A perfect home to spend three months.

Kent’s home is the perfect home away from home. It was fully equipped with everything you need and more. The pool was beautiful for swimming. A lot of outdoor living with a fire pit and TV in the Lanai. Great communication with the owners. The neighborhood is friendly and everyone makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend this home to any group , large or small.

Best stay ever!

There are not enough words to describe how awesome this house is, as well as the owner Kent. We truly felt at home, extremely comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the views, location etc. The lanai was the best! Highly recommend - we are already booked for next year!

Very enjoyable

This was our third visit to Kent’s home. We absolutely love it there. It’s very clean and very well stocked. If there are any issues they are addressed immediately. It’s in a great location. The neighbors are friendly. The sunsets are amazing. You can fish off the dock or swim or just sit around the fire pit. It’s very relaxing there. If you get a chance to stay there you will not be disappointed.

Loved it! Great place to stay!

We highly recommend this house. It was the cleanest and well stocked home we have ever stayed in. Tastefully decorated with lots of room indoors and out. And beautiful views of the canal. The owner and his family were wonderful to deal with. Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. We were very impressed and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely consider renting here again.

First time in Punta Gorda

We were delighted to stay at Kent's house for a month in July. PGI is a beautiful place and the house was also everything we had wished for. Situated on the canal, the views were amazing. From sunsets to watching the boats cruise down the canal to even watching the Fourth of July fireworks! The house was totally clean and very organized. There were spacious rooms and the lanai area was also huge. We totally enjoyed watching the flat screen T.V. on the lanai while floating in the pool. A short distance away there is a small mall with a few stores including the PGI restaurant and Brooklyn Pizza as well as a hair and nail salon. There are plenty of nice restaurants on Rt. 41 as well as in town and in Fisherman's Village. Also nice was traveling to a few nearby beaches Englewood Beach (Manasota Key) and Vauderbuilt Beach in Naples. I can honestly say that this was the most peaceful vacation we have had in a long time. This was our first time in Southwest Florida and staying at Kent's house made it very special. Hoping to return again next year.

Home away from Home

What else needs to be said!!! This is our fourth year renting this Hidden Gem in PGI, and have already booked for next year, so that speaks volumes. Kent, the owner is wonderful to deal with, and should any issues arise during the stay, Bob and Winnie are just a phone call away. We love PGI and this house fits our needs perfectly. The home is very spacious, so there is plenty of room when our grandkids visit. We love spending time on the lanai and in the large pool. An awesome addition to the lanai is the flat screen TV. There is nothing better than watching TV floating in the pool, or in the evening watching Hockey, Golf or Baseball outside in the Gorgeous Florida evenings. The location on the canal is spectacular. You get to experience the most awesome sunsets and gorgeous morning views. There is always so much to see! We've been fortunate to spend 2 months here for the last four years, and look forward to coming back next year.

We love it here!!!

We feel like this is truly our home away from home. This was our second time renting this home and we are looking forward to going back next year. The house is very clean and well stocked. Should a problem arise, Bob and Winnie are always available and respond quickly. It's in a great location. Quiet friendly neighborhood with lots of great restaurants close by. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and relaxing on the lanai and swimming in the pool. The sunsets are spectacular. Truly a great place to stay!!

We found the Hidden Gem.

We were fortunate to make this place our vacation spot this past December. The home is roomy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped; it was a home away from home. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac, on a canal, where we watched boaters and kayakers enjoying the calm water and great weather. The pool, spa, and large lanai were well used by us and our visiting children. If we hadn't decided to buy our own vacation home while on our trip here, we would have booked this place again. Thanks Kent, Bob, and Winnie for making our time here relaxing and fun.

This is our third year renting this piece of paradise so that speaks volumes! We love PGI and this house fits our needs perfectly. Very spacious so plenty of room when our grandkids visit. We love spending time on the lanai and in the large pool. The location on the canal is spectacular. There is always so much to see! If the need arises, Bob and Winnie are just a phone call way. Lovely location and a great house for a family.

This really is home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. The sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the fire pit. Did some fishing off the dock. The neighbors are all very friendly. We were fortunate enough to meet Kent, Winnie and Bob. They were all very helpful and very nice. The house was very well stocked. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone that came to visit said the house was spectacular and it really is. We are already looking forward to our next visit!! Thank you so much Kent, Winnie and Bob!!!

Great location , rode my bike to fisherman's village , did a little fishing off the dock, & enjoyed the heated pool. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful, CLEAN!

Beautiful, CLEAN We stayed here for two weeks in August; we had business in Florida and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. The house is VERY clean and the beds are in great shape. The outdoor lanai has a full size table for meals and the deep end of the pool is about 8 feet which we really liked. The bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is clean and well stocked. The living area is spacious with plenty of room to sit and relax. The TV is a smart TV with cable access and plenty of choices. I would rent this house again in a minute; we rent often and this is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in.

Another great stay in Punta Gorda.

This was our second year renting Kent's home ( a month long stay this year) and again we could not be happier with his place. The layout works perfectly for us, the location is convenient to downtown, and the amenities such as AC/Heated Pool/Fully stocked kitchen/Comfortable family room with HD TV, are first rate. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean, pet-friendly canal home look no further. By the way, the fishing is very good off the dock, and the sunset views over the water are stunning.

Exceeded our expectations!

We loved the property! The furnishings were very nice. Very nice floor plan. The pool area was awesome. We loved the beautiful palm trees swaying in the breeze. The property also has a fantastic water veiw!

Our Home Away From Home

For the second year in a row we've been fortunate enough to stay for six weeks at this gem in Punta Gorda. The house is very spacious with three large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a large family room which is open to the fully equipped kitchen. The home is located in beautiful Punta Gorda Isles (PGI) so backs on to a canal. This provides some of the most amazing sunsets you could ask for. The location is so convenient to many shops and restaurants in Punta Gorda, including Fisherman's Village. This is a spotless, well maintained home with a large lanai, pool and spa. The gardens and pool are maintained on a weekly basis. The house has everything you could possibly need, and if not, Winnie and Bob are a just a phone call away. We can't wait to go back next year!

As Advertised!

This certainly is a hidden gem with a fantastic view. My husband and I and our dog spent a wonderful month there this past March. The house is spacious, well furnished and very comfortable. We lucked out with great weather and spent most of our time out on the large lanai enjoying the pool and view. It's a quiet neighborhood, but very friendly and close to town and shopping. Punta Gorda is a lovely town with good restaurants, live music venues, farmer's markets, and cultural events. We loved our time there and can't wait to go back.

I'm a new property owner in Punta Gorda Isles. I have been visiting Punta Gorda since 2004 & absolutely fell in love with the area, town, and people. I liked it so much I decided to purchase a home in the area.

This property is only seven minutes to the harbor by boat - fantastic location! In addition, the lot has an incredible view of the water, sunsets, & surrounding area.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The view from the lanai is stunning, and I just fell in love with the home. The kitchen opens up to the great room so you can eat, cook, talk, and gather with family and friends. In addition, the home is very close to the harbor and only about seven minutes by boat. The kitchen opens up to a large family room with a fireplace and large flat screen TV with wet bar.
