Résidence de bord de mer avec piscine privée située à un mile de la plage. Cette pi 3 chambres, 2 1/2 salle de bain 2 garage maison unifamiliale 2000 sq est situé sur une propriété magnifiquement paysagé directement sur l'eau. Il ya une énorme projeté en piscine chauffée et d'un patio qui donne sur l'eau et un quai privé avec ascenseur à bateaux. La maison dispose d'une chambre principale, récemment rénové, et salle de bain. La cuisine a appareils en acier inoxydable samsung et se ouvre sur la salle familiale. La maison est un plan partagé avec suite parentale située sur un côté de la maison avec salon et salle à manger et deux chambres et salle de bain complète et 1/2 situé de l'autre côté adjacent à la salle familiale. L'emplacement est avec la distance de marche de la plage. En bateau, vous avez un pont avant l'accès du Golfe, qui se trouve à 15 min. monter de l'ascenseur. Caxambas parc est situé à l'embouchure du Golfe où le carburant est disponible. Il est facile d'accès à la pêche et la navigation de plaisance à partir de ce point. Il ya 3 téléviseurs HD 50 pouces n le salon, 32 pouces dans la chambre de la famille et 19 pouces dans la chambre principale.
Wi Fi et Direct TV avec HBO est également inclus.
Cette résidence est entièrement équipée avec des serviettes, linge de maison, vaisselle, casseroles et poêles. mélangeurs, fer ect. Last but not least, il ya une buanderie avec une rondelle pleine taille et sèche-linge.

We love staying here! It has all of the comforts of home. Throw in southern exposure and centrally located to beach, park, and restaurants. What more would anyone else want?

Wonderful vacation!

2 adults and 3 teenagers had a great time at this very clean and well maintained property. We have enjoyed the wonderful pool, beach accessories including an umbrella, 5 chairs and beach towels and proximity to the beach. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing family vacation!

We love coming to Marco and this property is perfect. The owner is amazing and was there to greet us upon our arrival. She was prompt to answer any questions we had throughout the stay. Very enjoyable stay

Very enjoyable stay. Great location – close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Nice neighborhood for walking. Pool area was great, plenty of room for sitting in the sun and also covered area for reading, playing games, grilling and eating meals. The pool heater stopped working near the end of our stay but Deborah quickly tried to address the problem. She was also very responsive to questions we had prior to our arrival.

Awesome! All the reviews were right on!

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home! The property was well maintained and Deborah was very attentive to anything we needed. All the reviews were very accurate from the tastefully decorated home to the fully stocked amenities. Our 2 children with our 3 grandsons (14, 11, and baby) came down during our month stay and there was something for everyone to do. We would definitely love to go back again. Thank you Deborah we had a memorable family vacation.

“We truly enjoyed our stay here. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all, which made it so relaxing. The location was perfect—just a short trip to shopping and the beach. The pool was a perfect 87 degrees and so relaxing. Debbie was an excellent host, very kind and easy to communicate with, which made us feel right at home. Paradise on Marco!

We arrived later than expected and the host had all the lights on and the temp of the home was perfectly set. Home was clean. Host was easily reachable. Neighborhood was safe especially for walking which we did a lot. Beach was within walking distance and restaurants and grocery a short drive away..

Love this house

Great house and accommodation. Our family has stayed at many VRBO’s all over the world and this has been one of our favourites. Feels like home. Not ultra modern but very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Everything is well kept and everything works well. Beds are great, even the Murphy bed has a comfortable mattress. Top notch. Kitchen fully loaded with everything you could need for all your cooking needs. Location is great, although anywhere on the island is good as you are never far from anything. Pool is very nice and heated - and well maintained. Deborah was quick to respond to any questions I sent her. Had a slight issue one day and she came over first thing next morning to fix. A delightful person and a great manager. It’s her own house and she takes pride in everything about the house. Beach is great, although parking is an issue (a Marco Island issue) but has nothing to do with the house rental. You need to arrive at the public parking lot early. The house is well equipped with beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, wagon for the beach. Pool chairs new and in great shape. Loved this place. Would rent here again in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable rental

We were fortunate to book this very comfortable and reasonable rental in late December for a February vacation. The main road location was very convenient yet there was very little noise from the street in the house and in the pool area. The pool and lanai are all covered and that area was the highlight for us as we were outside during most of our stay. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very pleasant, responded to email promptly and she had someone greet us on arrival to make sure we were comfortable with the house. We would definitely rent this home again if it was available for our next trip to Marco.

