Palmetto Dunes Resort - ~ Un Award Winning ~ Area!

Tous les nouveaux meubles et une nouvelle moquette haut et en bas, villa de trois chambres situé dans le Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes Resort. La copropriété est entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux meubles et de l'électronique. Il y a une télévision à écran plat 32 pouces avec combo DVD / magnétoscope dans le salon, une télévision 27 pouces avec lecteur DVD dans la chambre principale, et d'une télévision de 27 pouces et lecteur DVD dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a une énorme terrasse avec barbecue au gaz et des sièges et des tables pour 8 pour se divertir ou simplement se détendre.

La villa est située à quelques pas de l'océan Atlantique et la plage. Il y a trois terrains de golf à Palmetto Dunes Resort; le parcours de golf Robert Trent Jones est seulement un pâté de maisons. Dans ce bloc court, vous trouverez un hôtel cinq étoiles restaurant, magasin général, et un pourvoyeur en plein air avec des vélos, des kayaks, et bien plus encore.

La station dispose de trois miles de plages de sable, des miles de pistes cyclables, l'homme fait système lagunaire, un centre de tennis de classe mondiale et 25 courts de tennis. Une marche et vélo passage souterrain mène de Palmetto Dunes à Shelter Cove Resort et de la zone Mall récemment rénové. A Marina Deep Water est situé dans Shelter Cove. Excellents restaurants et magasins frontaliers de la marina et du port.

Great place to stay!

This place has new floors throughout with lots of updates. Loved the large deck outback with the pool close by. Great communication through the stay. Would stay here again.

Great family vacation

Hilton Head Island is great for families, eating out can be a little pricey so being able to stay at a home away from home was priceless especially when traveling with younger children. There's really so much to do on this island and nothing is very far away or hard to find😊. Our Villa had all the amenities listed and even had a wagon for the walk to the beach, which is not a short walk (my personal opinion). This really is a great area would highly recommend.

Great spot on HHI!

Our first time visiting and it couldn't have gone better. The property was as listed and in a nice central location within Palmetto Dunes. The AC worked well on the 90+ days, the pool was 30 seconds away, and we enjoyed all the space (nice dinner table, separate table in the living room, large master suite and the bedrooms upstairs).

Palmetto Dunes - Hilton Head

Our stay at Michael’s place was pleasant and simplistic. The location of the condo is perfectly positioned in the Palmetto Dunes area. Michael was easy to contact and resolve any issues. His accommodations to the couple of issues that we experienced were greatly appreciated. Michael went above and beyond to amend some of the problems we experienced. Michael had then checked in with me to make sure all issues were resolved. I would recommend staying at this spot because of its wonderful location and Michael’s warm welcoming and problem-solving.

Hilton Head Stay

This was our first time at Hilton Head. The property needed a better cleaning. 1st floor bathroom water was running non-stop until we shut it off, plumber came by but never came back to fix it. The 1st floor bath water was slow until we plunged it. We spoke to the owner & He was very accomodating.

Great for families and close to beach

Great amenities, in the resort of palmetto dunes , awesome big deep pool , quick 1/2 mile walk to beach . Definitely wasn’t very clean.. there was trash overflowing due to the trash schedule pick up day and messy people before us, most of the dishes had food on them so we rewashed a few loads and only used those, silverware tray filthy , washed that , beer in trash cans, washed that , smoke detector beeping, needed replaced , we had to disconnect after new battery also didn’t work , propane tank and back up propane tank empty , money reimbursed for that , grill had low flame and couldn’t really be used . Owner great communicator and worked diligently to address concerns . Overall place worked really well for our needs, great price , would stay again, I know he’s trying to fix these things … just some annoyances after driving 2 long days. Once we got everything ironed out we had a great stay and a great time . Outside shower for sand was great . Stairs were carpeted and shallow with 2 landings which was wonderful for our toddler who was learning stairs , we didn’t have to worry about it. Lots of room to spread out, shady deck . Many things close by. If in wheelchair , be advised it is hard to make it to the pool based on the layout of the land.

Comfortable and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean, nicely updated, and has plenty of space to spread out. The walk to the beach took us about 10-15 minutes at a brisk pace and was about .6 of a mile. The beach wagon provided was a lifesaver! The pool is really just out the back and very shaded. The kids spent at least an hour each day swimming and we could just shout from the back door when it was time for them to come in. The kitchen was well equipped, especially pots and pans. We did have to do a load of the dishwasher every day because there were a limited number of forks for some reason. The appliances are newer and very nice. The washer and dryer were very convenient to have as well, but you will be to buy your own laundry detergent and make sure it is for HE appliances. The beds were comfortable in each room. We were very happy to find a bed rail in the closet to use for our youngest who moves around a lot in his sleep. The only issue we had was the upstairs A/C really struggled to keep the temp below 79 degrees during the heat of the day. The owner sent out a repair man twice, but the issue didn't really improve. We just stayed down stairs or went out when it was hottest. Otherwise, the place was perfect for us and we'll definitely consider coming back.

