Belle contemporaine 4 chambres, 3 1/2 salle de bain spacieuse maison de plage dans la section isolée Hither Hills de Montauk. Vue saisonnière sur l'océan, plafond cathédrale, meublé avec goût, parquet ancien. Grande suite parentale avec terrasses privées, 3 chambres d'hôtes et salle de bain neuve. Cuisine gastronomique ouverte entièrement équipée, terrasse de niveau supérieur pour les repas en plein air et la détente. Incredible location/house. Check-in and out were super seamless. Michael was so easy to communicate with and even left us a bottle of wine! We will absolutely be staying again in the future.

40th Birthday

Booked a long weekend with some friends for my wife’s 40th birthday. The house was amazing. Everything we could have hoped for and we had a fantastic time exploring Montauk’s restaurant and bar scene.

Great spot near beach and town

House is very well appointed and Mike the host is a great communicator. Also he provided a very nice welcome note and bottle of local rose. Our family loved to walk to beach and proximity to restaurants, marina and golf. Driveway is a bit steep from road so reco to enter from left side or park in the street. Montauk is awesome!

Montauk getaway

Michael and Diana’s home was a wonderful location for our off season getaway from the city. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The views and sunlight shining in on the top floor living area were beautiful and comforting. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed with every appliance and utensil you could think of. And only a block from the beach access meant lots of nice long walks. We highly recommend this property and hope to return!

Amazing stay! 10/10 experience

I stayed at this property with a group of 8 and we had an amazing experience overall. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably; the layout of the house felt very spacious and was perfect for group dinners/hangouts; it was less than a 10 minute walk to the private beach; and the house was just a short drive to town (or a 2 mile run along the highway)! Michael was a very communicative host and checked in with me close to check in/out to make sure I received all necessary information. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

Lovely home and great vacation

Home was immaculate and came with all needed for a lovely vacation for the 8 of us. Only problem was the AC -old and to be replaced. As there are 3 levels, difficult to adjust for all rooms appropriately. Owners were great and very responsive/involved in getting problem solved for our stay. I would return to this home for its proximity to the private beach in a lovely neighborhood.

Beautiful Montauk Beach House

Amazing Montauk experience!

We were a group of friends in town for a wedding and the house could not have been more perfect. Plenty of sleeping and bathroom space for a large group. Super clean and well stocked. Beautiful back deck and outdoor shower. A short walk to the beach. We had the best time and hope to be back soon!
