The ART House a été publié dans DWELL, TRIBEZA, AUSTIN HOME, Urban Home, San Antonio Magazine et San Antonio Express News! Et récemment reçu un NATIONAL AWARD au Best In America Living, à Las Vegas!

"ART HOUSE" est un rêve de designers et d'amuseurs pour le voyageur haut de gamme à la recherche d'une expérience! Astucieusement conçu, conçu et construit par le propriétaire, Cavan McMahon, avec amour, soin et souci du détail.

Le complexe privé en forme de L clôturé se compose d'une zone principale à aire ouverte, d'une salle de "porte de garage" qui s'ouvre sur une vaste terrasse avec des parasols, le cadre idéal pour la piscine, une cuisine extérieure, des jardins luxuriants et à quelques pas de Main Rue, mais vous ne voudrez probablement pas partir!

Aire principale à aire ouverte avec une cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée avec des appareils Viking, une vaste île, un foyer au gaz et une salle des médias séparée.

La suite principale comprend un lit king-size en métal fait à la main avec des draps en bambou et des draps de marque, une baignoire profonde, une douche River-Rock, 2 lavabos en béton faits à la main et un meuble-lavabo séparé.

Les 2 chambres supplémentaires ont toutes deux des lits king faits à la main avec des draps en bambou et des draps de marque, des lavabos / vanités en béton faits à la main dans chaque chambre pour "se préparer" en groupe!

Salle de bain partagée a Walk-in River-rock douche, produits Spa.

What an absolutely fabulous property!!! The photos are accurate on the listing, you have to see it to believe it. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful modern yet comfortable and cozy VBRO. The house is very conveniently located to some of the best restaurants in Fredericksburg. Everything was there for us and communications with the owner were fast, clear and concise. Instructions and access were a breeze. We will definitely be returning to this property for our Fredericksburg getaways. We could not have been happier with our decision to stay here!

The house is a work of art. From the impressive craftsmanship of the home to the spa-like aesthetic, it’s immediately evident that the owners pay great attention to detail. The neighborhood looks and feel very safe and the location is perfect. You are away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street, but still close. The host was very welcoming and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, even suggesting restaurants and shops she thought we might enjoy. And the pool! It’s the perfect size and was such a welcome respite. I can’t think of a better way to end the day. I’ve found the perfect stay and I’ll be back!

Beautiful House!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Art House and it won’t be our last. My 4 year old granddaughter actually said to me that we need to come to this house every summer for vacation. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and fun!!! Our family had a great time visiting Fredricksburg for the 4th of July holiday this year. Our host Donna was very helpful and always quick to respond. The beautiful Art House was our home base and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Perfect Paradise for Girls Getaway

This was one of the best times that we've had as a group of friends from SC who have been taking trips together for 20 years- and the Art House had everything to do with that!! So cool and unique as well as very comfortable! Everything you could need was provided and Donna even left us a very nice welcome gift of wine and a cheese tray upon our arrival! She was great with communication and also understanding and flexible when we had to change our stay dates. We absolutely loved the pool and outdoor gathering area, where we spent a whole afternoon after shopping on Main Street, just a 10 minute walk from the house. The well equipped kitchen and TV area provided the perfect gathering spots for conversation, food and fun. We all agreed upon leaving that this was the best house we've rented in all our travels and we enjoyed Fredericksburg so much we may just make it a regular getaway! Thanks, Donna!!

Trip to wine-country

The place was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and then some. It is close enough to Main Street where you can walk to it if you so desire. It is equipped and decorated in a way that makes you feel at home while you’re away. Everyone enjoyed their stay and is already talking about doing it again.

Thanksgiving in Freddy

Spent Thanksgiving in Freddy for the second year in a row. Hoping to make this a tradition since our adult children live within a couple of hours from there. The Art House did not disappoint! The house is modern yet cozy. The fireplace was the gathering point in the evenings when it was too cool to be outside. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with all of the amenities. Will definitely be back!

Loved the house and pool. Perfect location. We have also stayed at their other property, Surf Betty in Port Aransas. Both houses are unique and super fun to stay in. I highly recommend both properties. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for sharing your house.

Originally from west Texas, graduates of Texas Tech & UT-Austin, after a sabbatical in the eastern Caribbean on our sailboat, Sea Gypsy, we decided to settle in Fredericksburg. The traditional values intermingled with the progressive nature of the town, offered the perfect setting for our family of 4. We have traveled extensively, from youth hostiles to the 5-star parisian hotels…and feel confident that you will enjoy our home!
