Ocean House 2702 est un condo de plancher 7. Détendez-vous et profitez de vos vacances dans ce gouffre avant 2 chambres, 2 unit�� de bain. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend une buanderie séparée avec une laveuse et une sécheuse.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et la 2ème chambre a un lit queen size. Détendez-vous et profiter de l'image vue en bord de mer parfait depuis le balcon. Que ce soit pour un court week-end ou une longue semaine, notre condo a ce que vous cherchez!

Ocean House est à distance de marche des restaurants de fruits de mer, des boutiques et Gulf Shores Beach publique (mais vous pouvez aussi marcher droit en dehors de ce condo et sur la plage). Il y a de nombreux terrains de golf dans la région avec des taux pratiques.

Decent place

The condo was decent. They’ve updated the paint color on the walls and the living room couch so that’s an improvement from the listing. That being said, the beds aren’t super comfortable. The first bathroom’s sink wouldn’t drain properly and the shower is small and could have better lighting. The condo is great location for the beach access and stores, restaurants. It’s ok for a last minute trip which is what we planned.

Family vacation

I will start with comfortable beds clean but there is way to much furniture in every room. No room in either bathrooms. There is a trip hazard in every room due to way to much furniture. View is good and location makes it confusing to get around.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything to do with Gulf Shores rentals fine.However I had a problem with the rent a cop parking man at Ocean House. I got a very not nice ticket because I was barely over the line in the parking said they could tow my car for this and I did not appreciate this at all.I was only over the line to prevent hitting the door on the other side of me when I opened the door. I do not pay rental money to be threatened like this by a rent a cop feeling his power.Otherwise the room was great and your staff was very helpful.

Nice Condo

The owner needs to update the pictures that are on the website as it is no longer blue and the big leather rocking chair that I was looking forward to using was gone. Overall, the weather sucked but the condo was nice and comfortable. I do suggest they need a knife sharpener as the knives are so dull they wouldn't hardly cut a tomato. Also, need an ironing board and a Keurig coffee maker that I saw a lot of the condos have would be nice. The coffee maker at the condo uses cone filters but I brought round ones but luckily someone left some of the other. Loved the gliding chairs on the balcony but the living room furniture was not comfortable to my back. The rental for 2 chairs & umbrella is $45 a day with deductions if you rent extra days which I think was very high. The Parking pass which is also ridiculous was $30. I believe I will head back to South Carolina for future vacations. We could never get the TV to work in the second bedroom! Had no contact with manager during stay.

Beautiful condo

Loved this condo. The owners have great taste! On the other hand, the man at Gulf Shored Rentals was cranky and rude and said we could not check in Yet. It was after 4:00. My husband and daughter went inside and they handed over the key! When we got to our condo, it was filthy! Sand all over the kitchen and bathroom floors. One bedroom had empty bottles, cans, and we couldn’t count the candy and snack wrappers. If I were the owners, I would hire new realtors AND housekeeping! Once we got it cleaned up, it was a beautiful condo, and so convenient to the beach and restaurants. After day one, we really enjoyed out hard earned vacation.

Ocean House 2702 Summer Vacation 2022

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation stay was good and we love the location of the Ocean House condos, as this is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed in them. This was the first time in Ocean House 2702 condo. The water did not work in the kitchen sink when we arrived, but we called and maintenance came and fixed the problem promptly. In our opinion, there was entirely too much furniture and just general stuff in the condo, it felt very cramped compared to other condos with the same floor plan. There was so much furniture it was hard to move around with any comfort at all. We will stay in Ocean House condos again, but we won't stay in this one due to it feeling so cramped.

Some Good Mostly Bad

Great location with pool and beach close by and restaurants and shopping close. Really bad experience with building and condo. The air ducts were filthy not looking like they had been cleaned in years, parking was difficult and the elevator malfunctioned on 2 separate days of our stay with one of my guests who has a medical condition getting stuck. On our checkout day we had to haul 5 persons luggage down 7 flights of stairs to meet 10 am checkout. Security and maintenance numbers provided were non responsive. Only 1 elevator for a 7 floor condo is by ridiculous. No apology, no credit. Will be looking elsewhere for future stays.