Schöne Insel mit Unschöner Wohnung

Meine Erfahrung teile ich gern mit, die Insel ist sehr schön, es gibt auf der Insel aber auch in naher ferne sehr viel schönes zu erleben und zu entdecken. Aber bitte nicht über diesen Hausanbieter bzw. Vermarkter. welches ich gern kurz erklären möchte: das fing schon damit an, das wir sehr spät abends angekommen sind, damit wir die Dame nicht warten lassen mussten, haben wir meine Schwester gebeten vorbei zu fahren um den Schlüssel zu holen, damit die Frau nach hause kann. Sie wolle am nächsten Tag vorbei kommen um alles zu erklären. wie soll ich es sagen? ich habe die Frau in 3 Wochen Nicht zu Gesicht bekommen! Ständig war es zu Früh für die Dame oder es war zu Spät. oder ich solle doch über eine Std. auf Sie warten. Der Pool war eisig kalt und wurde trotz mehrfacher anschreiben an die Dame nicht geheizt. der Pool man kam wie er Lust hatte trotz anschreiben er komme am Montag kam er am Freitag. Trotz bitten er möge nicht soviel flüssig Chlor in Wasser tun, tat er doppelt so viel ein wie gefordert. (ich habe selber ein Pool der ähnlichen Größe welches mit Chlor gereinigt wird) so das der Pool für weitere 3 Tage nicht genutzt werden konnte. Ich musste täglich Wasser nachfüllen, damit die pumpe nicht durch den Luft ansauge Effekt Kaputt geht . Das haus war sehr treckig und trotz anschreiben an die Dame das das Licht nicht und auch die Rollladen nicht gehen kam niemand zum Haus. es komme ein Elektriker ,schrieb Sie, der dann auch einmal da war und noch mehr dreck verursachte. Licht ging trotzdem nicht(aber jetzt der Rollladen) Man legt eine Briefumschlag auf den Tresen wo man die Fernbedienung aufmalte und Funktionen in Englisch aufmalt. die Bedienung und auch das Gekritzel konnte keiner lesen. so das wir weiterhin mit Kerzen auf der Terrasse sitzen mussten. da wir 5 Personen sind, es aber nur vier Stühle gab musste der zu Letzt an Tisch kommt auf Dreckigen ekligen Plastik Stühlen platz nehmen . Was bei 6 schlaf Möglichkeiten die im Angebot sind, sehr peinlich ist.! Bei den kosten musste wir sogar selber Klo Papier besorgen, was sehr schwer wird, wenn man Nachts ankommt. Die Fenster Sicherung erfolgte über Schraubenzieher die man in die Rahmen steckt, weil die normale Verrieglung defekt war . Wasser musste 30 min laufengelassen werden damit es einigermaßen warm wurde . Betten waren sehr durchgelegen so das der Schlaf nicht sehr erholsam war. konnte man dann schlafen wurde man um 7 Uhr früh durch Flex Geräusche geweckt, leider keine Zeilen mehr

This guest wanted a 4 day discount in the middle of the reservation so that he and his family could go to Disney World. I told him that was not possible and not to made the reservation. He still made the reservation and I thought he understood that there would be no discount. When the 2nd payment was due 30 days before the reservation he began emailing me in German which I had to translate into English and insulting me for "being so stubborn" and not reducing his reservation to what he thought was appropriate. Once he made the second payment he began to be abusive. I waited to meet him when he arrived and his sister came did not want to let me show her anything in the house. I made 3 different attempts to meet him at the house but the time was never good for him. I sent the pool service upon his request and checked the pool temperature several times. The over night temp. was in the 40's over night for several days so the usual 85 took longer to heat up in the morning. I also paid my electrician to go by and check things just to be sure everything was working. The electrician took a video and sent it to me because I told him that the guest was still complaining so I needed to see that everything works. I could go on and on he was never going to be happy no matter what! If you rent from me you will enter a clean and happy home filled with comfortable beds and furniture that welcomes to come in and relax. Please read all of my other reviews and I hope that you will see that I am a very attentive and accommodating host that takes pride in my property.

Wonderful Island get away!!!

We love Marco Island and visit often. This property was a perfect fit. We could walk to the beach or stay home and relax by our private pool. The boat lift and dock are well maintained. The lift has a remote control so you can operate it from the boat. The house was well stocked with towels, sheets and pillows. So was the kitchen. Looking forward to our next reservation. Thank you Deborah for making us feel at home.

Great House!!

My wife and our two young children stayed for two weeks at the end of 2016, and it was perfect. The pool and outdoor area was awesome, with full sun on the deck area all day! The house was very clean and laid out perfectly. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Outstanding vacation and stay

We have been staying at VRBO homes for 6 years. This stay was our best yet. The owners met us at the home, we had a detailed walk thru which was great. Deborah was most gracious. Bob helped me put my boat in at the local marina. The heated pool was devine and the boat lift with remote... super. The amenities were superb and the house well stocked. I would strongly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation on Marco Island. Capt Ron and his mate Barb.