Just perfect

We loved the location of this property before any gates. So for us super easy to get out and about. It’s one block from the general store and pickleball courts. A 5-min walk if that. The beach is just on the other side of the pickleball/tennis courts. Maybe 10 min walk we drove it but it’s a super easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Pass the pickleball courts. Make a left. Go thru gate and make a right. And you’re there. Theres a lot of seating inside and outside on the deck. The deck is huge. Loved sitting out there with my coffee. And we also used the new grill. The washer and dryer are new and worked great. Bedrooms were big. AC worked great. All the tvs are smart so we were able to log into our streaming devices. Internet was great too. I really have nothing bad to say. It was exactly what we needed. And it was clean. We are a family of 5. Two boys 14/11 and a 3 yo girl. Everyone was happy and had their space. This is our second time to the island. And we would stay in this exact same home again. The owner was super easy to chat with and easy to reach. Stay here. It’s great.

Perfect peaceful getaway!

My family and I had a very relaxing and peaceful family vacation. The property is in a quiet section of Palmetto Dunes. It is perfect for a family of 8. The property is beautifully updated and well equipped to cook family dinners. We truly had an amazing vacation! I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back if allowed.

Location, Location, Location

We ended up having a smaller party than originally planned, which ended up being great, because we had a lot of space to spread out. All three of the bedrooms were a nice size and the master bedroom was very large. We absolutely loved the living room furniture. It was so comfortable and a great place to unwind and binge watch some TV, or read a good book! The only thing that I would change, would be the TV in the living room is quite small, but honestly that wasn't even a big deal. The deck out back was huge and you can see the pool from it. Unfortunately, we did not make good use of the deck area because it was quite hot and humid the week we were visiting. Again, the location was awesome. A quick walk to the General Store which my husband visits on the daily. A short walk or bike ride to the beach access by the Dunes House. Our bed was comfortable and my son said his bed upstairs was as well. I also liked having the outside shower for when we came back from the beach. All in all, it was great and the owner was easy to reach via text or email with all of my pre check-in questions. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location

Lovely property

Queens Grant villlas are aging but this recently updated condo fit all our needs for our multi-age group. Special kudos to the bathrooms and kitchen. And the location near a pool and the general store was perfect. We thought being on the Main Road of Palmetto Dunes would be an issue but we didn’t notice the cars. We had an issue with the air conditioner and Michael was in it immediately, for which we were extremely grateful. We will be back.

Enjoyable Time

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head and at this condo unit. It was recently updated and the kitchen and bathrooms were great. There was plenty of room for a family of 6 with older children. We had room to spread out. It was located towards the back of the grouping of condos which meant we had a private area out back (the back did not face another condo). The pool was only 2 condo units away (50 feet?) and the walk to the beach was not far at all. We did rent bikes and used them to bike to a beach access in Palmetto Dunes a bit further away so that we could avoid the crowds. There were a couple glitches with the unit which were unavoidable, but Michael was super quick to reply to any concerns and had everything fixed almost immediately. We appreciated that we were in good hands. The unit is close to the the entrance at Palmetto Dunes which makes getting in and out of the resort area fairly quick. We could bike to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and mini-golf. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice Villa in Palmetto Dunes

Great location in lovely neighborhood, short walk to the beach. The owner could invest in mattresses and bedding as well as kitchen items, pot and pans, and the like to make it even more accommodating. We had a great time!

Perfect spot to relax & enjoy HHI!

This property was perfect for our family! Queens Grant is ideally situated in Palmetto Dunes - 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the General Store & Outfitters for bikes, a quick bike ride in the other direction to Kroger, Starbucks, TJMaxx & all the wonderful shops & restaurants at Shelter Cove. This home was clean, spacious enough for fun family time (& a space to yourself if you need a break!), a big back deck with plenty of seating & just steps from the pool. Michael, the owner was friendly, helpful & made us feel at home. We’re frequent visitors to HHI, and we’ll definitely be back! You can’t go wrong with Palmetto Dunes & we highly recommend this property!

All new furniture downstairs including 2 "dining" tables which will seat up to 12 people. All the seating in the living room are "lounge" type seats. There is a couch, love seat and rocker - all loungers.
