc. The only suggestion we have would be to add pickle ball paddles. Excellent communication!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Everything was exactly as promised! Pleanty of room for a family of 5 and the pool (we did pay to have it heated sine the nights are still cool this time of year) was enjoyed by everyone. We loved the area that had lots of walking paths and playgrounds for the children, I found the communication with the owner to be quick and efficient. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing place to stay!!! Everything around you where you don’t have to travel far.

I would absolutely stay here again. Property was beautiful, great seating out watching the kids in the pool, watching the birds by the pond behind the house, and enjoying the beautiful sunset in the evening.

Family Trip 2024

This property was clean, convenient to everything, plenty of family oriented amenities, and the friendly ducks were a plus.

We (Denise and Ian) are a retired couple, having worked in the UK National Health Service, as scientists, for 40 years.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We visit our home once or twice per year and take great pride in it.
We continue to upgrade and renew the property so that guests, as well as ourselves and our families and friends can have the best possible experience. Although we live in the UK we have a great property manager in Florida who is very attentive and responsive to guests needs in the event of any problems/issues.

The home has its own pool which overlooks a small lake to the rear; which means no one overlooks us and we have privacy. For wildlife lovers, the lake is a real magnet for birds and other wildlife. We often see alligators and turtles in the lake and sometimes we even see otters. The fishing is also great!
Birds species that visit are numerous and we often see Ospreys, Bald Eagles,Owls and other hawks. We also get occasional visits from humingbirds to the cactus plant (when it is flower) to the side of the pool enclosure. So we would advise wildlife watchers to bring binoculars!
