Ceci est l'une des deux suites dont nous disposons. Cette suite est au deuxième étage d'un bel immeuble en brique ancienne. Cet emplacement est à distance de marche du Théâtre d'Etat, les passages à Carnegie, shopping du centre-ville, restaurants, épicerie, laverie, banque et bureau de poste. La suite est entièrement rénové avec une cuisine complète, pleine grandeur gamme, réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle. Les propriétaires vivent dans le couloir et nous sommes disponibles pour vous aider à rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.

Charming historic spot

Very nicely appointed apartment with charm and convenience. This was perfect for the event I attended in Zumbrota. THe only thing is I had a very hard time finding the door to enter. The instructions in the email were out of date and the address was in tiny print on a banner, not by the door. I circled and circled and finally found it. After that, everything was great. Be prepared for some steep stairs.

Awesome stay in downtown Zumbrota

This is a very nice apartment style Vrbo. We can stay there and not have to eat out every meal. The grocery store is only a block away. The hosts are friendly and pleasant.

It was lovely to not have to cram all into my in-law's house for our visit. My grandson said it was very fancy. I noticed you have a second unit. We may need to reserve that in the future. Thanks for the great stay

This was a very nice property and I would have given it 5 stars, but it was a warmer than average day for late September and the window AC unit in the kitchen/hall just couldn't cool down the bedroom so it was uncomfortably warm to sleep so we actually drove home and didn't stay overnight. Great downtown Zumbrota Location

My husband and I recently stayed in Zumbrota for our 15-year anniversary. Zumbrota is an excellent, walkable town with a lot of charm. The interior of the apartment was very nice and clean. However, getting into the apartment was confusing and quite difficult. The host recommended using the side door to enter the apartment, but it is not clearly marked (even with instructions provided by the host) and there are three doors to go through to enter. If you enter through the front of the building you will find a roped-off staircase and furniture blocking the upstairs area. My husband is legally blind, making back hall stairways very difficult, especially with uneven steps and dogs running loose. I felt deceived by the listing and was embarrassed when we arrived because I had chosen the location. I think this is an excellent location for most individuals. However, it was a bit disappointing for us.

Lovely, cozy, and convenient.

Wonderful stay. Right in the middle of the charming downtown and EVERYTHING is within a block. Apartment is a quiet and comfortable. Owners live in the same building so communication is very responsive!

Beautiful stay

This was just a perfect place to stay, in a very nice town. The apartment was clean, well put together in the communication with the property managers was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Summer in Zumbrota

We have spent parts of several summers in Zumbrota and we always have trouble leaving. The location is perfect-walk to most places-library, parks, beautiful neighborhoods, grocery store, music in the park, fun shopping. During the summer there are activities in towns just a short drive away.

This is such a cute little apartment. Futon in the living room for extra space to sleep. We stayed here while attending Volksfest in Goodhue. This place is about 10 minutes away so it was perfect. We had no issues. Fan was provided. All the kitchen necessities if needed. Would stay here again.

Quick Weekend Stay

We were in town for wedding in Redwing over Memorial Day weekend and this was a great place to stay nearby at an affordable price. There was a grocery store just around the corner, easy parking right by the door and the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. Definitely recommend if in the area.

This was our first experience with VRBO. We had a disappointing experience with that other site in 2016 and never used that site since. I am pleased to state we are converts. We loved this apartment. It is small enough to be cozy. It has all of the comforts of home. Thank you!

Dave has been working on renovation of this building and Roxanne owns Wild Ginger Boutique which is on the first floor of the building. The 3 of us moved into an apartment in December 2013 so we are right here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I look forward to meeting you!

We are right downtown Zumbrota. Downstairs is Wild Ginger Boutique and All-In-Stitches. You will be with is a short walk from all the great downtown shopping, Crossings at Carnegie, the State Theatre, restaurants, grocery store, bank, post office, the Covered Bridge Park and historic covered bridge, and the Goodhue Pioneer bike trail. If are going through the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and need a place to stay why not stay in a peaceful small community just 30 minutes for Mayo Clinic.
